Wait for me to come home

Jordan slipped the other end of the tie he was wearing, and finished. He's ready to go to bed now. He smiled curtly looking at himself through the reflection of the mirror in front of him.

"Done," he murmured softly. His focus was seized when he suddenly heard the door of his room being knocked slowly by someone behind it.

"Master, master and mistress are already waiting for you in the dining room. He asked you to hurry because there is someone who wants to meet you" said the woman behind the door. Jordan changed his face when he heard the woman's voice saying that someone was waiting for him outside.

"That must be him," he murmured softly. "Alright tell me I'll be right down" he shouted.

"Okay, then I'll excuse you." The woman behind the door, she heard, had gone from where she was today, leaving Jordan alone, who was busy preparing before leaving for work.

Finish getting ready, though, he immediately went down to the dining room and arrived there he found his parents sitting and enjoying breakfast with a beautiful woman in a short dress that looked a little tight his body. Her long hair was draped, the woman's focus—Carla switched when Jordan arrived. He immediately flashed his smile so he looked at each other.

"For Jordan" she said.

"This morning I had a meeting with one of my important clients, so it seemed like I was going to have breakfast at the office alone," Jordan said, ignoring Carla's words that instantly wiped the smile off her face.

"You're going so early? Oh baby, you mustn't forget. Breakfast is important, you better sit down and have breakfast with us. Besides, it's a pity that Carla has come all the way here to meet you and wants to go to the office with you." The middle-aged woman who became her mother spoke.

"But this meeting is really important ma, I also have to prepare all the presentation materials and check other things. I want everything to be perfect, so I'm leaving now." Jordan stepped up from there.

"Jordan stopped there. You shouldn't be cold like this to your fiancee!" His father called but not at all in his grave.

Jordan continued to step up until his figure was lost behind the exit. After all, Jordan felt different, the atmosphere became awkward and uncomfortable.

"The boy looks just like who he really is, he's really defiant and stubborn" the middle-aged man grumbled as he shook his head.

"It's clearly like him" whispered the woman who became his wife slowly. "Sorry for Jordan's attitude, baby." He then turned his attention to Carla sitting opposite him.

"It's okay aunt. I understand this is still too difficult for her to live with." Carla smiled blandly.

"Thank you for being patient and understanding."

"Not a problem, after all, this is one of the ways I adapt to it. So when we get married, I can get used to it" he said.

"Yes. Ah... It is better now that we refocus on breakfast, after this how about Aunt ask the driver to deliver you?"

"uh? It's okay, I can go alone."

"Lho, why?"

"I just don't want to bother Auntie, after all there are people I have to meet before I go to the office."

"Stay, you'd better be delivered by the driver."

"Well if aunt insists."

"It smells really good." Francisco smiled as he arrived in the dining room and found Aphrodite preparing the cutlery for them.

Aphrodite looked up at Francisco who was now wearing the neat clothes she had chosen.

"It must be very good," he said while pulling a chair where he sat.

"Wait." Aphrodite stopped her steps. Francisco looked at him with a confused face.

"Gosh, don't you look in the mirror when you put the tie up?" Aphrodite approached Francisco confirming the tie that had tied her neck. "The tie is slanted" he said.

Francisco was silent, his eyes were fixed Aphrodite who was now focused on fixing the position of the tie she was wearing.

"Well, it's straight now." Aphrodite smiled wryly at the tie she had just broken.

Francisco smiled, his eyes fixed on Aphrodite. It felt really happy when Aphrodite was so considerate of him, even something as small as Aphrodite was paying close attention to him.

"Thank you, you're really considerate."

"There's no need to thank me, it's my job anyway. All right, let's eat, I've got everything ready."

"Yes, come on."

Francisco took a seat opposite to the chair that Aphrodite was sitting in. The next second they began to busy with their breakfast hours. Francisco seemed very excited today, especially after his days were garnished by the warmth of Aphrodite who was none other than his wife.

"Your food is the most delicious, I want to eat your food again at lunchtime."

"uh? Sure, I'll make it for you and bring it to the office."

"Thank you."

"Sure," said Aphrodite.

After breakfast, Aphrodite drove Francisco outside the apartment building. Arriving below, Francisco prepares his car before leaving for the office.

"You should just stay inside, there's no need to come here" Francisco said.

"I'm bored if I stay inside, after all, there's nothing I'm going to do either. I just wash the dirty dishes after it's silent without being able to do anything."

"You drove me all the way here making me even more lazy to go to the office."

"uh? Wh why? You can't be like that, let alone three weeks you haven't been in. Taking too long a vacation is not good, plus even at home you can't do anything."

"I'm lazy because I'm going to be away from you, and when I'm in the office I'm going to miss you a lot."

"You're overreacting, it's better that you leave now."

"Yes, then I'll leave first."

"Be careful on the road."

Francisco turned around to get in his car, but he stopped immediately when he remembered something he had forgotten. He turned around making Aphrodite frown in confusion.

"What else is it?" Ask Aphrodite. Francisco did not answer and gave only a signal, stretching out his hands made Aphrodite even more confused. Aphrodite raised her eyebrows next to her, which made Francisco turn moody.

"Have forgotten it," he said with a disappointed look.

"I'm just kidding" said Aphrodite, smiling.

"You're playing with my feelings." Francisco chuckled, approached Aphrodite and hugged her. "Wait for me to go home" he whispered softly as he landed a kiss full of affection on his forehead. Aphrodite was silently glued to her place, speechless. The next second Francisco walked away.
