"You need to be careful, Rest"

One sentence that became a suggestion or more sounds like a sentence to scare it escaped from Andi's mouth. A little surprised he heard the story of Varest who said that one of the people in the past had returned and instead joined his company.

Andi understands Varest's current concerns especially the man knows how Rani's hard character when she was together in college first, a beautiful girl from a wealthy family who always gets what she wants easily. It's just that there is little hope that the principle will disappear along with his growing age.

Rani is still able to put her power about feelings, she never forced herself to be accepted by Varest's heart. But, not without effort, the woman named Farani Aufanti was also not reluctant to stick to Varest to get attention so that the girl who intended to approach Varest would retreat without struggle.

"Not alert anymore, Ndi. I even kept no loopholes for her." Varest said as he put his juice back on the table.

Currently they were having lunch together in the Varest room, andi had come to bring 2 plastic filled lunches that he ordered at his second restaurant subscription. Andi who wears a mocca-colored shirt looks more dashing with white pants and sunglasses that are still perched on his high nose.

"You look good in front of who you are?" The new Sarkas Varest realizes that his best friend is still loyal to his glasses even while in the room.

"I was indeed handsome from birth, Rest. didn't have to bother to show it." Reply Andi pongah.

Varest poked his lips at Andi's reply.His hand was raised to open the black glasses that he thought were disturbing, but the owner of the glasses instead held back on the grounds that made Varest gaping for a moment.

"Who are you fighting with?" Pekik Varest cupped both Andi's cheeks.

"Gosh, Rest. Don't overdo it, it's not a serious wound" Andi let go of Varest's hand that was stuck to her cheek, she continued her delayed eating because of Varest's actions.

"You're fighting with men?"

"Ah, crazy. Of course I fight with men!, you think I'll get hurt because of a woman's blow? that's really your question." Andi was a little emotional with an unreasonable question that was thrown in Varest's mouth.

"I fought with Andin's ex"

Varest plotted his eyes bored, he had expected the relationship between his best friend and his employees will not run smoothly as long as the girl has not been able to give firmness to their relationship, so far Andi is still trying to make Andin as a lover but the girl still looks hesitant to accept although it can be seen if she also likes the man, as a result Andi had to hold back when the girl he was chasing still continued to be bullied by the ex who wanted to return because he did not have the right to prohibit.

Andi reflex turned to Varest, his gaze sharp a sign of dislike with the advice he heard.

Andi sighed softly, "Continue!" Declared.

"Why don't you make Andin chase?"

The man who was the interlocutor of Varest swooped his eyebrows confused but still curious about the purpose of the advice of the friend. "How is it?"

"I noticed Andin had also opened his heart to you, only that he was still hesitant to believe in his own decision to accept you as his lover, perhaps the influence of a different background became one of his considerations" Varest is at length.

Varest breathed heavily after throwing it away slowly. "Well, I explained my plan, but you have to hear it well I don't want any re-enactments."

Andi seemed excited to hear the advice given by Varest, occasionally his head would nod as Varest asked his approval for what he was discussing. While feeding food into each mouth they are still cool to tell stories until the sound of the door is heard a knock coming from Kanta.

"What's Kanta?" Ask Varest

"Out there is Rani's mother, she said she wants to meet you" replied Kanta formally considering there are other people who are in the boss' room, usually Kanta will speak nonformally when there are only the two of them, there are only two of them, but if there are others he will behave like a subordinate and superior.

Andi and Varest looked at each other, the person who had been talked about had suddenly come without any prior appointment. Varest called the cleaning department to come to his office to clean up the leftovers they no longer touched.

"Rest, be alert, be alert" Andi whispered a reminder when Rani's legs were already visible at the end of entering the door of the room.

"You're like a Napi bang, Ndi" replied Varest who instead chuckled.

The woman named Rani approached Varest and Andi who was sitting on the sofa at the end of the room, his smile was glimpsed if there was one more person who became his campus friend was there.

"Hey. Ndn"

Andi smiled kindly but his feet under the table kicked Varest's feet instead.

"Sorry to bother you" Rani said after being invited to sit down by Varest.

"It's okay? But, what business do you have to bother coming here?" Varest asked politely, not wanting to show too much discomfort about the presence of the woman in his room.

Rani smiled as she kept a strand of her hair behind her ear then took out a dark green map from inside her bag and placed it on the table.

"I just brought the extra contract we talked about during the meeting when the day." Clearly opened the file.

Varest folded his forehead in a confused look with the reason thrown by Rani, previously they had talked about the cooperation contract that would be made should be able to hand it over to Kanta his assistant first before handing it over to him.

Varest knew about his assistant's skill in taking care of the contract so he entrusted such a dossier to be checked first by the assistant before coming to his desk while avoiding wasted time for Varest to research by oneself.

The eyes of Varest and Andi followed the motion of Rani who stood around the table to sit on the long sofa they were sitting on.

"Sorry, Ran. Maybe you'd better just be where you are. I'll check it out later." Prevent Varest who understands where Rani's feet are going, "I'll let you know later!"

Rani could only faintly smile at Varest's subtle rejection, her eyes trembling slightly with the pain she felt.

"Then can I ask for your contact, Mr Varest?" Ask Rani formally. "I hope you don't mind, we're just going to talk about something about work" he said, pulling the phone out of his bag and thrusting it toward Varest.

Varest who got such a question could only swallow his saliva rough, he had no reason to refuse however Rani's request was not something wrong. Just a discussion of the work, with convincing 3 words, Varest finally grabbed Rani's phone.

"My feelings are bad, Rest" whispered without turning his eyes to Rani.

"Maybe you want to shirk"
