We meet again

He said the best drug time to forget, but the theory does not apply to Argino Mahendra. Shamelessly, think of it as a wall face, Gino ventured to press the doorbell of Laura's apartment unit.

Ten minutes passed, the door of the apartment did not open. It looks like Laura is not in the apartment. Weekends in the morning are impossible for Laura to work because as she remembers, the restaurant is closed during the weekend. Gino pulled out his phone and contacted David, the third second the connection was connected to a shout greeting his ear.

"Suckers! You better die!"

His ears were almost deaf to Lucy's cry, David's stupidity had reached the final level. Marrying Lucy was like a suicide because her bad temper caused someone to die at a young age. David was blind to love.

"I want to talk to David" Gino said after Lucy's screams subsided. "I don't want to talk to a strange woman like you."

"David won't talk."

Okay, Lucy's more than just stubborn. Gino's patience is back in the test.

"Just five minutes." smooth pinta Gino.

"No!"

"One minute."

"You can't bother Lala, she's not someone you know. Gino, I don't want to see him hurt after you took him off two years ago. He'd come home with a heavy load if you'd seen his face at the time."

"Lala's already erased your name, she won't fall in love with someone like you. As his best friend, I'm the first person to defy your intentions."

Lucy's rant is like a lullaby song, and Gino almost falls asleep if she doesn't hear David's voice.

"Sorry, Lucy is overkill."

Gino took a deep breath. "I'm surprised you hold up to his attitude."

"Because I love her. You don't need a reason when you like someone. I'm not talking about my relationship with Lucy, I'm talking about your relationship with Laura. He's changed, I see him almost every weekend. In our meeting, he never mentioned your name. Gino, you took it off and someone's feelings changed. The girl you love is no longer the same person."

Gino faintly heard Lucy's voice and a few seconds later David made a sound.

"Laura was at Queen's. Jean kept him there."

Queen's? Jean's?

Both of these are related to Mario, but Gino tries to think positively maybe Jean needs Laura's help.

"Mario drove him home. Gino you just wait there."

David's words caused both his legs to limp instantly.

It was too early to go back to the hotel. Since arriving in New York, Gino has not been looking for a place to live, although David has kindly offered his apartment. However, Gino could not accept the offer. An idea suddenly flashed through his head. He again contacted David and heard an annoyed tone from across. Despite seeming objection, David is willing to help and keep it a secret from Lucy. If the barbaric woman finds out about her plan, then the mission of pursuing Laura fails before Gino acts.

"Thank you, you're my best friend" Gino said.

Right after Gino left the apartment building, he caught a glimpse of a car stopping by the side of the road.

Jean's car.

Gino didn't have to ask who was driving the car when he saw Laura and Mario. Both of them were unaware, Gino noticed their interaction in silence. However, his hands were clenched firmly on both sides of his thighs.

Mario hugged Laura.
