The Most Wanted Queen (Moving Dimensions)

The Most Wanted Queen (Moving Dimensions)
Chapter 40 - Tournament VI

Everyone began to return to the location of the Tournament to witness the excitement that would occur there.

Today is the day of deciding who will be the winner of this year's Tournament and it is the most awaited thing for everyone. Watching the genius reach its peak.

In the midst of the bustle of people who began to arrive there was someone calmly lying on top of the fighting arena without feeling disturbed in the slightest, making everyone wonder about his presence.

All the participants have also now gathered at sunrise and emit light in the morning.

Yin Yin Yin as the host of the event climbed the battle arena to reopen the Tournament but how shocked he was when he saw someone lying quietly there.

With hesitation Yin Yin Yin approached and poked the person using his feet to make sure he was alive or not. Seeing the action of Yin Yin Yin made everyone so curious.

The person still had not moved a single bit from his place making Yin Yin growled. But a moment after that Yin Yin felt familiar seeing the appearance of that person using a veil made Yin Yin immediately remembered the events of yesterday.

That person was Zhang Me, one of the participants who entered the Tournament.

Yin Yin Yin then crouched down she patted Zhang Me's cheeks furiously hoping that Zhang Me would wake up immediately and not bother him.

Zhang Me yawned while opening his eyes and the first thing he saw was the annoyed face of Yin Yin who was staring at him.

"Why are you disturbing my sleep?" zhang Me asked without any guilt.

"Wake up, the tournament is about to begin." said Yin Yin Yin.

Zhang Me who was still half-consciously moved out of his place and descended from the arena unaware of everyone's gazes.

He walked up to the seat where the guest of honor sat and said, "Can I get some food?" zhang Me said right in front of the honored guests seated.

Two of the guests of honor each gave the fruit and Zhang Me immediately took it and turned to join the other participants while eating the fruit given to him in a half-conscious state.

Zhang Me's actions were noticed by everyone making them wonder as well as cringe. How not? Those who had just given Zhang Me fruit were guests of honor at this year's Tournament.

They were quite instrumental people in the Qing Empire, they were the Leaders of the group of the Blood Red Weasel Organization and Gazuura namely Feng Lu and Shen Zue.

After giving the fruit to Zhang Me, Feng Lu and Shen Zue looked at each other with dislikeful expressions.

They often bring fruits because since they know Zhang Me they are often asked for food suddenly by Zhang Me.

Turning from that, Yin Yin Yin re-opened the Tournament event with the spirit of everyone so much that it made Zhang Me shocked because he was still half-conscious.

"Well for the next round we have prepared 50 poles, so you will race to take the pole and stand on it where only one person can be one pole, and you only have time until one incense stick is burned out." Yin Yin explained.

"So out of 100 participants there will be 50 participants who will fail and also qualify" he added.

Yin Yin Yin then directs participants to the other side of the field where there are already 50 pillars that have been standing firmly.

The participants then lined up and prepared with a feeling of unworthiness.

"Okay, this round begins!" yin Yin Shouts.

The participants began to fight quickly to be able to stand on the pole until there was a fierce and tense fight between participants which was the purpose of this Round.

Zhang Me, who was still staggering, chose to sit on the ground and hold his face on his knees and fall asleep.

Today Zhang Me really caught the attention of everyone. His attitude that looked very relaxed as if to assume that this Tournament was something easy to do.

"Aww." Zhang Me's agony.

He held her head that had just been hit by something and made her in pain. Zhang Me narrowed his eyes then circulated his gaze meticulously.

Until his gaze was fixed on someone who had been standing on the pole where the person was smiling ignorantly while waving his hand at Zhang Me.

Zhang Me narrowed his eyes trying to remember the person whose face felt so familiar to Zhang Me.

"Him? Since when did he enter this Tournament?" muttered Zhang Me.

Then he returned to his original position and fell asleep without caring about the person.

The man was annoyed that Zhang Me was ignored and finally he threw Zhang Me back using the peaches he was carrying.

Zhang Me once again got a throw that hit his head and without further ado he got up from his place and ran and approached the man.

Zhang Me jumped up and kicked him who was standing on the pole until he fell and made him get a place on one of the poles.

Although the method is simple but still attracts everyone's attention because the movement is so fast, agile and on target.

The man who fell down because of Zhang Me shouted, "You shouldn't have done this to your lover!"

"Love?"

"They're lovers?"

"Since when did the second prince have a lover?"

"Is this true?"

"They do look like lovers, the proof is that the prince himself said it."

"My heart hurts to hear all this..."

A group of teenage girls started whispering to each other. They were heartbroken to hear the words of the Second Prince who admitted he was Zhang Me's lover.

Yes, the man who had just been Lang Yizo, the second prince of the Qing Empire who participated in this year's Tournament.

The not-so-concerned Zhang Me was completely unaware that Lang Yizo from the very beginning of the Tournament had only noticed him.

One proof of Zhang Me's indifference was the moment he sat down cross-legged on a pole while holding his face in his hands and falling asleep.

Lang Yizo smiled amusedly at Zhang Me's behavior which looked so sleepy that Lang Yizo decided not to bother him anymore and started challenging the participants in order to get a pole for him.

And the opponent Lang Yizo is Pa Chin where he has stood on one pole and to take it Lang Yizo must be able to defeat him.

The unprepared Pa Chin was forced to accept an attack from Lang Yizo and caused him to fall from the pole and make Lang Yizo immediately jump on the pole to seize it.

But before that happened suddenly an arrow aimed at Lang Yizo and landed right at his feet making Lang Yizo fall before being able to snatch the pole.

The attack came from Pe Chin, Pa Chin's twin brother where he was just trying to help his twin brother.

But not as easily as they had imagined, Lang Yizo easily pulled out the arrow and attacked Pa Chin sadistically using a whip.

Lang Yizo was not a weak man, when he was being serious then not many could dodge his whip attack.

Lang Yizo continues to lash at Pa Chin where each whip creates an electric shock, causing Pa Chin to surrender and allowing Lang Yizo to take the pole.

On the other hand there was a girl named Lu Lua who was walking towards Zhang Me, it seemed like she was intending to challenge Zhang Me.

Lu Lua was actually feeling nervous and a little afraid to face Zhang Me but for the sake of escaping the next kebabak she should be able to defeat Zhang Me where only she seemed to have many loopholes and opportunities to defeated him.

Lu Lua kicked the pole that Zhang Me occupied hoping to make him fall but unfortunately did not.

Zhang Me just waking up not falling over made Lu Lua think that the level of balance that Zhang Me had was really high.

The sight they met, Lu Lua feeling intimidated by Zhang Me's gaze made her become nervous half to death.

However it only lasted for a short while as Lu Lua attempted to control herself and she then moved quickly around the pole where Zhang Me was while sprinkling a powder.

After doing so shortly a thick purple mist appeared enveloping Zhang Me until it was invisible to anyone.

Everyone became tense and now Lu Lua managed to attract their attention with what she was doing.

As well as Lang Yizo, he became worried and immediately entered the fog intending to save Zhang Me.

The actions of Lang Yizo who was willing to risk his life for Zhang Me really made the teenage girls who admired him become heartbroken.

They thought that Zhang Me was the lucky girl who had managed to captivate Lang Yizo.

Soon Lang Yizo came out of the fog. He inhaled air and tried to stabilize his breathing as he held his breath as he entered the fog earlier.

After feeling relieved Lang Yizo glared and looked at Lu Lua sharply then said, "What are you doing?!" his yell.

"Where's my lover? Why did he disappear? Where did you hide it?!" added Lang Yizo angrily.

Lu Lua showed a puzzled expression as she stared at the fog covering Zhang Me slowly disappearing.

"How dare you interrupt my sleep..."

Suddenly a voice coming from behind Lu Lua made her turn her head.

Lu Lua glared and froze in place. He could see the face of Zhang Me who was so close to him.

From the beginning Lu Lua had been suspicious since Lang Yizo had not found him where Zhang Me should have been lying lifeless due to his poisonous mist.

"Hm, your poison is quite delicious." said Zhang Me.

"How are you bi-"

Before Lu Lua finished her words, Zhang Me had already swiped his knife casually on Lu Lua's neck which had been there since.

Some people were hysterically screaming at the scene. Killing had indeed become commonplace in the world of cultivators but this was the first time anyone had killed in a Tournament event.

Some others became enthusiastic and felt the excitement of this Tournament had begun because the participants had already killed each other.

What was even more shocking was that the way Zhang Me had done to kill had never crossed their minds.

The proof was not satisfied after cutting Lu Lua's neck sadistically, now Zhang Me split Lu Lua's chest and reached his hand inside and took Lu Lua's heart.

Yin Yin Yin as the host immediately approached Zhang Me and shouted in panic, "Stop! What are you doing?!"

"Taking his heart.." Zhang Me casually replied while pointing at Lu Lua's heart that was in his palm.

"Why did you kill him? You will fail after what you have done!"

Zhang Me laughed for a while and said in reply to Yin Yin, "Are you saying that in this round it is not permissible to kill each other?" ask Zhang Me.

Yin Yin Yin fell silent, trying to remember. It should not be allowed in this tournament to kill each other but he realized that from the beginning he had forgotten to say it.

Finally Yin Yin Yin chose to budge because this was also caused by him and immediately called the imperial bodyguard to carry Lu Lua's corpse.

Zhang Me himself walked up to the audience and handed Lu Lua's heart to a man who was there and then went back up the pole.

Bruaks!

Just now Lu Lua's body was carried by the bodyguard suddenly a man who had been standing on one of the poles fell and lost his life with a knife stuck in his chest.

Yin Yin Yin was shocked, she glared at Zhang Me who was smiling from behind her veil.

Although Zhang Me's movements were fast and no one could see him but Yin Yin was sure that the one who did that was Zhang Me.

"Why ka-"

"Have you said that you can't kill each other?" zhang Me said cutting off Yin Yin's words.

Yin Yin Yin furiously called back the bodyguards to bring the corpses of the participants who were once again killed by Zhang Me.

It was not without reason that Zhang Me did that, he saw one incense stick almost gone and chose to kill the man in order for Lang Yizo to gain a place.

Lang Yizo who got a gaze from Zhang Me seemed to understand and took the place of the man earlier because the pole he occupied had been taken back by Pa Chin.

Right after that Yin Yin Yin announced that her time had run out.
