Chapter 21 - Preparation

Both are currently in one of the skyscrapers, they are on the 09th floor of a building that has been rented by Darren to be made their new company place later is not as wide as the company used to be but at least this is where he will start his career again.

"Darren are you sure you want to develop a company in the startup field?" Darren nodded he was already very sure.

"You know Anne since I was in college, I like the program more than anything else but because my dad was a real estate entrepreneur so he always asked me to be what he wanted to be," he said he was now staring at the slightly congested city streets down there.

"Now what do you want to do in our company?" anne said standing next to Anne.

"We have to find a programmer, I want to make an electric car with automatic steering" he said.

"Like Tesla?" anne said and Darren nodded.

"Yes, we have to make something even better than Tesla,"

Anne was really amazed by Darren's idea even the man dared to take a big risk when it was clear he had never tried the startup company like what the competition was.

"Let's make one of the most powerful automatic steering cars of all the others" Anne said, hugging Darren.

"But I'm still confused Anne this company is still very new is there a programmer and some other employees who want to join us?" Anne raised one eyebrow at all - Darren could have thought so pessimistically.

"Hey don't be pessimistic come on. We certainly can" Anne said, hitting Darren on the shoulder.

As Anne recalled something they hadn't talked about together, "Darren have you chosen a name for our company?" anne asked to remember Darren.

"I already have the best name for our company, I'm sure you'll love it."

"What's his name tell me?" Darren shakes.

"Later next week just after launching our new company, let's now let's make some information for the vacancy that we will later install,"

"You're just wondering, you should have told me from last night,"

"Let's go home first next week is the inauguration of our new company, so now let's get everything ready."

Yep, yeah, Darren has to prepare everything first he has to find some employees and secondly he has to get an investor for his company if a company without an investor where later he can get profit and pay its employees.

Darren and Anne are now waiting for someone who says he's a great programmer, and he's also Anne's old schoolmate.

"Where is your friend?"

"Wait a minute it looks like he's stuck,"

"If she hasn't been there for 15 minutes, we'll go home" Anne ripped her lips off with Darren who couldn't wait a minute.

"That's it, Hey.. Kelvin come here" said Anne, waving her hand at the man.

It turns out that Anne's friend is a handsome young man who has minus eyes but even though he looks like it still looks handsome.

"Hey Anne, how are you?"

"My good news is sit down, Darren this is Kelvin and Kelvin this is Darren CEO at the new company that we will debut," he said enthusiastically and kindly Kelvin smiled kindly to Darren.

"Here, I'm looking for a great programmer to work with my new company and I hear you're pretty good, Anne said, and can you explain that you've worked anywhere?" he continued and Anne was flabbergasted to hear Darren was really very to the point.

"I'm sorry I've never worked for any company before, but being a programmer is my hobby at home I've been used to hacking some hackers who tried to break into some of the sites of large companies in this city," Kelvin said.

"What hobby? Being a programmer is a hobby and you've never worked at any company?" darren and Kelvin said.

"I've sent several of my CVs to a company but no one has received them yet" Kelvin said.

Darren immediately stood up and invited Anne to talk to him, what kind of programmer Anne was introducing to him now does not have a good work history.

"Anne, if you've gone crazy introducing me to her kind of person, you've heard that she's never worked at any company and being a programmer is her hobby" Darren said.

"Darren rest easy, don't look at Kelvin just because he doesn't have work experience, but you have to look at his abilities" Anne tried to remind others.

"What abilities is Anne? It's you that I won't accept to cooperate with our company" said the egotistical Darren.

"Darren please give him the opportunity to show his ability, besides our company has not been inaugurated, not necessarily there are great programmers who want to work together. Come on think carefully if after all Kelvin can't show his ability, you can end his contract."

Now Darren is confused but what Anne says is true the company is very new not necessarily there is also a programmer who wants to join him and now who begs him is Anne so where possible he can reject it.

"Alright I'll take it," Anne was happy to hear.

And after that meeting Kelvin finally became part of the new company Darren and Anne. The minus-eyed man he had promised to give everything he could to make an automatic steering car.

"How have some people sent their CV in our email?" darren asked Anne who was now staring at her laptop screen now they were in the rental house Anne.

"There are some but I don't think you'll want to accept them your taste has to be a great one" Anne said.

"Hey why are you thinking like that, here I see their CV first." Darren grabs Anne's laptop and reads one by one the CVs that have been sent to her.

The man smiled wryly and Anne could already guess that Darren was definitely not interested in their CV, the man always sees from a work experience when they may have a skill that no one else is aware of.

"So how do you accept them?"

"No! Most of them had very little experience working in a company, Anne you know I want to build a big company so I don't want to just choose employees from the company," said an annoyed Darren.

"Our trend is just about to start everything from 0 not from 2 or 3, do you never realize our company is not necessarily when we have just inaugurated the rapid rise there will be ups and downs and where there are people who have great skills to work in the company new people who want to pay them a big salary. So, you have to remember we need employees who want to work well with us not just see how much they will be paid later," Anne said regretfully.

Darren was made silent. Yes, he was wrong to always see someone just in terms of experience when he should have given the opportunity for others to work with this new company. Darren gets carried away with the already great D.J Enterprises until he forgets that his new company is still at zero.

"Yes, you've called them to come to the interview later at the office,"

"Don't do anything because you have to,"

"No my boo I just want to give them a chance to join our company," Darren said hearing it had succeeded in making Anne feel happy because in the end Darren would listen to her.
