In a white room scented with drugs, Frans sees Charlynda who doesn't stop crying after getting bad news about her miscarriage. As a mother whose womb has entered the age of 4 months, of course it becomes a very deep sadness for his wife. However, there was an anger from the look in the woman's eyes towards him ever since he entered the room.
“How could I possibly lose my baby?! This must not be a coincidence! The cause must be the curse you have, Frans!” Charlynda vented both his anger and sadness to Frans.
“Charlynda, please calm down. You just got treatment. Your body is still not fully recovered.” Frans tried to calm his wife. He could understand his wife's current grief, although there was also an exaggeration when his wife mentioned the curse he had.
“No, Frans! The person to blame for this miscarriage is you! You're the one who caused me to lose my baby! It's all because of that curse you have!” charlynda shouted uncontrollably.
Back at the curse, Frans could only bow like a suspect. His lips were unable to speak in defense. The curse that had been addressed to him for years now made him feel guilty again for the miscarriage that his wife had experienced.
“At this moment I ask for a divorce from you, Frans! I don't want to live with a man who carries that terrible curse!” Charlynda spoke out.
Frans looked up surprised by that sentence. “Charlynda, what did you just say?”
“I told you, I asked for a divorce from you, Frans. I'm sorry I married you like this. You will only bring bad luck in my life with that curse you have,”, said Charlynda Sharp.
Frans was filled with regret with his heart that was immediately broken. His lips were once again speechless. One side, he still wants to maintain his marriage, after failing at his first marriage. However, on the other hand, if it is true that the curse in him is the cause of all this, then he will choose to release his wife, rather than make his wife suffer more because of it.
“I don't care if you agree or not with me, Frans. Because I'm going to want this divorce. I don't want to be affected by that damn curse you have,” Charlynda said without a heart.
Frans nodded slowly with a look of sadness to his wife. “Well if that's what you want, Charlynda. I'm sorry I made you suffer for all this.”
“Then you take care of the letters from now on, Frans. I don't want to waste any more time being with you,” Charlynda said.

A few weeks later Frans actually embodied Charlynda's desire to divorce her in a court of law. Subdued languidly, she accepted the unfortunate fate of her widower for the second time and again lost her future baby for the second time.
Coming out of the courtroom, Frans still found Charlynda's hatred for her. He tried to understand with that look of hatred. Because it can not be denied, if the bad luck that befell his ex-wife is the cause of him. Even so, he still stepped over to say something for the last time.
“Charlynda, once I apologize for this bad luck you've been through. I really hope our decision at this time is the best for both of us,” Frans said.
“Of course this divorce will be the best path for both of us, Frans. Because that way I can break my bad luck because of your curse,” reply Charlynda is still sharp.
Hearing that, Frans was filled with regret.
“One more time I'm sorry, Charlynda.” Frans bowed bitterly.
“Unfortunately your apology cannot return my baby again, Frans.”
“I know you're devastated, Charlynda. However, that doesn't mean I don't feel the same way as you do right now. She is my baby, because I am her father. I also felt devastated and lost so much,” Frans softly held back tears.
Charlynda was silent, reluctant to look at the face of the pain Frans who increasingly made him hate.
“Alright, I can accept all your hatred for me because of that curse I have. However, you must remember this one thing, Charlynda. If I am also very devastated and lost for the death of our baby,” Frans said trying to strengthen himself.
“Of course you should also feel lost and devastated, Frans. Because if you don't, then you don't have the heart as a parent.” Charlynda continued to act tough.
“Fine. Whatever it is, I hope you can get better happiness after this, Charlynda. I pray you find a man who is more than me and has a better life than I am. I sincerely pray for your happiness.” Frans reached out, expecting Charlynda's welcome one last time.
“May you also be happy after this.” Charlynda returned the helping hand, then passed leaving Franas.
*****
Back home, Frans immediately vent all his sadness by crying on the living room sofa. The sadness was not because of the divorce that happened again in his life, but because the curse that had been addressed to him for years was really real. Frans has tried to prove that the curse is not real, not once, but Frans has experienced it twice.
Frans' first marriage was not out of love, but out of a hidden purpose that wanted to prove his curse, but the wife died pregnant with her child. It was all Frans considered a disaster, Frans again found a woman who felt fit to be his companion, they married two years later his second wife was pregnant, but again Frans lost his future son, the future, makes Frans can no longer deny that everything is real.
“What should I do to get rid of that damn curse, Lord?” Frans squeezed his hair in frustration.
Yeah, Frans is in despair right now. His desire to be able to have a normal life in fostering a household and raising a child seems to be not going well. Twice failed to make a household and failed to give birth to offspring, making her haunted by the curse at this time.
“How can I live happily if the curse still follows me? How can I be happy, if the people I love always suffer because of that curse?” frans complained to himself.
Frans' strapping back then shook followed by a crying sound. “Am I destined not to be able to have happiness and descent, Lord? Then what's the point of living if I can't get what I want? I am a human who wants happiness. I need a descendant to carry on everything I have achieved.”
As an established man, Frans has had a lot of things in the business of meeting the needs of life and spoiling his life with luxury. But not in love. Not because of the love he did not get from a partner, but the love itself that can not grow in his heart, even though Frans was twice married. Only a comfortable feeling that he can feel towards a partner, not with love. “Fine. If it is the curse that wants me destroyed, then I will not look for a partner or offspring again. I will prove, if I can enjoy my life with what I have right now. I will not expect offspring again,” sis Frans trying to strengthen themselves to rearrange his life.
