"Huft~" Aphrodite sighed trying to shake off the nervousness that had been plaguing her body ever since.
"Calm down" muttered Jenia who was standing before him. He turned his head slightly towards Aphrodite and smiled trying to make her calmer.
"Yes, thank you" said Aphrodite, smiling at him.
They are now preparing to enter the hall where the main party event will begin, where in the end he will tie his promise with Francisco in front of everyone.
A flower in her hand tightly. Behind her she was accompanied by two women who helped her to lift a little of her heavy dress to make it easier for her to walk. While in front of her, Jenia was standing firmly in a white dress that looked beautiful on her body, hair that was carried backwards with a decoration on her head that made the woman even more beautiful. In his hand he held a flower basket with rose petals in it. And as soon as the host inside allowed him to enter and all eyes were on him, he stepped in with the door open.
Jenia sprinkled the flower petals as she continued to step until her steps stopped right in front of Francisco who had been waiting for her to arrive in front of the wedding altar. The man looked gallant wearing a tuxedo suit complete with white gloves wrapped in both hands. Standing there firmly while smiling as his two beads caught the figure of the woman who will soon be his wife.
Jenia stopped, she then stepped into another corner and joined Helen and Erland who had been standing there since, watching everything from the beginning.
Meanwhile, Aphrodite continued to step toward Francisco, who was waiting for her there. Aphrodite suddenly slowed her footsteps as all the pairs of eyes in the room turned towards her. As soon as the piece of memory re-emerged in his mind, a familiar state like this made him remember the events when he was abandoned by Xavier first.
Aphrodite, who had originally focused on her phone, turned to look at the figure of the man who would become her brother-in-law, curiosity leading her to look at the man who had just entered. But instantly, he was taken aback by the familiar-looking figure in his memory. Seeing it spontaneously made him tremble, his heart rumbled and along with it, his eyes began to glaze over.
The pain he felt was so obvious in his chest. His heart was broken, as if pierced with a dagger that directly hit his heart. He was fixated in his place, his entire limbs seemed to die in an instant making him unable to move at all. His eyes continued to follow the motion of Xavier who then stepped past him, and once he saw him in such a clear state, making him even more sure if his eyes were not wrong.
Xavier continued to step until he arrived at the altar, which he stood firm. At first glance he could see Xavier sighing, before then standing facing towards the invited guests. Aphrodite still could not believe what she saw, it felt really like a dream; seeing the man who was her lover standing there, on the wedding altar.
Both of Aphrodite's hands began to tremble, her chest began to feel tight as the memory was again captured by her brain. Slowly his gaze saw a shadow, a flash of what he had experienced. His eyes began to glaze over, and Aphrodite spontaneously halted her steps as she stood in front of Francisco, who was still standing, looking at him with her smile engraved on her face.
Francisco stretched out his hand. But Aphrodite seemed silent not to respond to his movements. The woman now turned her gaze around, looking towards the left corner where Fanny and Antonio were standing while looking at her. Then his eyes turned at the corner occupied by Jenia, Helen, and Erland there. But what was caught by his eyes was not them, but a flash of his shadow who was standing while staring at the entrance. As his eyes grew more teary, Aphrodite turned to look at the man standing before her. Clearly, the one standing before him was Francisco, but what he saw was the shadow of Xavier, who was now smiling at him as he stretched out his hand.
Aphrodite painstakingly tried to hold back her tears that kept trying to break through her eyes. He felt his chest getting tighter.
Aphrodite closed her eyes, wanting to erase all those memories from her brain. But unfortunately failed, the memory continued to come to him and made his heart pound more.
Francisco's facial features instantly changed when he realized something was going on with him. The woman suddenly closed her eyes as if she was enduring the pain.
"Aphrodite, are you okay?" Francisco asked quietly, he looked at Aphrodite with a worried look on his face.
"Aphrodite? Are you sick?" Asked Francisco again, he was still trying to ascertain what really happened with Aphrodite before him.
Aphrodite closed her eyes tightly before opening her eyes slowly as she realized Francisco was calling her name.
Aphrodite looked up slowly, looking at Francisco who was now looking at her fixedly.
"I-iya.." quietly. He nodded, clarifying.
"You sure?"
"Ng" he said again. Aphrodite stretched out her hand, took Francisco by the hand, and stepped with her hand. Francisco turned around, changed his hand and led Aphrodite up the altar before him.
They then stand in front of a man who will then marry them, by being watched by people who attend their invitation finally the main event was started.
While others smiled at Aphrodite and Francisco, it was different with Helen now standing there. His focus since then continues to look for the figure of the man who is in the future.
Helen circulated her gaze in search of the whereabouts of the man she invited, but the man was really not there to attend her daughter's wedding.
"Jen!" Helen elbowed Jenia beside him making the woman turn towards him.
"What's the tan?" Jenia asked a little whisper.
"Since I've been looking for that jerk, but where is he? Why isn't there?"
"The asshole?" Jenia frowned.
"Vier!"
"A-ah, who do I think."
"Where is he, have you seen him?"
"uh? No. gabe. I haven't seen him since, he probably didn't come by Tan."
"No, lest Aph not give her the invitation."
"Aphrodite gave him an aunt, but he might be busy. Never mind him, we better watch all this" whispered Jenia ending their conversation.
