Chapter 07 - Lehan II City

As per Zhang Me's wishes, Feng Lu decided to bring Li An into the tavern to stay away from the location of the fight.

As of right now, they were sitting in one of the places for visitors without making the slightest sound.

Feng Lu felt a little uneasy as Li An who kept looking at him sharply as if he wanted to pounce.

Feng Lu scratched his non-itchy head and looked at Li An, "Why are you looking at me like that?" feng Lu asked finally opened his voice.

"Why are you with my daughter? What did you do to her?" ask Li An.

Feng Lu looked the other way while thinking of the fitting answer to Li An's question.

"I just accidentally met the little girl, and she asked me to drive her to this tavern." replied Feng Lu.

Li An squinted his eyes, "Rightly?"

"Surely sa-.." saut Feng Lu was cut off while rounding off when he saw Zhang Me enter the tavern.

The curious Li An took a look at the same object and was surprised to find Zhang Me Entering the tavern with clothes that he thought were too revealing.

With a quick step Li An walked over to Zhang Me and opened his long robe and covered Zhang Me's body.

"Dad, what are you doing?" zhang Me asked in annoyance.

Li An glared at his eyes, "Look at all of them, aren't you aware of your current appearance?" saut Li An was slow but full of emphasis.

Zhang Me circulated his gaze throughout the tavern and got all the gazes pointed at him.

"Well, dad's shop is crowded, right?" asked Zhang Me plainly.

Li An gaped and then slapped Zhang Me on the head, "Bas with the brats, they're staring at you."

Zhang Me rubbed his slightly aching head, "Of course, your daughter is very pretty father, no one is not fascinated with me despite wearing this mask.." said Zhang Me with a sweet smile.

"As you go, come with me." said Li An.

Li An led Zhang Me to his original place and sat down at a table with Feng Lu regardless of the curiosity in the minds of the visitors who were wondering who exactly the half-face masked beautiful girl was.

"My daughter, are you okay? What about Mo Xun?" li An asked curiously.

Zhang Me raised next to his brows then replied, "Mo Xun? You knew him?"

Li An nodded, "He is one of the geniuses of the White Orchid Sect."

Zhang Me shook his shoulders, "The young man has gone father."

"How can you?"

"Of course it's because she can't see my beauty father." replied Zhang Me origin.

Li An opened his mouth shut but did not say anything, whereas Feng Lu only chuckled faintly at Zhang Me's words.

"What's the matter with dad?" zhang Me asked curiously.

Li An explained, according to his explanation one of his servants accidentally spilled a drink on Mo Xun.

The maid had apologized unintentionally, but Mo Xun did not accept it and asked Li An to punish the maid until Li An fired the maid.

However, Mo Xun stepped up and instead asked for concessions from Li An to make Li An grow furious and end up in battle.

Zhang Me listened carefully to Li An's explanation, and now his view of Mo Xun had turned ugly.

Now that Li An noticed Zhang Me clingy, "Me'er why until now you didn't have any inner energy? Didn't you teach me how to do it? Are you not able to do it?" ask Li An.

Feng Lu nodded confirming Li An's question as well which had troubled his mind.

Zhang Me scratched his cheeks while grimacing, "Of course I am able to do so, it's just that I turned the inner power I have into qi." Zhang Me replied.

"Qi?" asked Feng Lu spontaneously.

"Of course, it's the same as deep power, it's just purer qi." Zhang Me replied.

Li An and Feng Lu fell silent, they did not understand something like Qi, the reason was that all this time they only used deep power.

"Well, now tell me why you can be with him?" li An asked pointed at Feng Lu furiously.

Zhang Staring at Feng Lu then Li An, "This is my first time in this city father, and I ask uncle Lu to accompany me.." java Zhang Me.

Feng Lu breathed a sigh of relief as Zhang Me did not prolong the matter about him ever rebelling and robbing Li An's ass.

Zhang Me spread his gaze all over the corner of the tavern, looking as if the maids were busy serving the visitors who came.

"Your mother is going to the shopping center because the next 7 days of the city will be very crowded, and I even plan to pick you up and stay here for a while" Li An replied.

Zhang frowned deeply, "What is going to happen in this town dad?" ask Zhang Me

"Next week there will be a tournament for young warriors held every 5 years, so from tomorrow there will be many representatives from the sect or not who come in this city..." li An.

Zhang Me nodded at Li An's explanation until something caught his eye.

A group of people entered the store. A young man and an old man were wearing white robes and escorted by 5 adults in black clothes.

Everyone in the tavern paid their respects to Li An, only Feng Lu and Zhang Me were unmoved.

As the tavern owner Li An immediately approached the group of people, followed by Zhang Me and Feng Lu.

"Sorry prince, what's the need for the prince to come to this place?" li An asked politely.

Zhang Me raised his eyebrows when he heard Li An mention the young man before him as Prince.

"There's no need for a pleasantry now tell me who poisoned Mo Xun?!" the old man snorted at Li An.

"Heh old man! Don't you have any manners?" saut Zhang Me's.

The entire pair of eyes pointed at him, everyone knew that the man Zhang Me called the old man was Gu Her, the third Elder of the White Orchid Sect.

"How dare you say that, don't you know who I am?" gu Her looked intently at Zhang Me.

Zhang Me raised next to his brows and said, "Do I look like I care about you? I remind you never to say that to my father again."

Gu Her became emotional hearing Zhang Me's words, without much thought she drew the sword of one of the adult men nearby and attacked Zhang Me.

The sword that targeted Zhang Me's head stopped right in front of his face and a second later shattered into dust.

Gu Her, Li An, Feng Lu and everything else there widened their eyes of disbelief. How could the sword be smashed into dust without even being touched at all?

"You want to kill me just using that fragile treasurer?" zhang Me asked pointing at the dust from the sword.

Gu Her was speechless, she never thought the little girl before her had such a terrifying strength.

"I'm sorry for our indecency, I'm Lang Ruo, and we came here to meet the person who had fought and poisoned Brother Mo." said Lang Ruo, the young man called the prince by Li An.

Feng Lu and Li An's gaze pointed at Zhang Me who was staring at Gu Her sharply.

"I poisoned him, why? Any issues?" said Zhang Me in a dislike tone.

"How could a little girl like you do that?" saut Gu Her's.

Lang Ruo seemed to think, was it true that poisoning Mo Xun was that girl? But it felt hard to accept because from the looks of the girl was not even 17 years old.

Zhang Me rolled his eyeballs lazily, "Come..." Jedanya, "Dad I want to catch up with mom, and uncle Lu you can go anywhere, just ring this if uncle wants to see me." zhang Me said giving a pitch-green whistle to Feng Lu and then left from there.

"Quickly tell me who has poisoned Mo Xun!" gu Her said, it feels like she can now breathe a sigh of relief after Zhang Me's departure.

I don't know why he felt scared when he was around Zhang Me.

"Sorry senior, I did indeed have a fight with Mo Xun, but I did not poison him at all" Li An said as decently as possible.

"Uncle, if it wasn't you who poisoned him who else? Only uncle fights with brother Mo and please give the antidote." Lang Ruo was heard begging Li An.

"If it's really the girl who poisoned Mo Xun, we should immediately arrest her" growled Gu Her intending to leave.

Li An who heard that immediately stopped, "What do you want to do with my daughter! Don't hurt him." said Li An, now in his words no longer show respect.

"So she's your daughter, call her immediately or Mo Xun will lose his life!" snapped Gu Her.

It was clear anger in Li An's eyes, "He's gone, you find out where he is." said Li An did not care and returned to do the usual work he did in the tavern.

The bodyguards that were on Gu Her's side intended to attack Li An but were stopped by Lang Ruo.

Lang Ruo was resigned, he tried to settle this all in a fine way but Gu Her ruined everything. He also could not do anything because after all Gu Her was the third Elder in the White Orchid Sect where he studied.

"Older, we better find the girl soon." suggested Lang Ruo.

Soon they all left the location to search for Zhang Me's whereabouts by taking advantage of Lang Ruo's position as Crown Prince, heir to the Qing imperial throne.

However, first they would return to the palace to sketch Zhang Me's face and spread it throughout the city, and sent some bodyguards to look for Zhang Me.
