Chapter 30: The Covenant with the Seven Devils

"What's up, kid?!” A heavy voice that boomed shocked Yuto. An abstract black figure with jet-black sliced eyes appeared right before him."I am Lust, the leader of the Seven Deadly Sins, the strongest among the seven great sins. Tell me, do you want a great power like when we took possession of your body yesterday?"

"Y-Yes." Yuto replied with a stammer. The pressure and aura emitted by Lust actually intimidated him.

"You know, don't you? Every power requires sacrifice. You're gonna have to pay. Tell me, boy, what kind of payment are you going to give me?"

The sound that echoed in all directions made Yuto's heart grow even more wry. The spit that he gulped down felt like glue in his throat. With great difficulty, he ventured to reply. "I will give you a quarter of my life, on condition that you let me master your powers and not let you run amok again. How's it?"

A laughter full of satisfaction was thrown from Lust's mouth, blaring like thunder. "Good offer, young man. I am amazed at your courage. You are different from the previous CoAR negative power holders, who have now failed. Now, close your eyes for a few moments and open them again."

Yuto obeyed Lust's orders. When he opened his eyes again, half of his entire body had been coated by a jet-black aura. Seven eyeballs symbolizing the seven great sins sprung up on the side of his face that looked like a monster. "Calm down. I'm not losing control anymore. I made a deal with the Seven Deadly Sins, and I can assure you they won't deny it" Yuto said. A smile was etched on his face, calming Hina and the panicked Gen.

"Then we don't want to lose, Hope!!" Gen was exclaiming in his mind.

"Okay, sir!!"

Seven multicolored wings were immediately attached on Gen's back as a symbol of the seven Crests of Heaven. General Vriltz looked at Gen and Yuto with a look full of satisfaction. "Hmph, apparently those boys are CoAR power holders, huh? In that case, this would be the same as the proverb once the oars of the two three islands are surpassed."

The three young men smiled excitedly. "The real battle is just about to begin, General Vriltz!!!" shout them in unison.

"Omong empty!!" sahut General Vriltz while applying high air pressure from his right palm.

"Hope Shield!!" Quickly, Gen deflected the air pressure using Hope's shield.

"Gluttony!! Eat him out!!" yuto's orders while appointing General Vriltz.

General Vriltz smiled disdainfully, then said: "Pressure Shield!!"

The high air pressure immediately enveloped General Vritz's body, crushing the tenth Gluttony Snake.

"Is this all your ability?" general Vriltz said with pride.

Yuto was not desperate, he pulled Gluttony Snake out of the dimensional hole once again, then said to Gen: "Sister!! Cover my gluttonous snake with a shield of hope!!"

"Ba-Good!!" sahut Gen's. "Hope Shield!!"

A golden light enveloped Yuto's Gluttony Snake. The gluttonous snake shot towards General Vriltz and made it past the general's Pressure Shield.

"W-What?! Impossible!!" General Vriltz. His arrogant face was immediately replaced by a panicked face. Gluttony Snake had eaten his right arm. "Damn-Dam!! Raise pressure!! A hundred times more destructive!! Pressure Swords!!" General Vriltz grasped the pressure sword in his right hand, then slashed at Yuto's Gluttony Snake.

Gen shuddered in horror as he looked at General Vriltz's puffed right arm as well as the deep red blood flowing out. Since childhood, he was afraid of blood.

"Damn-Dam!! This phobia is coming to me again!!" With great difficulty, Gen steadied his heart to ignore his fear. "Come on!! This is for the sake of the Magusian Multiverse!!"

"You really make me angry" said General Vriltz with a fierce look. "In this case, I must show my true strength."

The blood flowing out from his severed right arm slowly rose up, looking like dark red crystal balls in the air. A blood-red magic circle appeared behind his body. Both of his eyes started to glow a deep red."The True Power of Magician: Active!! Pain no Chikara Ga!!"
