"YAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA!!!"
The sound of women's screams echoed in the corridor of the apartment.
At the same time, Alves caught a loud bang on his doorstep. The sound of ceramic cracks followed.
Alves spontaneously opened the door and stepped out.
Throughout his life, Alves has witnessed brutal and vile human experiments. But it was never denied that he would see the scene before him that was too impossible to happen. But now it seems in front of his eyes.
That figure, or the so-called mutant, was originally a human. It was visible from his face that still retained the characteristics of a human. But either because of a mysterious virus or a genetic disease that infects his body causing mutations in him. Which creates a creepy monster-like figure.
The mutant is cream-colored greenish. His back swelled big like a turtle shell. The soles of his feet are enlarged and have a membrane between his legs. Both hands were previously smooth clean, now extending up to one and a half meters with sharp pointed fingernail tips.
And within the grasp of the mutant's claw, there was a middle-aged woman with a face full of desperate cries. His eyes were all reddish, throwing a glare. His pale lips also shook violently.
The woman found the figure of Alves from a distance and screeched softly, "To-please..."
Cracks.
Dor's!
Along with the crumbling of the middle-aged woman's body, Alves fired his gun towards the green mutant.
The golden bullet shot out so fast and stuck into the green mutant arm.
That instant Alves swore in his heart.
The green mutant seemed to feel nothing. It was as if the bullet shot through his skin was just a bite of a small ant. He stared at the arm where the bullet was stuck, then glanced at Alves.
Then the green mutant grinned widely, displaying a row of his blunt teeth.
Alves knew that the green mutant would be in action.
A split second later, the green mutant released his grip from the body of the middle-aged woman who no longer beat his heart. He crouched down, took a swing, and jumped from the end of the corridor.
Alves immediately dodged the impact of the green mutant that looked extremely heavy.
Both of his legs were quickly moved backwards, but Alves found his body shrewd.
He's going to fall.
You idiot!
In his vision, Alves forgot that his body was standing upright on a ceramic floor that had already broken into pieces. So that in such a precarious state, the fate of his feet had to stumble because of ceramic flakes that are located irregularly.
Alves then turned his head forward and found a green mutant on top of him.
Without a second thought, Alves extended his arm upwards and his hand was clenched as hard as he could.
Bam!
The green mutant body was pounding hard with a ceramic floor. So hard, the floor could barely hold the weight of an infinite green mutant body and broke into the floor below.
While Alves was still with his hands outstretched and in a backward position, looking at the green mutant with a slight breath of gasps.
"Is he dead...?"
Just as Alves said so, his eyes caught the green mutant's fingers moving slowly.
Once again his palm was opened and clenched back. The movement was repeated many times until he confirmed that the green mutant was unable to move anymore.
Until the green mutant's body seemed convulsing for a moment, before stopping completely.
A few minutes later, Alves dared to approach the dim-looking green mutant. His feet retraced slowly as he walked, not wanting his stupid carelessness to repeat itself.
Until Alves stood right in front of the green mutant, he realized that the size of the green mutant was far from normal humans.
The green mutant's body was roughly two meters over. Both arms are free from their broad shoulders. His legs were really long with his thighs looking muscular. The skin of his feet also looks a little thick and slimy.
Alves looked to the left and right. He was just relieved when no one was watching his stupidity that he had done that night for the second time.
The man also vent his frustration by stepping on the green mutant body part that if soft, namely the stomach.
And once again Alves regretted it badly, because now his sandals and toes touch the mucus that comes out of the skin of the green mutant when touching.
Why is tonight so unlucky? It was almost overstretched, kicked steel, and now it's got slime?!
In order to avoid the unlucky situation that would ensue, Alves finally chose to crouch down and inspect the body of the green mutant who had died completely.
His back slightly bent and his body leaned forward. Previously he had taken the black gloves that he always carried everywhere from the pocket of his pants worn on both hands. His hand stretched out and touched the green mutant's chest.
The green mutant's body was touched and examined by Alves.
The rabbinate and every touch on the green mutant's body made it clear how naive Alves was.
He thought that with his supernatural abilities, squeezing and crushing the body of the green mutant to death was a relatively easy thing. For the size of a human mutation that looks creepy and large, it is suspected that it will not drain a lot of energy.
But after Alves checked the green mutant's body, his guess was wrong.
The body of the green mutant turned out to have a strong skin in the sense that it was not easily torn. In addition, mucus produced from the skin will stick out if the skin comes into contact with foreign objects. So that anything that touches it will slip and have difficulty piercing the skin.
"Give it once." he commented while examining the green mutant's body.
He also found a gap in his back. The place he had kicked before had already been formed whole as hard as steel. But in the lower tail bone, Alves can feel the softness of the skin that coats the flesh and as if it has not had time to harden perfectly.
And the soft spot became one of the weaknesses of the green mutant to be easily killed.
Is the structure of his body really like this or is it possible that this mutant has not yet finished mutating?
One last detail he missed was on the mouth.
In between the blunt teeth of the green mutant, a dark fluid flowed together. Alves initially speculated that the fluid clot was human blood he had bitten. But come to think of it, the green mutant teeth were blunt and the middle-aged woman that the green mutant had caught had no bite marks whatsoever.
After Alves tried to experiment the usefulness of the liquid, he realized that on that night, luck was on his side.
The dark, clotted liquid is a corrosive sulfuric acid liquid.
When the liquid fell on the ceramic, the floor immediately melted.
When he imagined the liquid hit Alves' skin, he shuddered and reflexively rubbed his palms.
Hurriedly Alves again extended his hand towards the mouth of the green mutant. In the next second, the grains of water from the acidic liquid were vibrating slowly. Alves compresses and presses the acidic liquid for a few minutes. Sweat began to pour from his forehead and his face slowly paled.
Until Alves' supernatural abilities no longer detect the presence of the acidic liquid, he drops his hand and collects his hunting breath.
"Huh. huh.... huh..."
Luckily he had already wiped out the acidic liquid before it turned into steam and poisoned the entire corridor of the apartment.
But in return, Alves felt a throbbing pain around his blind eye area.
Just as he took off his black gloves full of mucus and wanted to touch the pair of black-and-white mask-lined eyes, his ears caught the sound of wood from behind him.
Any more mutants?
Alves quickly turned his body and found the figure of Joy who had just awakened.
The boy, Joy, stood at the door of the apartment and looked at the messy condition of the corridor. Or rather half destroyed.
His eyes glanced at a silver gun not far from him, then moved on to Alves who was sitting in front of a greenish-beige flat figure that could not be described with words, as well as looking at the body of the middle-aged woman who was no longer moving from a distance.
Until Joy's attention focused back on Alves with a look of disbelief.
"Ge, did you kill two night-time intruders?"
