Asha and Gading have just moved into a house built by Ivory from the beginning of their marriage.
Gisel was struggling spoiled on Asha's arm, they had just arrived after accompanying Ivory to buy some new furniture mumpung a working holiday in a building store adjacent to the mall.
"Thank you, Brother Asha, Iceland is already in the market." He said cheerfully in his hand there were three paper bags containing clothes and shoes.
Asha though no longer working as a secretary director in the company where her husband works but adoptive parents Laras quite located although not rich, but he is the sole heir of several wholesale cloth shops belonging to the Batara family.
In addition, Asha managed her parents' shop through a fairly influential olshop with a decent daily income, managed by some of her men, with offices in each fabric store owned by her parents, it was, there are now 3 in the same city.
Asha is also financially well established and not very dependent on her husband in terms of living expenses, although Asha still treats her husband with respect and respect, that's what makes Ivory really like Asha, besides she is a very ideal wife.
"Gisel should be smart, same with mom and dad. Studying diligently, if you want to shoppingin brother Asha again." Asha patted her sister-in-law's cheek fondly.
"Ashiap, brother." Answer it while grinning. Gisel did really like Asha, because she did not have a sister, of course she was very close to Asha, her sister-in-law.
Just now they threw themselves on the sofa in the living room, Ivory mobile phone rang.
"Hm..." Ivory stared at the mobile phone screen, the call was from his mother.
"Call, ma...Assalammualaikum..."
"Greetings walaikum! Ivory, it looks like you have to go home now."
"What's up, ma?"
"Mama wants to talk to you."
"Mom can talk on the phone, we just got home."
"Mom wants to see you now."
"Mama why? Papa's sick?"
Gisel and Asha looked at each other, they were momentarily glued, closed open the grocery bag, anxious sentences that were thrown from the mouth of Ivory slightly made the two women look at each other.
"Your father is fine. But I need to talk to you."
"Mom can talk now."
"But I have to see you." Ms. Daniah's answer sounded firm.
"Wait for you to go home now and without your wife!"
That sentence ended the call.
Ivory was silent, his phone was still floating in the air.
"What's wrong?" Asha looked at her silent husband like a statue.
"Mama wants to talk to me."
"Oh, yeah. Everything's fine, right?" Laras' eyes squinted slightly probing in his anxious tone.
"Everything's fine, maybe you need to negotiate something about papa..or..." The sentence hung up looking doubtful to himself.
Asha was speechless, waiting for Ivory to finish his sentence but it seemed that Ivory did know what to go for. Her mother said nothing about the topic she wanted to talk about
"Going home? But brother, I don't want to go home yet. We both Asha's sister wants to make cake first..."
"sister will take you home now, I have business in the afternoon."
Sahut Gading and glanced at Asha who was staring at him unblinkingly. She knew Ivory very well and her husband's gesture was a little strange, unlike usually ending the call with his mother without saying hello.
"We can make cakes next week, when you're off school. Maybe mom needs you to go home now..." Asha turned her gaze to Gisel who was suddenly pouting.
"Come, let's take Gisel now, I'll change clothes first..." Asha turned around, turning around,
"No need, honey...You don't have to come. I'll drive Gisel myself." Ivory replied stiffly, he tried to behave normally, so that he would not say what his mother had asked him to say. She couldn't tell Asha if her mother didn't want her to come with her.
"Oh..." Asha frowned slightly, looking confused, not usually Ivory did not take him to his parents' house if there was a trip there.
"After dropping off Gisel, I have an appointment to see Mr. Gusti. So I don't think you need to come along, I'm just a little bit at my mom's house." Reject Ivory, he is not a good person to lie and Asha knows something is wrong when Ivory says the reason why he cannot come with him.
For a while Asha was glued to Ivory's face, before then she smiled and shook her shoulders.
"All right then, ma'am. I'd better stay if I'm a little busy today." Asha replied then patted Gisel's pouting shoulder.
"Come, Gisel.quick get ready, pity mama's waiting too long." Asha stuffed some of Gisel's groceries back into her paper bag.
Gisel did not answer but immediately improved even though he slightly stomped his feet because he still objected to Ivory's request to bring him home suddenly.
"I'll cook dinner for us, mas...I hope it's a matter of time before dinner." Asha smiled broadly as Ivory approached her, held out her hand and kissed her husband's hand as he said low volume greetings and greetings.
"I'll be home before magrib." Sahut Gading while kissing the forehead of the wife and then went to be followed by Gisel behind his back after saying his greetings to Asha remained with his sour face.
Asha stared at the departure of the two people, as curious as she struggled in her mind. Unusually, Ivory was so careful and seemed to avoid after receiving a call from his mother.
...***...
Ivory came down from the car in a hurry, not at all concerned with the babble of his sister who seemed a little difficult to carry a few bags in his hands. In his head just wanted to meet his mother immediately, he never heard the voice of the mother who was so cynical when he said he did not want Asha there when he spoke to her.
Indeed, ever since her divorce with Laras, her mother has been a little careless. He still could not believe that Laras had tricked Ivory into becoming his wife.
His mother was indeed strange, she used to be the number one person who nenabout her marriage with Laras, even hating the woman half dead more than others. But after the divorce, in which Ivory uttered the talaq to Laras in front of all his family members, his mother was the one who objected the most.
In fact, after Ivory and Asha explained that the DNA results proved that Zyan was not the biological son of Ivory, his mother still hoped that the baby was abandoned by Laras.
"If Asha can't give you a child, at least that son of Laras you've given your last name, half of that child is your son!" That's what Ivory mam said, which according to Gading said his mother because she was only obsessed with Asha's pregnancy that had not yet arrived.
"Assalammuallaicum..." Ivory said his greetings, as the door opened, and in front of the door, his mouth gawked at the mother who stood up to greet him with the sleeping baby curled up in his arms.
