Pain is a natural thing, which can happen to everyone.
No matter how strong a person may be, if God had wanted a disease to come to him, it would have been inevitable.

But just like that Nathan took the time to peek behind the door because he was afraid that Olaf and Fikri were there.
After making sure that the outdoor circumstances in the nursery Natalia are safe. Nathan sat back down and began to read every word he wrote.

"I wrote down all the love and good wishes for my dear girl. I hope you'll get well soon."
"I wish I could be a doctor, that's how I can be with you all the time in the hospital. It's very hard for me to live away from you. I want you to get well soon, and come back to me. I love you so much, dear."
"It hurts me so much when I see you sick. I'm so sorry for your illness, honey. I wish I could do something magical to take away all the pain you're going through right now."
"The hardest thing in my life is seeing you suffer. I don't know what to do. But, I pray to the Almighty for your speedy recovery. I hope you'll get well soon."
"I wrote this message with warm love and lots of good wishes for you. I hope you'll get well soon." Nathan said, reciting the inscription on the sheet along with a flower on the table.
Nathan accidentally brings flowers and leaves a note just in case Natalia has woken up from her sleep Nathan's name is not there.
"I can't wait to see you're healthy, fit, and good. I know it's not a good time in the hospital, but you have to spend time there to make a full recovery."
"I feel completely empty without your presence in my life. It's hard to spend time without you. I hope you get well soon. I love you so much."
" Nathan how long will you keep saying that you love me?" Pekik Nathalia.
" Sweetie you're sober?" Nathan said with great happiness.
"Time with you is beautiful and romantic. I can't stop thinking about you, and I feel tremendous pain because of your illness. I know you'll be fine soon, and back in my life."
" Are you praying for me to have a disease so deadly that I lay weak and so critical?" Ketus Natalia's.
" No no, I mean I'm thinking about the pain you're feeling, not the disease I just sprained a finger and wrote wrong."
" Hmmm...." Nathalia rolled her eyeballs and her gaze was fixed on a beautiful flower with paper beside her.
" What is this?"
" That's a flower, right..."
" I know but why is it here?"
" It's actually my substitute who takes care of you."
" sthat mean?" Nathalia asked while trying to get up and grab the flower.
Nathan certainly did not stay still, deftly he helped Natalia to half-sit and get the flowers he would take.
" It's beautiful and look there's a note inside of it."
Natalia smiled and read the contents of the note.
" So you plan to replace your position with flowers and this writing? That's nasty.."
" No, that's not what I meant. Look, I might not be here for 72 hours considering that I've been here for 24 hours waiting for you to wake up but you're not conscious yet."
" So I went and came back with a flower and left a note just in case you were there and I wasn't there next to you then you would find the flowers and notes I had made so that you remember that I always waited for you here with my love."
" ah... I feel like I'm melting."
" Well don't melt dong, I haven't ordered a jumbo-size freezer to keep you frozen in my heart."
"Nathan, I can't wait to take you out again and spend some very sweet and adorable moments. I'm sure you have a lot of new things that will make you float." Pekik Natalia's.
" Then heal quickly because I will invite you to float in the world of my love. Our love."
Nathan and Natalia smiled at each other, while behind the door was Olaf and Fikri.
