Chapter 38 - Tournament IV

The fierce battle between the participants and the ferocious beasts in the Sacred Forest still continued.

Now there are only a few surviving heroes left. Among them are Pa Chin and Pe Chin, twin brothers who are still 17 years old and are the ultimate Earth Swordsman.

They were fighting a wolf in a body full of injuries from wolf scratches.

Even so they still tried to defeat him by working together. Pa Chin is a close combatant, while Pe Chin is a long distance fighter so he is good at using arrows and creating good cooperation between them.

"Sister, attack the leg!" shouted Pa Chin.

Pe Chin who heard that immediately pulled his bow and targeted his arrow at the wolf's foot.

Before Pe Chin unleashed his attack suddenly the wolf left them after a loud roar from the other wolves sounded.

"Damn him go! We almost killed him" Pe Chin said.

"But why did the wolf suddenly leave?" added Pe Chin.

"I think it was because of the wolf's roar earlier, it could have been a call." Pa Chin guessed.

"Revelation!" pe Chin shouted as he pulled Pa Chin's arm to dodge.

Suddenly dozens of Wolves appeared and ran in one direction making Pa Chin and Pe Chin surprised instead of playing because they thought the Wolves would attack them both.

"You're right, brother, the roar was a call, proof that the wolves in the forest were running to the source of the sound" said Pe Chin.

"It looks like something's going to happen in this forest" Pa Chin said.

"It would be better if we came back." proposed Pa Chin.

"You're right, brother, the sun is soon setting and we've also killed many beasts." said Pe Chin.

Then the two of them broke his plaque and returned to the venue of the Tournament.

Not only Pa Chin and Pe Chin but all the remaining participants chose to return, not only because of the incident but it was not long before the sun set.

On the other hand Zhang Me was puzzled as hundreds of large-sized Wolves suddenly surrounded him.

The wolves stared at Zhang Me so fiercely that they made him uneasy and said, "Is there something wrong with me?" zhang Me said as he watched his body find out what was wrong.

The wolves became confused, perhaps they were not expecting the usual reaction shown by Zhang Me without the slightest fear.

One wolf moved forward closer to Zhang Me, it sniffed Zhang Me's body as if searching for something.

Zhang Me just let in, until something warm felt on his skin made Zhang Me put in a hand and took it.

He took out a black stone the size of a handful he had ever encountered. The stone gives off light with four colors namely Red, Grey, Green and Black. Among the four colors, it is the Gray color that gives off the brightest light.

"Auuuu!"

"Auuuuu!"

"Auuuuuuu!"

The hundreds of wolves that were there roaring at each other loudly. The reaction the Wolves showed upon seeing the stone left Zhang Me astonished.

Then what happened was that the hundreds of Wolves that were there turned into humans. They looked at each other looking at Zhang Me's flat expression.

"Are you surprised?" asked the man who had fought Zhang Me.

"Just a little, from the beginning I did suspect something was wrong with you" Zhang Me replied.

"Are you not afraid?" ask again.

"For what? I am able to defeat all of you." Zhang Me replied haughtily and confidently.

Not a few who looked at Zhang Me dislike after hearing him say so. They considered Zhang Me to be just a weak woman they could defeat.

"Only am I wondering why you're keeping me around like this?" zhang Me.

"Do you guys need this?" zhang Me asked as he stretched out the stone he held.

There was no answer, they just stared meaningfully at Zhang Me and said, "Take it and let me go" Zhang Me said and threw the stone at one of them.

"Aah!"

The man who caught the stone trembled and groaned in pain as the heat generated by the stone melted the skin of his hand so he threw it on the ground.

"Didn't you hear me?!" those who were asked just remained motionless and gave Zhang Me no space to pass through.

Getting such treatment made Zhang Me go black and attack those who block his path and fights ensued there.

"How's this? Shouldn't this be happening?"

"That woman who attacked first, there's no way they'll let that woman hurt them."

"The woman was being unable to speak, for some reason she suddenly became angry like that..."

"You who met him first, he could be angry because of you."

"Yes you're right, what have you done to that woman?"

The man who had met and had fought with Zhang Me was named Ertai. He was confused to see Zhang Me who suddenly became ferocious, different from the first he met.

Zhang Me moved quickly to give scratches to his opponent's body with great lust. Seeing the blood continuously dripping out made him really excited.

Fearful rails were clearly visible on the faces of those who witnessed the fight of a veiled woman capable of defeating her comrades.

"Wait!" shout Ertai.

He immediately stopped Zhang Me when he saw him wanting to pass away after defeating his comrades.

With a bad feeling Zhang Me walked over to Ertai then said, "What's the matter? Don't you dare stand in my way!"

"Please calm down, please listen to me for a moment" said Ertai softly.

"I'm hungry, if you try again to prevent me then the meat I'm going to rip off and eat! Understood?" zhang Me said with great emphasis while demonstrating what he said.

Ertai was speechless, he bit his lips trying to hold back the laughter after hearing Zhang Me's words.

"Haha!"

"What'sthis? She hungry? Haha!"

"He's really funny!"

"Haha!"

Their laughter broke because they couldn't hold it anymore. They did not expect that there would be people like that when they were hungry, really unreasonable according to them.

"Shut up!" shouts Zhang Me rampage.

"I'm hungry! Don't piss me off or kill you all!"

Everyone instantly fell silent, for some reason Zhang Me's voice made them become distressed and frightened.

"Please don't be angry." said Ertai trying to persuade.

"What else? You guys really piss me off!"

"I'll kill you all!"

"Wait wait! I'll give you plenty of food if you want to hear me" Ertai said trying to persuade.

"really?" zhang Me asked who began to soften upon hearing the word food.

"Sure, but before that come with us." replied Ertai.

"Alright" Zhang Me said in agreement, after all there was nothing for him to worry about.

"How brilliant?" said a girl.

"Can you take him?" ertai asked Zhang Me while gazing underground.

Zhang Me followed Ertai's gaze toward the black stone earlier and said, "Are you asking me to take it?" zhang Me asked and replied a nod by Ertai.

"You are a slacker once, just a small stone like that should ask a girl like me to take her along." Zhang Me scolded as he grabbed the stone on the ground.

"You should be ashamed..."
