The Secret of the Billionaire's Curse

The Secret of the Billionaire's Curse
Introducing To Friends

Since the incident the other day at Aren's application event, Frans and Kara are officially dating. Kara, who was initially hesitant about their relationship given the very different status levels between them, slowly began to see that Frans was not the type of man who liked to look at someone from the amount of money they had. The man even often visited Kara's cafe and greeted her grandmother.

Like today. Frans invites his friends to visit Kara's cafe. She is excited to introduce Kara to Sean and Peter. It certainly never happened before because in the past, Frans never introduced his ex-wife to two friends. Frans even often gets a burst of Sean and Peter because of this.

“You ... have known you for a long time? Where did you guys meet?” peter asked, curious about how the beginning of the incident Kara and Frans could get to know each other.

“Me and Frans first met about a month or two ago. He helped me while I was being chased by a crazy guy at a nightclub,” Kara replied, explaining about the start of their meeting.

“You hear that, Peter? Helping someone can take you to a prospective boyfriend. You better start doing good now so that those who surround you are not hired women anymore!” joking Sean, made Kara and Frans laugh while Peter grumbled in annoyance.

“Ah, you are! I'm not Frans who can commit to women. Right now I still want to have fun and enjoy my youth,” please Peter.

“Be careful if you catch a venereal disease,” Frans scolds, making Peter even more upset.

“No going!” Peter thumping. “Why are you talking about me? Shouldn't we be celebrating right now because Frans is finally going to introduce his girlfriend to both of us?”

“Indeed Frans never introduced his ex to you?” ask Kara, curious.

“Do not introduce her ex-boyfriend. We just found out he has a lover after there was news of his engagement with his ex-girls,” Sean replied as he glanced cynically at Frans.

“Well, what can I say? You're too busy to know my ex, aren't you?” reply Frans.

“Just reason you, Frans!” yelling Peter while shaking his head.

After chatting and spending lunch there, Peter and Sean say goodbye to returning to the office. The two friends were increasingly convinced that Frans really fell in love this time because Frans was seen as a kasmaran. It was different when he was with his ex-wife.

“I go home first, yes?” frans said to Kara and kissed Kara's lips for a moment before she got in her car.

Throughout the journey Frans was unceasingly smiling. The man felt very happy after he finally dated Kara. Moreover, Kara was able to make her frozen heart melt whenever she saw Kara's smile.

However, Frans happiness apparently makes someone feel very irritated. Lulla who knows the happiness of Frans from Aren's story was very upset. He doesn't like to see Frans happy. Plus, Frans also presumptuously represented himself to approve the relationship Aren and his lover. That made Lulla hate Frans.

Frans' lips, which were initially curved with a smile, instantly formed a straight line as he watched Lulla sitting in the waiting room in front of his study.

“Frans, can we talk?” Lulla hurriedly stood up and asked Frans like that.

“You said what?” ask Frans without further ado. The man didn't even allow Lulla to enter his study first. “Why are you here?”

“I don't like the way you overstepped my decision and Jorgie.”

Frans raised his eyebrows. “What do you mean?”

“You think I didn't know that you had supported Aren to propose to the girl?”

Lulla folded her arms in front of her chest while looking intently at Frans. Frans who was reprimanded like that was not afraid either. He laughed, underestimating Lulla.

“So, you came here because of that?” Frans now looked at Lulla very seriously. “Listen, Lulla. As long as Aren asks for help and protection from me, I will continue to be by his side even if it goes against you or my father. Now you better get out of here because I still have a lot of work.”

After saying this, Frans stepped into his study without caring for Lulla in the least.
