The fourth level is the Official Consort. There are four Official Concubines inside the palace. This position was obtained if they managed to gain the Emperor's favor over them. Usually including those that are often visited.
The fifth level is Gundik, which is the lowest strata that is the woman the Emperor recognizes when he has been slept. In this position the concubines tried to make the Emperor spend more time in their room and had the opportunity to rise to a higher level and increase the chances of giving birth to the Emperor's child.
Since the death of Queen Xu and was succeeded by Queen Wen, Consort Ming Lan's position, originally at the high level of Official Consorts, had changed to that of the Imperial Official Consort, occupying the position of Queen Wen before her.

A while later, Chang Ru sat down in front of the guzheng and started playing it smoothly and gracefully.
Ying Ying admitted that Chang Ru was indeed good at playing guzheng because during her stay at the Residence of General Li Jin, there was a music teacher who came to teach how to play guzheng to Chang Ru and Chang Le.
Chang Ru had always used the excuse that Chang Le could not possibly understand how to play the strings in the guzheng so only Chang Ru could study hard, while Chang Le played cheerfully with Ying Ying while enjoying the music of guzheng.
The guzheng groove that Chang Ru played was so melodious that the invited guests liked it.
The perfect guzheng game made them praise Chang Ru as the perfect and proper candidate for crown princess.
Ying Ying Ying's long-range hearing power allowed him to clearly hear the talk of some young girl who was vilifying Chang Le and comparing her to Chang Ru.
Ying Ying was indifferent to the speech of those around him. Ying Ying is focusing on playing her role as a five-year-old child.

Tan Xiang who was standing behind Ying Ying, bowed his body and called Ying Ying in a small voice.

Ying Ying stopped the movement of his hand, then took the handkerchief from Tan Xiang's hand. Ying Ying almost forgot that he was inside the palace so he had to show good manners.
Ying Ying used a handkerchief to pick up one small jasmine-shaped cake, then chewed it slowly.
"Sugary! It's yummy!" muttered Ying Ying.
The delicious taste of the cake made Ying Ying enjoy it so voraciously that one piece of the small cake ran out in such a short period of time.
"Shy!" inner Ying Ying.
There were two tall and slender porcelain teapots on the table so Ying Ying picked up one of the teapots, but Wei Bu Yi's left hand held the teapot quickly.
"I'm thirsty!" said Ying Ying.
"It's a carafe!" wei Bu Yi.
Wei Bu Yi shifted the other teapot to Ying Ying.
"It's tea?" ying Ying asked as he pointed at the teapot that Wei Bu Yi gave.
"Yes!" wei Bu Yi replied.
Ying Ying opened the lid of the teapot and smelled a yawning scent from within.
"The tea is very fragrant" said Ying Ying.
Ying Ying carefully observed the teapot in his hand and compared it to the teapot. If considered carefully, close the two teapots differently.
There is a golden color circle pattern in the lid of the wine pot, while the cover of a plain tea pot without a motive.
Ying Ying poured the tea into the cup and gulped it down.
"Very good!"
Wei Bu Yi's cup was already empty so Ying Ying took out a teapot of wine and got a sharp glare from Wei Bu Yi.
"not for me! I want to pour some wine for you!" ying Ying said in a panic.
"I never drink wine!" ying Ying continued.
For some reason, while staring at Wei Bu Yi's pair of sharp eyes, Ying Ying spoke honestly spontaneously.
Wei Bu Yi pushed his cup before Ying Ying. Ying Ying smiled widely and poured wine into Wei Bu Yi's cup.
"Thank you," Wei Bu Yi said in a flat voice.
Wei Bu Yi gulped down the wine poured by Ying Ying. Ying Ying poured the new wine into Wei Bu Yi's cup.
Ying Ying poured out new wine repeatedly as Wei Bu Yi's cup was empty. Wei Bu Yi remained calm with an expressionless cold face, while Eunuch Da Duo and Eunuch Xiao Duo stared at Ying Ying Ying with an expression of disbelief.
Wei Bu Yi had never received food or drink from anyone except the two of them.
Eunuch Da Duo and Eunuch Xiao Duo were in charge of preparing Wei Bu Yi's food and drink.
Just like Tan Xiang, the two eunuchs of trust would check Wei Bu Yi's food and drink with silver needles first to avoid poisoning.
The little snack served on Wei Bu Yi and Ying Ying's table now, had already been checked by Eunuch Da Duo and Eunuch Xiao Duo before Ying Ying arrived.
When Ying Ying raised the wine pot to pour into Wei Bu Yi's cup for the umpteenth time, accidentally the bell pendulum from the bracelet dangled out from inside the long hanfu arm and was seen by Wei Bu Yi.
