CHAPTER 94. Chang Le & Feng Xi's

Feng Xi attacked Prince Tang Jin nimbly and aggressively. Feng Xi knew Prince Tang Jin was a cunning man and was full of evil stratagems. That was because Prince Tang Jin was nurtured by the cruel Queen Tang so that Prince Tang Jin could not possibly have a good nature.

Feng Xi wanted to defeat Prince Tang Jin as quickly as possible and take him hostage in order to take Chang Le away.

Prince Tang Jin tried hard to fend off every attack of Feng Xi with a sword. His little heart cussed harshly because of his martial arts if far away from Feng Xi.

Ten minutes of fighting had clearly seen Feng Xi as superior to Prince Tang Jin.

"Feng Xi can't go back to the Southern Tang Kingdom! His father would definitely make him a war general!" inner Prince Tang Jin.

Ying Ying saw Prince Tang Jin slipping a hand into the pouch all of a sudden, then threw it into Feng Xi's face.

"Be careful Brother Feng Xi!" ying Ying shouted as he jumped down from the horse.

"Sister Feng Xi! Brother Feng Xi!" li Chang Le's spirit shouted in panic.

Ying Ying and Li Chang Le's spirit ran quickly over to Feng Xi. Feng Xi was trying to endure the pain in his eyes, while Prince Tang Jin folded his hands in front of his chest and smiled triumphantly staring towards Feng Xi and Ying Ying.

"Sister Feng Xi! I'll check your eyes!" said Ying Ying.

"I'm fine Chang Le!"

Feng Xi's pair of eyes were still tightly shut. Feng Xi knew the poison powder Prince Tang Jin had already made his eyes hurt, but Feng Xi did not want to make Chang Le aka Ying Ying worried.

"Tang Lan Xi! As a half-sister, I kindly warn you to immediately look for a healer now. Otherwise, you will be blind for life!" 

Feng Xi tightly clenched both hands, whereas Ying Ying paid no heed to Prince Tang Jin's words. Ying Ying focused on checking the wound in Feng Xi's eyes.

Li Chang Le's spirit worries were reduced slightly. Spirit Li Chang Le was sure Ying Ying could heal Feng Xi.

"Li Chang - Le! Be a submissive girl and follow me back to the Southern Tang Kingdom. Worry not! You're not gonna die. I'll make you my concubine!" 

"Until you die, I won't let you take Chang Le away!" said Feng Xi.

Prince Tang Jin laughed mocking loudly, as if Feng Xi's words were just a big joke heard by him.

"Sister Feng Xi! Eat up!"

Ying Ying thrust a medicinal pill into Feng Xi's mouth. Feng Xi directly opened his mouth and chewed on the medicinal pill without hesitation.

Ying Ying took out one bottle of her other concoction medicine and poured the liquid from inside the bottle onto the handkerchief, then rubbed Feng Xi's closed eyes together.

"Sister Feng Xi don't open your eyes first so that the medicinal properties work faster" Ying Ying's message said.

Feng Xi nodded his head in understanding omens. The pain and heat in his eyes gradually disappeared. That made Feng Xi curious about when Ying Ying was studying medicine.

The challenge from Ying Ying was answered with a loud laughing voice from Prince Tang Jin. 

"The sword in your hand is very nice and a pair with Prince Wei Bu Yi. I'll win and get you with that sword!" 

Prince Tang Jin recognized the sword in Ying Ying's hand was exactly the same as Wei Bu Yi's. Prince Tang Jin thought that Wei Bu Yi was giving the sword to Ying Ying.

"Chang Le!" call Feng Xi while pulling Ying Ying's hand.

Although both of his eyes were still closed, but Feng Xi could pull Ying Ying's hand easily. 

"Bu Yi once taught me some sword techniques to deal with wedge*sneaky. I won't lose, Brother Feng Xi!"

Feng Xi released her handrails spontaneously when she heard Ying Ying mention Bu Yi's name in a soft and confident voice Her pair of injured eyes made Feng Xi's instincts become more sensitive. Feng Xi knew that Ying Ying and Bu Yi's relationship was becoming more and more in*im so that it made her heart ache to think that Ying Ying was Li Chang Le, the young girl she had loved all along.

This time it was Prince Tang Jin who attacked Ying Ying aggressively, but Ying Ying always managed to dodge easily.

Ying Ying only fended off every attack of Prince Tang Jin with a sword. This made Prince Tang Jin even more convinced that Ying Ying's martial arts were still minimal.

At the moment when Prince Tang Jin thought he had managed to urge Ying Ying at close range, Ying Ying's hand slapped Prince Tang Jin's face violently. Then his foot kicked the stomach of Prince Tang Jin so that the shameless man tumbled backwards.

Prince Tang Jin held onto his cheek which still felt numb from Ying Ying's slap. His eyes reddened looking intently at Ying Ying.

"You dare to slap and kick me?"

"That move is best suited for wedge**an like you!" ying Ying replied casually.

Prince Tang Jin started attacking Ying Ying again. The attacks are more aggressive and deadly. Prince Tang Jin wanted to teach Ying Ying a lesson for daring to humiliate her in front of the Southern Tang Kingdom's troops.

Several slaps and also blows hit the head of Prince Tang Jin. It was obvious that Ying Ying was indeed deliberately replying to Prince Tang Jin's cunning towards Feng Xi by playing him in public.

The cries of pain and swearing from Prince Tang Jin's mouth made Feng Xi smile faintly. 

Prince Tang Jin became frustrated at not seeing Ying Ying's attack clearly at all, but the pain in his cheeks and head signified that he had wrongly demeaned Ying's prowess from the start.

In the end Prince Tang Jin became traumatized and did not dare to attack Ying Ying again.

Ying Ying immediately approached Feng Xi. "Let's go, Brother Feng Xi! Baji**and it's already lost!" 

"Foot!"

The shout from Prince Tang Jin suddenly made his troops raise a bow in hand and unleash an arrow towards Ying Ying.

All the arrows shot out quickly. Ying Ying flowed magic power into the Yin Yang sword and deflected each arrow with ease. 

Although the Southern Tang Kingdom army was astonished by Ying Ying's prowess, they still released new arrows. This time all the arrows were heading towards Feng Xi, as per the precepts of Ying Ying.

Ying Ying fended off all those arrows with a swift motion so that not a single arrow struck Feng Xi or Ying Ying.

Ying Ying's full concentration towards the arrow attack made her unaware that Prince Tang Jin was unsheathing the sword from behind.

Feng Xi's sharp instinct made him block the attack so Prince Tang Jin's sword pierced through Feng Xi's chest.

"Sister Feng Xi!" cry out Li Chang Le's spirit.

That shout made Ying Ying look back. Prince Tang Jin's hand was still holding a sword piercing in Feng Xi's chest.

Ying Ying's eyes reddened with restraining anger. Prince Tang Jin's sword not only pierced through Feng Xi's chest, but also hit the transparent back of Li Chang Le's spirit as Li Chang Le's spirit tightly hugged Feng Xi's body.

The glint of the Yin Yang sword made the glare of Prince Tang Jin's eyes. The next thing that happened was the sound of a long cry of pain from the mouth of Prince Tang Jin.

"My hands! My hand!"

The forces of Southern Tang Kingdom immediately pushed Prince Tang Jin away from Ying Ying. They all stared in horror at Prince Tang Jin's bloodied right hand on the ground. The hand was broken due to the slash from the Yin Yang sword.

Ying Ying took out some concoction medicine to treat Feng Xi. Ying Ying also used her magic power to seal the wound on Feng Xi's chest, but to no avail.

Ying Ying's hands trembled as they realized Feng Xi's injuries were very deep and it was likely that death would pick Feng Xi up in the near future.

"Defend Brother Feng Xi!"

Feng Xi felt a pair of hands clasping his hands tightly. Though Feng Xi was certain that Ying Ying's hand was still treating the wound on her chest.

Feng Xi tried to open his eyes to see more clearly who was holding his hand. The poison in his eyes had already healed, but his gaze was still blurred.

"Sorry Brother Chang Le! Because of me, Brother Feng Xi is injured!"

Ying Ying's words made Feng Xi feel strange. Who was Brother Chang Le that Ying Ying was referring to? Isn't Ying Ying Chang Le?

"It's not your fault, Ying Ying!" said Li Chang Le's spirit gently.

"Kill them both! Kill Li Chang Le and Tang Lan Xi!"

Prince Tang Jin shouted like a possessed person. His severed hand made Prince Tang Jin want to take revenge against Ying Ying and Feng Xi. 

The Southern Tang Kingdom Army unsheathed the sword and attacked Ying Ying simultaneously

Suddenly a shadow appeared and stopped right beside Ying Ying. Three Southern Tang Kingdom soldiers fell on the ground with puncture wounds on their bodies.

"Mom Yi!"

"Ying Ying!"

The two of them hugged each other tightly regardless of the bewildered gazes from the Southern Tang Kingdom army.

Wei Bu Yi released a hug and rubbed the tear marks on Ying Ying's cheeks, then turned her head towards Feng Xi.

Feng Xi was lying on the ground with a pale face and a beam of white light was at Feng Xi's side.

"Why did you stop? Kill Chang Le! Kill Wei Bu Yi!"

The cry of Prince Tang Jin made the troops of Southern Tang Kingdom move forward to attack Wei Bu Yi and Ying Ying.

Wei Bu Yi and Ying Ying wield Yin Yang swords against the forces of Southern Tang Kingdom. The attacks from the two of them complement each other so as to overwhelm the enemy.

Feng Xi's consciousness was fading away. However, a pair of warm hands that held tightly to his hand could be clearly felt.

"Thank God Wei Bu Yi came, but why did he call Chang Le by the name of Ying Ying? Ying Ying is the name of Chang Le's white fox!" inner Feng Xi.

"Sister Feng Xi! Brother Feng Xi!"

"Chang Le?!" call Feng Xi in an unconvinced tone.

His logic told Feng Xi that Chang Le and Wei Bu Yi were fighting against the forces of Southern Tang Kingdom, but Feng Xi's instinct was sure the woman who was hugging him was Chang Le.

Li Chang Le's spirit released his embrace slowly so the two of them looked at each other.

"Chang Le?"

"Yes, Brother Feng Xi. I'm Chang Le!"

Tears flowed profusely on the cheeks of Li Chang Le's spirit. He did not expect Feng Xi to see his spirit form clearly.

"Don't cry, Chang Le!" said Feng Xi as she wiped the tears on Chang Le's cheek.

Li Chang Le's spirit lowered its head and kissed Feng Xi's lips. Feng Xi replied with a gentle kiss. 

All of the puzzling puzzle pieces in Feng Xi's mind fused into one picture frame so that tears flowed down Feng Xi's cheeks knowing all the truth.

Feng Xi's tears made Li Chang Le's spirit stop the kiss. They looked at each other again.

"Chang Le's! When did you die?" asked Feng Xi with a trembling voice.

"When you fall into the pool for the first time. I can be in the human world because of the help of Ying Ying, the little white fox."

"You are the one who appears in my dreams every night?"

"Yes!" li Chang Le's spirit replied while nodding his head.

They both smiled at the same time. Happiness due to togetherness in the dream world, can now be realized in plain sight.

"I love you so much Chang Le!"

"I love you so much too, Feng Xi!"

Ying Ying little ran over to Feng Xi and Li Chang Le's spirit, while Wei Bu Yi faced the rest of the army and also crippled Prince Tian Jin.

Ying Ying's pair of eyes glazed over seeing Li Chang Le and Feng Xi's spirits talking to each other. They both look very happy.

"Sister Chang Le! Brother Feng Xi!"

Ying Ying examined the pulse on Feng Xi's wrist. The pulse is getting weaker. 

"Thank you Ying Ying! Because of you, I can meet Chang Le again!" said Feng Xi while smiling sincerely.

Li Chang Le's spirit embraced Ying Ying's body. "Ying Ying! Everything that happens is my destiny and the destiny of Brother Feng Xi. You should live happily with Wei Bu Yi!"

Ying Ying nodded his head. "Sister Feng Xi and Brother Chang Le must also live happily together!"

Spirit Li Chang Le and Feng Xi smiled hearing Ying Ying's words. They both held hands again.

"Chang Le's! I'll catch up with you soon!"

"Yes!"

Feng Xi closed his eyes tightly. A smile still adorned at the corner of his lips.

Some time later, Feng Xi's spirit came out of his body and immediately approached Li Chang Le's spirit.

"Chang Le's! We'll be together forever!"

The two of them hugged each other again for a long time. Ying Ying was teary-eyed looking at the happiness of the pair of lovebirds in front of him.

Wei Bu Yi's hand was embracing Ying Ying's shoulder, while her pair of eyes were staring at the two white lights ahead there.

Wei Bu Yi knew Feng Xi was dead and gathered with Li Chang Le.

Ying Ying leaned his head against Wei Bu Yi's chest. His pair of hands hugged Wei Bu Yi's waist tightly.

"Sister Feng Xi and Brother Chang Le!" said Ying Ying while pointing at the pair of lovebirds.

"Feng Xi and Li Chang Le could unite in the afterlife. They are both so happy now!"

"Yes!" answer Ying Ying.

Li Chang Le's spirit and Feng Xi's spirit turned their heads back after releasing their embrace.

"Ying Ying! I'm leaving now!" said Li Chang Le's spirit.

"Goodbye Chang Le!" ying Ying replied while trying to smile, but her tears were flowing profusely without being able to stop.

Li Chang Le's spirit removed the bell pendulum necklace Ying gave her and placed it on the ground.

Miraculously, a transparent spiritual cave appeared that glowed brightly and felt warm. Li Chang Le's spirit and Feng Xi's spirit joined hands into the spiritual cave without hesitation. 

Ying Ying was confident that Li Chang Le and Feng Xi would live happily in any realm.
