Elvan approached Bu Nanik who was still looking at him with a confused face.
"Mom, did you forget me?" ask Elvan.
Bu Nanik gasped as soon as Elvan stood only a distance of one meter with him. His hands closed both his mouth. His eyes widened in shock and followed his eyes immediately glazed over.
"You Good?" Ms. Nanik said slowly. His hand moved to grab Elvan's face. He touched Elvan's cheek. His head looked up at Elvan whose eyes were wet. Elvan lowered her head to let Bu Nanik touch her face.
"Yes, Mom. Goody. I'm good," said Elvan. Bu Nanik directly hugged Elvan at his waist. She was crying so much. He finally met this good boy again.
As long as Elvan in his house did grow a deep affection for Elvan. How not? He lost his memory, didn't know himself. So obedient during his stay with her. Being a friend of Nanik's mom talk when her husband is not around. Helping her do any work without complaining, though at first Nanik knew Elvan was not familiar with the job.
He misses Good. She misses Elvan. He often thinks about it. How's Elvan now? Is she okay? Is he happy to be with his family again?
Today that longing was answered already. Elvan came to see him. He didn't forget it as he promised. Bu Nanik cried like he could not stop. His body went limp because it kept crying. Elvan led her inside and sat in the living room.
Melati, Farel, could only be moved and cry. Erika, she understood now why Elvan was insistent on coming back to this house. Erika could see a great love for her son here. As a mother, she understood how Ms. Nanik felt. I can't stop her from crying. Tirta was touched at any moment by his heart. She did not cry, but her neck and chest felt full and tight.
Not finished the overflow miss Bu Nanik, not yet exhausted his tears for Elvan, Pak Karno came. With wood on his back. He was surprised that a car stopped in front of his house. Rarely do people come to visit, especially those who bring a car. What is the Goddess' friend? Her thought.
He put the wood next to the house. As time approached the front door he heard a sound of sobbing and crying. What's going on inside? He's fast in. There's a Goddess by the door. The goddess was crying too.
"What's this, Wi?" ask Mr. Karno. "Who are they?"
Hearing that heavy voice, Elvan took off his embrace from Bu Nanik and stood up to Pak Karno.
Mr. Karno was very surprised. Very, very surprised to see Elvan in front of him. He's not moving. Just looking straight at Elvan.
"Sir, it's me, good," said Elvan. He grabbed Pak Karno's right hand and kissed his palm a sign of respect.
Mr. Karno felt his body stiff. Tongue choked. It did not occur at all if one time this child would come back to his house.
"Sir.I'm sorry I left without saying goodbye. I came to want to directly thank the Father for the good of the Father and Mother while I was here," said Elvan.
Suddenly Mr. Karno grabbed Elvan in his arms. Without a sound the old man cried. He held Elvan close as if he wanted to spill all the longing. Anger and regret. He knows he's guilty of this kid. He selfishly wants to have Elvan alone just because Jaka is not willing to leave.
Back the atmosphere of the day broke out in that simple room. Until a while, Elvan said in Mr. Karno's ear.
"My parents came, sir," said Elvan.
Mr. Karno took off his embrace. Then he went to Tirta, Erika, Melati and Farel. Elvan introduced them.
"I thank you so much for your kindness to our second son. Sorry for so long our son has been troubling you and Mom here." Tirta started the conversation.
They took their seats and started talking. The atmosphere began to unravel. Dewi helps Bu Nanik provide drinks and fried bananas. Very simple, but the warmth felt in this house.
Erika picks up the parcel in the car assisted by Melati and Farel. Erika and Tirta wanted to give them a sign of love. Elvan who helped choose to fit the needs in this house. New kitchen equipment, clothes for Pak Karno and Bu Nanik, also bags for the Goddess.
Not long ago the sound of crying and sobbing vanished changed with joking and happy laughter. Mr. Karno, and Mr. Nanik talk to Tirta and Erika. Elvan talks to the Goddess, Melati and Farel.
The young ones moved to the back of the house while looking at the cattle. Farel wondered how his brother could take care of the cattle. In the house he runs only a keyboard and a guitar.
"Pantesan Mas Elvan, let's not remember anything can not switch hearts. The Melati Maak people are beautiful like this," joked the Goddess.
Melati and Elvan laughed.
"When I had planned that time if Mas Elvan's marriage brother wanted me to run away to Surabaya, then I showed it to my friends I had a handsome husband and cool abis," said Dewi again.
Their laughter exploded again.
"Darling, yes. Hunt Elvan remembered him. If not maybe I'm the one who is heartbroken, deh," said Melati.
"It turns out to be saved because of the soap opera," said Dewi. Their laughter sounded loose and full of joy.
By late afternoon, Ms. Nanik prepared dinner for them. He cooks his signature dish, Pecel. With materials taken from the garden itself. Everyone enjoyed with pleasure. After that Edgar's family parted. They can't stay.
"Sir, Mom, I'm still a father and a mother. Don't be sad anymore. I'll be fine. I'll play here again sometime" said Elvan.
Pak Karno and Bu Nanik heavily took it off. But they couldn't have asked Elvan to stay. At least they know, in Elvan's heart there is room for them. Elvan hugged Pak Karno and Bu Nanik then got into the car. The others also farewell and followed Elvan.
The car left Mr. Karno's house. The house is back. But there is no grief and regret. There is now gratitude and relief.
Tirta invited them to stay at one of the Cottages around Bromo. He plans to invite his family to see the sunrise from Semeru not far from Bromo.
When the morning came, even though the weather was so cold they came out and watched the beautiful sun open the sky and poked to show themselves. Tells the inhabitants of nature that a new day begins.
Satisfied looking at the sunrise, taking pictures with a beautiful morning atmosphere, they continued the journey home.
"El, thank you, for forcing Mama to come here" said Mama when they had their way home.
"Yes, Ma." Elvan smiled as he continued to drive.
Elvan did not ask again. She knew what her mother and father saw at Mr. Karno's house was the answer to what they might have doubted about the love and kindness of the two parents.
