At four in the afternoon, the Adinata family had left for one of the malls in the city of Malang. They wanted to spend time eating together before dad would return to Jakarta for work. Mom is healthy. Just haven't started working yet. Mother still takes a few more days of rest to really recover and be able to move optimally.

Teak and Damar are the most passionate. They asked to play in the children's play zone. Father also eagerly accompanied them to play. If Melati and Lily prefer to go to a bookstore or accessories store that sells cute trinkets. Not always buying, but just like to see cute and funny things on display in those stores.

"You don't go for a walk?" The mother who was sitting in the long chair near the large Bumblebee statue spoke to Melati.

"Mom will be alone" said Melati. He was still sitting next to Mom. Lily was already standing some distance away from them noticing some kids playing basketball.

"It's okay. I can still see your father and your sisters from here" said Mother.

"Yes, all right," said Melati.

"Good afternoon." Someone greeted them. Mom and Melati looked over.

"Sore.." reply mom. He saw the young man in front of him. Who yes, I feel unfamiliar. Then she looked towards Melati.

"Hi, El," said Melati.

"Tante, I'm Elvan." Elvan has mother.

"Oo... Melati's friend?" said mother and welcomed Elvan's hand.

"Classman, Mom. Elvan 11th grade," explained Melati.

"O.o..." Again, my mother closed her mouth. "It just so happens to meet you here, yeah..." Mom smiled.

"Yes, Aunt. I'm with my sister, she's asking for a walk." Elvan pointed to a guy who was almost the age of Damar. He's playing bomb car.

"If you want to walk together please. Meet you here. Wait for me you'll be bored" said mom.

"Ehh..." Melati was a bit surprised to hear the words of mother. He's getting nervous.

"It's okay, Auntie, if I take the road?" elvan.

"Could only. Another hour most recently the sisters of Melati finished playing." Mom smiled again. Mother observes Melati and Elvan alternately.

"Yes. I'll be back, Mom..." Finally Melati assented.

"Happy. Don't go far, yeah." mother's message.

"Thank you, Auntie. We go first." Elvan nodded. Then she and Melati walked away from mom.

In the midst of the hustle and bustle of the sound of the game engine and the song playing, it was not very comfortable. Melati becomes clumsy walking alone with Elvan.

"Just sit there, yuk..." Elvan pointed at the seat next to the corner of this playing area. Melati. The two sat side by side in that long chair.

"I don't think it's going to be a chance this soon" Elvan said. Smile expands.

"Hmmm.. just happened to." Jasmine smiled back.

"Do you believe that there are no coincidences in this world?" ask Elvan. His eyes looked at Melati. His eyes were round sparkling, with long hair under his shoulders, reddish black, straight, and not too thick, but smooth and soft.

"Yeah..believe it, anyway.." replied Melati, somewhat doubtful.

"That means believing that this afternoon is when we're talking seriously? Not intentionally it seems, but it's your mother who gave us time to be together now" Elvan said.

Yes also. Why are you even telling Melati to walk with Elvan? Didn't you want to go for a walk with Lily?

"Hee..hee..." Jasmine laughed a little. Sounds awkward.

Melati smile. Look at this guy next to him. If it is close this is more clearly handsome.

"So?" Elvan asked for an answer.

"I can't" said Melati slowly, but firmly.

"Have you thought well?" ask Elvan.

"El, it's a matter of the heart, right? I mean..."

"I know," cut Elvan. "You're not in love with me. Can't have a relationship without love."

Melati nodded while looking down.

"Sorry.." said Melati slowly.

"Why apologize? You have the right to reject me. And I'm all this, huh... hee.." said Elvan. His laughter looks relaxed.

"You're okay, right?" ask Melati.

"you reckon? I have to cry bad? Lamenting the fate of being rejected for love? Hanging yourself in a Taoge tree? It was in that novel, Mel." Elvan laughed wider.

Melati is confused. This guy is so relaxed. But he already felt guilty.

"The fight is not over, Mel," Elvan continued. "You don't have a boyfriend now. I don't give up easily, though. Hee. - hee..."

Melati laughed.

"We'll see how time opens the way. How this heart can meet your heart." Quiet as Elvan said.

"Hi Brother..." Lily appeared in front of them.

"Sister Elvan, yes.." Lily's face looked bright as if she saw Elvan there.

"Yes, Ly. I think I'm famous too, yes.SMP children only know haa..." Elvan laughs.

"Ohh... Okay." Okay." Melati stood up straight away. Elvan follows Lily and Melati. They're back at mom's. Dad, Damar, and Jati were there too.

"This is Elvan's sister, the cool guy at High School." Lily introduced Elvan.

"Elvan, Om." Elvan cheers on dad.

"Call Om Gilang." Father welcomed friendly.

"Elvan wants to eat together?" said mother.

"Thank you, Auntie. I briefly take my sister away to tutoring. Apologize you can't come," declined Elvan politely.

"alright. We go first, yes." said dad.

"Yes, Om, Aunt. Please." Elvan nodded. Mom and Dad went ahead. Damar, Lily, and Teak followed behind him.

"See you, Mel" said Elvan. His smile expands.

Melati waved and immediately chased after her sisters.
