"Don't make him a friend"

The sentence was still vividly remembered in Rea's mind, that night after she and her husband had finished struggling. Rea who had her head pressed against Varest's chest was suddenly a little surprised by her husband's words.

"Darling, if one day you hear something bad I hope you don't think about it." Varest rubbed off Rea's hair that was scratched on her back.

Rea was speechless trying to digest the sentence that her husband had just spoken. Looking up at Varest's face from below, he said, "About what?, something happened?"

Varest shook his head, "It's okay, just something unimportant." Answer Varest.

"About Rani?" Guess Rea, it was not without reason that she said that, Rea knew that the woman was the one who had last met him.

There was no answer until Varest breathed in rough air and kissed Rea's head, saying, "Don't make him a friend."

Whether it was a warning or an order, but it had made Rea's curiosity suddenly appear on the surface. He could not ask Varest directly to see the man he loved seemed so unhappy if he mentioned Rani's name.

"Mr Rea." Andin's voice broke his daydream.

Rea's attention immediately focused on Andin who was sitting in front of him.

"Why. Ndin?"

"Would you leave now or will you wait a little while?"

Rea forgot that they were at one of the restaurants for lunch after meeting their client earlier. His hand he lifted to look at the clock that was coiled around his wrist ascertaining how long they had been there.

Slightly shifting the chair with her feet about to stand up but stifled when she heard someone say her husband's name, she sat back sweeping a glance at the people around her and stopped at two people who were very familiar with Rea.

Andi and Rani are opposite him just two tables away from him, it looks like they have just arrived from an empty table and are also unaware of Rea's whereabouts.

"Now, Ndin." Rea held back the hand of Andin who wanted to stand up.

Although no reason was given by Rea, but Andin still agreed. He thought maybe his boss was now feeling a little uncomfortable in his stomach.

Rea tilted her head with her chin supported then kept a strand of her hair behind her ear trying to sharpen her hearing.

"Honey, don't imitate this mama's behavior well, you can't sniff people's talk." His mind was accompanied by a hand that stroked his distended stomach.

"I wonder exactly what you said to her?" Ask Andi

"He didn't tell you the same story?"

"No, he didn't want to say anything at all. But, what I saw from her angry expression every time I called your name was definitely something she really disliked." Bright Andi

Rani sighed softly, "Yes, it's because of my carelessness." Jeda. "I was curious about Rea and found out about her, I've seen Varest holding a boy and calling him papa, whereas I know that they haven't been married that long." Evidently.

Andi shook her head repeatedly inexhaustibly with the bold action done by the woman in front of her.

"Ndi, I just want to help Varest, I don't want him to marry Rea just because of his guilt over the accident that caused Rea's husband to die." Rani said

"But Ran-"

"Mas Andi?" Andi's words hung as Andin who was behind him realized his existence, the woman was a little surprised by someone who was with the man.

While Rea straightened his back while waving a stiff smile. He is not satisfied to hear the conversation between Andi and Rani but must be thwarted by Andin.

Actually this is not the fault of Andin, but Rea who did not have a good plan for the action, he forgot to tell Andin to cooperate even though he knew if the woman would agree half-heartedly, he forgot to tell Andin to cooperate even though he knew if she would agree half-heartedly, however, Rea realized that his employees also put their heart to Andi and could not possibly be able to see the person he liked linger with other women.

"You guys here too?" Andi turned his head and asked awkwardly because there was Andin who saw him with slightly trembling eyes.

"Yes, but we're done and we want to go home." Rea said as he stood up and grabbed his bag for him to sling it onto his shoulder.

"Andin?" the woman who was called by her name immediately blinked her eyes away quickly from the man named Andi.

"Yes, ma'am."

"We have to go back to the cafe" Rea understands how Andin's heart is currently watching firsthand the person he likes along with other women even though it is just lunch.

"Excuse me, we're ahead." Pamit Andin with a thin smile leads to Andi and also Rani after following Rea who has walked first in front of him.

Andin was stunned to see the departure of Andin and Rea, two of his current worries first worried if Rea who heard his conversation with Rani earlier and caused a commotion with Varest, he said, the two worry that Andin will misunderstand and get further away from him.

The relationship has not been but it has been problematic. Andi sighed harshly again continuing her meal without seeing Rani who was paying attention to her.

"Who's with Rea is your boyfriend?" Rani asked curiously.

"Prospective girlfriend and feared would be an ex-boyfriend candidate." Lesu Andi replied

Rani chuckles to continue her delayed meal, her memory is twisted back when Rea is there, she is sure if the woman who is waiting for the birth of her second child hears clearly what she discussed with Andi.

It is undeniable that Rea is a beautiful and very gentle woman that looks from how the pregnant woman speaks, Rani realized it. But, sometimes the selfish side that Rani has refused to accept if the man she has been made as the owner of her heart must be married to a woman who once had a husband aka widow.

Maybe if Rani used to not follow her parents to go abroad and chose to accompany Varest in the difficult times of the man she could have been the woman who managed to make Varest her husband. But, it is possible and that possibility is broken by the fact that now Varest has chosen a woman of widowed status.

"Did Varest really love his wife?" Rani broke the silence.

"What?" Andi who did not really hear Rani's question.

Rani shook her head then sucked out her drink after which smiled faintly.

"Andi, I'm leaving for Japan in a week and I want to ask for your help" Rani said

Andi folded his forehead in anticipation of the request for help to be made by the woman in front of him, he would not help if it was about his curiosity for Varest.
