Chapter 16 - Say Love

They had reached New York City with defeat and the news became the talk of office employees, many of whom blamed Anne who claimed not to be a secretary Darren.

"Anne you don't have to listen to their words that have nothing to do with the defeat of D. J. Enterprises with your position as secretary of Mr. Darren" Vanny said as she patted Anne's shoulder.

"Although I am the secretary of Mr. Darren and I do not seem to deserve to serve as secretary to Mr. Darren," Anne replied with a sad look.

Vanny shook her head with Anne who was difficult to persuade her not to listen to the trash talk from other employees about her.

"Anne, don't put her in their hearts" said Vanny.

"Yes Van, I went to Darren's office's office records room yesterday" Vanny nodded and Anne walked away.

Anne thought that she should not apply for a job in the CEO secretary section so this is the risk, the impact of things related to the company will surely be dragged along.

When Anne entered the CEO's room there she got Darren with Moa and immediately Darren who saw Anne's arrival he immediately approached Anne and clasped her hand, the action managed to make Anne surprised.

"This is my lover Miss Anne the woman I love" she said, smiling sweetly and leaving Moa flabbergasted.

Anne was made excited by Darren's words just now she tried to release Darren's hand but unfortunately Darren's hand grip was too strong.

"WHAT'S HE.. HE'S MU DARREN'S SECRETARY,"

"Yes, she's my secretary and lover, isn't she so dear?" she said while looking at Anne's sweetness.

"What's? Miss Moa I can explain everything" Anne said.

"Everything is clear if we love each other" Darren replied as his arms moved around Anne's shoulders.

"YOU'RE EVIL DARREN! I'M GONNA PUT THIS THING ON UNCLE JACK." MoA said hysterically.

"Yes, don't you think this is good news" Darren replied lightly as he continued to hug Anne's shoulder, the master himself confused as to what he should say at this time.

Moa cries hysterically and she comes out of Darren's room after actually seeing Moa come out of the room Anne instantly removes Darren's hand from her shoulder.

"You're crazy, huh?"

"I'm not crazy, but I love you,"

"Whatever you want to say, I'm just here to give you this document instead of meddling in your love affairs!" he said, giving the document to Darren's chest and straight out of Darren's room.

Anne is really in trouble two humans are not sane, she wants to run but it's impossible she is still bound by a job contract with Darren. Thinking of the two would only make his head even more tired.

In the employee break hours now is not only about the news of the tender defeat but in addition to this morning Moa who suddenly cried hysterically in the office corridor, while shouting the names of Darren and Anne. The action was successful in making Anne again a material of gossip and also the spotlight of other employees.

"Anne is the news true of you and Mr. Darren.. You guys dating?" ask Vanny who is now in the cafeteria office with the main female perpetrator.

"Van can you turn down the volume of your voice" Anne replied, rubbing her face in a huff.

"Well, it turns out that the new secretary in our office is dating our CEO" said the employee who sat at a desk not far from Anne and Vanny's desk.

"What dating because he is the teaser ya hahaha," continued other employees, managed to make other employees also laugh.

Anne was upset she was about to stand up but her hand in Vanny's hold her friend gave her a code to control her emotions and not have to listen to their words.

"That's Anne,"

"I'm pissed Van,"

"You don't have to listen to their trash talk" said Vanny, whose voice was with the female employee who just sneered at Anne.

"Hey you're swearing at me trash? The friend next to you is the trash, the CEO teaser in our office. Ck! Not shameless, yes, you're Miss Anne teasing Mr. Darren who clearly has a fiancee." she said and managed to make Anne stand up and pour her mango juice on the face of the female employee just now.

"YOU'RE J*LANG!" he was about to flirt with Anne but unfortunately Darren came faster and made his fancy suit that was affected by the juice splash.

"Sir Darren? Sorry I didn't mean to do it.. "

"S*hit! Enough, you've dared to insult and laugh at my lover! You even made bad news about Anne" Darren said, and even now Anne is hiding behind Darren's back.

"YOU FIRED! PLEASE LEAVE THIS COMPANY."

"And to all of you, if I still hear a bad word about Anne. You will have the same fate as him" Darren said, pointing to the employee he just fired.

The threat just made the feathers of another employee stand up, they don't think that Darren would have this watermelon just for the sake of an Anne as well as Anne who didn't expect that Darren would come to the point of firing her employees.

"Darren you shouldn't have fired her, I started flushing her face with my mango juice" said Anne, who is now in the room with Darren.

"I fired him so I couldn't take my word. After all, he was the one who had made such cheap gossip." Darren replied as he put his foot on the table.

"It's Anne you don't have to feel guilty" Darren said.

Not only about Darren firing his employees but he was also upset that Darren suddenly presumptuously said that if he and Darren were dating it would make it more difficult for him to move freely his work.

"You're still wrong you shouldn't say we're dating" Anne said.

"We are dating dear, let them know this." Anne rolled her eyeballs she was caught off guard by Darren's attitude just now.

"You.. You've gone too far to talk to Miss Moa, you shouldn't have said those words just now" she said.

Yep, yeah, Darren behaves this way he is also caught off guard by the gossip that is being spread about his defeat and some of his employees blame Anne and the second about Anne being stamped as a teaser he is already really in make it upset so don't blame Darren if he acts that makes some of his employees surprised by his attitude just now.
