Chapter 27: Seven Crests of Heaven

"You really suck!! You're always meddling in my affairs ..."

"Seven Crests of Heaven!!!"

"Of course, Seven Deadly Sins."

The voice that echoed in all directions came out of nowhere, like a strong wind that just passed by. Everyone who was there turned to the right and to the left, wondering about the source of the mighty voice in their minds.

Shortly thereafter, those questions were answered. A blood red-haired young man who had a pair of similarly colored wings on his back suddenly appeared beside Gen. His eyeballs that lit up like flames stared firmly at Yuto. At that very instant, the blood-red wings belonging to Gen shone. "We can't let you do your best" the young man continued.

Yuto smiled bitterly. "For a long time, yes, we didn't meet face to face like this, Courage."

"Yes. The last time we looked at a face like this, was when the CoAR wasn't sealed." Courage replied while preparing his fighting horses. A sword covered in burning flames appeared and clasped in his right hand. "This time, I'll make sure you don't do it anymore!!"

"Don't get in my way!!" yuto shouted with ruffled. "Gluttony, eat him!!"

Yuto's right arm instantly transformed into an eyeless purple energy monster, with a large mouth, flexible jaws, and sharp teeth ready to tear flesh. The monster tried to eat the Courage. However, Courage only smiled as if he had won this fight.

"Burning Flame Shield."

A fire shield appeared right in front of the Courage and protected him from Gluttony's attack. The collision of the two ancient techniques caused a strong wind to blow and messed up the entire dining room. Tables and chairs shifted and flew. Even the innkeeper and the doctor were almost thrown and hit the wall.

After a fierce gunfight for a few seconds, Gluttony Hand was defeated. Yuto clucked in annoyance, while the triumphant smile on Courage's face widened.

"Damn you!!” yuto Umpat. "Laziness!!"

However, it seems that the power of Laziness is not working at all.

"What?! Impossible!!" Yuto stared in disbelief.

"You know what just happened, don't you?" Courage turned his head towards Gen, making Gen flustered. The green wings of Gen's were shining brightly. "This is the power of Purity, a sincere and pure heart that purifies status and obliterates the entire *debuff** that works on status."**

Yuto again cursed while clucking annoyed. "CHILAAAANN!!! Whrath!!!"

Right after the exclamation was thrown, a ring of fire enveloped the air around Yuto. Thousands of monster mouths appeared all over his body. "Dual-Sin Type Attack: Gluttony +!! Breath Wrath!!!" An extremely hot flame gushed out from each of the monster's mouths, merging into a gigantic burst of flames the size of a human body. However, Courage remained calm facing that. "Friendships!! Love!! Deflect his attacks and extinguish the flames of his anger with true friendship and love!!!"

Gen's blue wings and pink wings instantly lit up. The figure of the shoulder-length pink-haired lady as well as the figure of the bright blue-haired youth immediately appeared before Courage as well as Gen and fended off the attack.

"Good work, Friendship, Love." Courage said with a smile.

"Not a problem" said the young man and woman in unison before finally vanishing without a trace. At that very instant, the light on Gen's blue and pink wings went out.

"Damn!!! Lust!! It's your turn to move forward!!"

The black eyes on the side of Yuto's face that looked like a monster glowed pitch-black. At that very instant, the black aura that enveloped Yuto's entire body violently caused a strong wind to blow. Yuto's physical strength, speed, and magical power instantly increased many times over. The plank floor Yuto stepped on began to crack and eventually perforated.

"Your knowledge!! Open him!!" order Courage. Instantly, Gen's purple wings glowed and a visual view of Yuto's status appeared before him, like a virtual-reality technology.

"His status increased a hundredfold?" inner Courage when looking at the great power that belonged to Yuto.

Yuto smiled savagely and turned his right arm into a black sword, then shot lightning-fast toward Gen, causing Courage to panic."The gawat!! In that case, the only way is to use the power of Hope!!"

"Ti-No way!! You managed to match Lust's physical strength and speed?!” Yuto cried out in disbelief.

"Thou-impossible, did he fend it off?"

"When Lust is a very dangerous force .. the strongest of the Seven Deadly Sins!!"

"Is this ... the power of the Ancient Power of Positive Energy?"

Courage smiled triumphantly as she stared at the sword and her entire body shrouded in golden aura. "You know what this is, don't you? This is Hope, the strongest power of the *Seven Crests of Heave**n. If lust kills you able to multiply power, then my hope can grant all requests!! Including being just as powerful as you**!!"

"Little!!! DAMNIT DAMNIT!!! DAMN YOU!!! I'M GOING TO KILL YOU!!" Yuto swears in tears.

Courage smile. "Sorry, Seven Deadly Sins.Fight this time, I won ."

Slowly, the white wings of Gen's were shining. A pure white magic circle appeared behind Yuto and pulled out the Seven Deadly Sins spirit from Yuto's body. It was the power of Light, the finisher of the Seven Crests of Heaven, an immortal light that sealed the darkness tightly into the abyss of condemnation.

"SIALAAANNN!!!” Seven Deadly Sins swore once again. "I WILL FINISH YOU OFF IN THE NEXT FIGHT!!! IT'S NOT OVER YET!! DON'T THINK YOU'VE WON, *SEVEN CRESTS OF HEAVY***N!!!"* The group of spirits continued to curse until it was finally sealed completely by Light*'s magic*. Slowly, the pure white magic circle vanished without a trace, like it was swallowed by the earth.

Courage smiled triumphantly."It's still a million years too soon to face us, the Seven Deadly Sins" he said.

"W-What's going on?" yuto asked as he held his throbbing head. Sweat ran through his body. His consciousness has returned.

"Ah, it seems that she has already slipped out of control of the Seven Deadly Sins. Then, I'll say goodbye, young man," Courage said, staring at Gen. "See you."

Courage disappeared without a trace along with the seven wings of the Crests of Heaven that had been attached to Gen's back.

Yuto's head-piercing pain is now beginning to subside. Yuto took his hand off his head and looked around. He looked up at the scattered food, spilled drinks, hollow floors, and overturned tables and chairs. The dining room that had been clean and neat now looked like a broken ship.

"A-What .. happened?!" Surprise was clearly drawn on his face. "W-Did I do all this?"

"No, Yuto," Gen said. "Seven Deadly Sins did it. They're possessing your body. The CoAR energy inside your body starts to rebel and go wild, then takes over your body. Luckily, I managed to seal it back."

"But that was a great fight, young man." The innkeeper chimed in while placing his stocky hand on Gen's shoulder. "I don't think you're the positive energy holder of the CoAR. You and your sister are Heroes destined to save the Magusian Multiverse from the tyranny of the Magus God."

"Ah, no," Gen said. "My brother has damaged the lodging facilities and caused great harm to you, sir. I have to pay compensation for this loss, don't I?"

"Ah, no need. If you are not here, surely my inn has been destroyed and left only rubble, at this time" said the inn owner kindly.

"A-Anu," said Yuto. "I'm sorry. It all happened outside my consciousness. They just control my body. I can't stop them" he continued, bowing languidly.

"No problem. It is difficult to master the energy of the CoAR, let alone bring together positive and negative energies. However, if you try hard, you and your brother will definitely be able to become true Heroes and exterminate the tyranny of the Magus God!!" said the inn owner.

Yuto raised his head. A smile began to rise on his face. "Thank you for the greatness of your heart. I'll try my hardest."

The innkeeper heaved a sigh of relief. "Ah, I thought the light of hope had completely vanished because the CoAR disappeared, apparently the CoAR is sealed inside your body. In this way, there is still a light of hope that illuminates our hearts. We're counting on you, revolutionary witches. Turn this multiverse into a better place!!"

The smile expanded even wider on the faces of Gen and Yuto. "All right!! We will do everything we can!!"
