Chapter 58

Three days passed..

If Natalia is getting used to the new sheet she took but not Nathan.

Nathan was human two days ago, but he felt as if he had lost his spirit when he realized that Natalia had decided to leave for a while.

Yes Bella and Elsa are back to visit as they have just finished their work and plan to re-enter Nathan and Natalia.

But when they get there they are shocked to learn that Natalia has returned to the UK and Nathan is undergoing heart transplant surgery.

Eventually they are asked to stay by Tia and Imelda considering Nathan looks sad when he finds out Natalia is no longer here.

They are asked to comfort Nathan considering Bella and Elsa are Nathan's best friends.

And this is where Bella and Elsa are now accompanying Nathan in his recovery period after a heart transplant at one of the largest hospitals in Indonesia.

"Separation does seem like the end and goodbye may be forever. But in my heart still stored memories with him that will always exist. I thought he had already completely accepted that we were brothers and prepared to start a new chapter together but I didn't expect him to choose to leave me."

" If I were Natalia Maybe I'd do the same thing go a long way for a while because there wouldn't be a big-hearted woman willing to start a new story with someone she was before love." Bella.

" I agree with what Bella said considering I'm also a woman, of course, starting a new relationship, which is a sibling relationship with someone who was previously very loved and hoped to be a lover for the rest of her life it's very hard." Elsa Imbuh.

"When you lose something make sure that there is one thing that is not missing from you that is a belief that you will definitely get better." Elsa.

"God put someone in your life for a reason. So, if you lose it, then it's for a reason that's certainly better." added Bella.

" Thank you for coming and comforting me now I want to rest let me rest." Nathan said as he moved his wheelchair into the room leaving Bella and Elsa staring at each other.

Bella and Elsa finally decided to return to England because it was also impossible for them to remain there considering there was no Natalia and they did not know Emil.

Although Tia and Imelda said that they could stay there for the next few days, they refused on the grounds that they had forgotten something they should do in the near future.

Along the way Bella and Elsa decide to meet Natalia after they reach England.

And when they came to Fikri's house they were surprised because the house was already occupied by a new owner.

"It looks like Natalia really wants to forget Nathan." Screeched Elsa.

" Not forgetting but Natalia is trying to rearrange her heart before she can accept the fact that Nathan is her twin brother."

" Yes you're right then what should we do now?" Ask Elsa.

" I don't know either because there's not one of them who wants us to be around him." Bella.

" Maybe they still need time to organize their hearts."

" Yes you're right."

Bella and Elsa decide to go home and wait for Nathan and Natalia to show themselves.

Inside his room, Nathan pensively himself while looking out the window.

" Natalia why you chose to leave, haven't we agreed to start this new chapter together."
