Amarendra lay weakly with his brother in his company. His brother cried occasionally, regretting that he felt unable to look after the child. Not his fault, the thugs collect the remaining debt, must be quickly paid Amarendra and his mother. If the two talked to him, maybe he would be quick to pay for it, no need to make his grandson battered like this.

Amarendra fell asleep after taking the medicine. His eyes were bruised with a torn forehead, his cheeks were swollen and the corners of his lips were purple. How hard the four thugs begged him until he could not resist and fell down and was saved by the citizens who happened to pass by. Amarendra was beaten on the side of the road, deserted, his bike even broken. Abah promises to fix it or buy a new one also pays off all that debt and treats his granddaughter until she recovers.

An hour later Amarendra woke up, sitting on the edge of the bed staring out the window. His brother left and his five friends came to see him.

“What's the problem, Maren? Until you're battered like this, thugs from where? You made a thing?” raihan and Amarendra asked, there was no way he could explain and his brother forbade him from talking about family matters to anyone.

“Mistakes,” said he lied and Raihan with the others looked at each other.

“Till this bad? They should be in charge!” said his other friend and Amarendra put on a smile.

“I'm fine, tomorrow can also go home, maybe,” he said uncertain then turned his head. Amarendra got up and grimaced. Raihan approached, helping him drink.

“There was him outside,” whispered Raihan and Amarendra looking at him.

“Who is he?” Baffled.

“She...don't pretend to be stupid, Maren.” Raihan smiled and Amarendra frowned.

“Kani?” ask her while pulling Raihan's clothes. Raihan nodded and glanced at the door. Kani peeked for a moment then entered slowly. Staring at her with watery eyes, perhaps the girl could not bear to see her ugly like this.

“Ayo.” Raihan took everyone out to find food. Kani closes the door and Amarendra moves away.

“Why are you here?”

“What problems did you make until they did? Or is this Heri?” Kani's tears trickled and Amarendra denied by shaking his head. He explained that there was a misunderstanding, he was wrong until everything happened. Kani sobs and Amarendra is confused as to what to do. Glancing at the door hoping that Raihan would come in again and quickly bring Kani home, he could not show himself in this situation. “Can't I send you a message so I don't have bad prejudices? I'm waiting for you, know you're being treated like this.” He continued to cry and Amarendra sat back down.

“I don't even know where my phone is, sorry. You miss me?” Amarendra smiled and Kani rubbed her cheek. His hand was raised, he wanted to hit the man but could not bear it and Amarendra laughed. Amarendra slowly patted the edge of the bed and Kani sat down next to him. The two were silent for a moment until Kani turned her head, watching the face from the side, Amarendra realized that's why he prefers to look straight ahead. “Jelek, I know. No need to keep staring so.”

“You didn't eat right.” The doctor rebuked and Amarendra was silent. The male doctor glanced at Kani who had been silent there. “Boat him if he can, he needs to eat before taking the medicine.” He thinks Kani's a patient's family. Kani nodded and they all came out.

Amarendra sat down again and Kani approached.

“I bribe.” Kani takes the tray and Amarendra shakes her head. “Doctor told me.” Kani stared fiercely and Amarendra smiled. He resigned when the first bribe entered, while listening to Kani's story about his solitude because he did not exist. Amarendra smiled, his eyes narrowed, watching Kani's face intently, especially as the girl spoke, smiled, chuckled and dodged her eyes. Thought he wasn't listening because he was quiet, he was listening well.

Feeling a different energy after meeting the girl. The tasteless food that is usually difficult for him to swallow was suddenly delicious because Kani was bribing him. The clear vegetables, porridge, and tempeh he continued to receive. Until the last mouthful was not felt and Kani wiped her lips. Amarendra who was aware of his daydream gasped, distancing the body with a tense face.

“Now taking your medicine, I can't take long.” Kani put the tray on the bottom of the table, gave him a drink and Amarendra looked at him while gulping down the water. “May be healthy quickly.”

Amarendra lowered his arm and received the medicine in his palm.

“Don't come here again, I'll be home soon. It's far away, I don't want any trouble later.” Amarendra was serious and Kani nodded obediently.

After making sure that he took his medicine. Kani helps Amarendra lie down, covers him.

“Kani..return.” Amarendra had reigned again with a smile as the girl instead sat on the plastic chair next to the bed, placed her chin on the arm she had folded next to her, then looked at her.

“Sorry, I thought you left me. Just think bad and late to find out why you.” Kani whispered and Amarendra shook his head.

“You're worried, I know. Obviously, I'm not going anywhere let alone without saying goodbye. I'll let you know if I can, go home, and just wait,” replied gently and Kani nodded, stood up, grabbed her bag on the table.

Kani steps away and Amarendra notices until the girl comes out and he can breathe a sigh of relief. Amarendra was aghast as the door opened and the girl entered again.

“What?” amarendra.

“No, yes I'm home.” He closed again and Amarendra laughed crisply while massaging his forehead. There was just the silly behavior of that girl.
