I stared at the scene in silence. I lied, I looked at him with envy. Very envious. Really am.
It hurt my heart so much. It was like being pierced by thousands of swords from a distance of two meters. Is there something wrong with me? did I just make a mistake? Please give me an answer.
Where should I look for answers? Everyone doesn't want to talk to me.
Look up ahead Hana and Papa are laughing. Playing doll. Hana's face was very cheerful as well as Papa's. However, why am I not invited?
Actually I know the answer. One month ago there was an incident that made my life change. Papa and Mama are always staring at me cynically. And Hana who always sniffles at me. They used to not be so.
I sighed softly staring at my fingers on my thighs. I was waiting for my mother who was still in the room. Packing my things.
A few hours ago Papa told me I was moving to Korea. It's just me, I think we're one family going to move to Korea. Apparently not.
It was an order not a question of whether to move to Korea. They've booked me tickets and my stuff goes straight to the box. Now I know why my mom asked me to make my passport.
I thought my mom and dad threw me away. I asked why Hana didn't come with me either. Hana also wants to go to school in Korea. The girl's dream school. But Papa replied lightly that they could not get far from Hana. They're worried Hana's gonna do something.
Then what about me? Are they not worried about me?
"Papa, look wear this nice shirt?" Hana showed off her Barbie doll in a red dress. Papa in front of him smiled broadly.
"It's so good." Papa cried with a radiant face. That smile used to be for me.
I don't want to worry about that. But my heart hurts.
"All is done. Is there something you want to bring back?"
I looked up at my mom who was staring at me. Mom looked like she was looking at me. I'm shaking. After all, all my mama packed I just need to bring my favorite teddy bear. Actually it's a stuffed dog but because of its brown color I claim it to be a bear.
"Where to go." Tukas mama while dragging my big suitcase.
Papa and Hana just glanced at me and then came back to play ignoring me and my mom. She walked forward with two suitcases in her hand. One big suitcase and one small one.
Outside there's Mr. Man-the family's private driver. He put the suitcase in the trunk.
"Where to go."
I looked at my confused mother. Mean what?
Eh?
I was told to go alone?
I looked inside Papa and Hana was still playing. She looked at my mom asking for answers.
"You expect us to drive you to the airport?" Said mom. "Lifting alone still profits your stuff I'm tidy."
"But Ma, I don't know how it will be in the city." My great-grandson hugged my little dummy tightly.
"It's none of my business." After saying that mom came in and slammed the door. I was shocked and so was Mr. Man.
I knocked on the door and tried to open it. In lock. They really kicked me out. Not even giving a farewell. Hugs for example.
Man sir came to hold my shoulder. "Patiently, Non, let Mr. Man transfer to the airport. Later the father who intervened Non until the plane departed."
I nodded weakly. On every trip I just keep quiet, sometimes Mr. Man invites to talk. I know he wants to entertain me.
And strangely I did not cry one bit.
Soon the car entered the airport. Mr. Man really helped me take care of everything.
Imagine a six-year-old being told to go on his own on an unaccompanied plane. Go out alone with two suitcases. Dragging a small suitcase is just the difficulty of how to drag the other big suitcase.
"Thank you Man for helping Agatha." I hugged Man.
Man returned my embrace. "Non, be careful if there are suspicious immediately run to where many people. If anyone wants to borrow nothing don't love."
I nodded with a smile. "Thank you sir."
"Hopefully when we meet again, Non."
I smiled and waved my hand towards the waiting room. Mr. Man also smiled as he wiped his eyes. Even the other guy who drove me, worried about me, gave me a hug.
Not my parents or my sister.
The plane is still taking off in forty-five minutes. I chose to quietly wait in the waiting room while hugging the teddy bear.
I'm turning. "Hey." I replied to the boy who was sitting next to me.
"Only?" Ask.
I shook my head to lift my puppet. "I'm the same in chocolate."
The boy chuckled. "Hello brown."
"You alone?" My toot.
"I'm the same as my grandfather. He's having lunch there." Show it to one of the lunch spots there. Business class is more premium.
I nodded no longer asking. What should I ask anyway.
"You're really alone?" Ask again. Looks like the kid with the black hodie was wondering why I was sitting here alone.
"So I said I was with chocolate." My grunts.
"Other than that?"
"I'm alone."
"Your parents?"
I shrugged my shoulders. "I don't know either."
"Ken-"
"Don't ask too many questions just stay quiet there quietly." My grunts cut out his sentences. This kid is so chatty.
"OK I'll shut up." Said the boy laughing. Put his hand in the hodie's pocket. He's really quiet.
I also stared silently at the people. Mostly both or more. There was a friend of his while I didn't.
"May I ask?" Said the boy.
I'm nodding.
"There will be a flight attendant named Kana later whatever you ask for help with her alone."
I stared at the boy flat. "That's not a question but a statement."
The boy's laughter broke. "That new opening now arrives at the question session."
"I don't want to answer." Gruntsku annoyed. Why doesn't this kid just leave.
"Come on."
"No. You go there." Push me on his arm. "I want to be alone."
"Have you eaten?"
"I brought the bread Mr. Man bought." My cetus ketus.
"Tie?"
"I haven't eaten rice in a long time." My word. It's a little pathetic indeed. I'm upset if I remember. Every time you make a mistake, you won't feed me. Only aunty sneaks around with me some bread. So it can be concluded if my staple food is bread.
"Let's eat." The boy stood up. "Food here is free all we can eat as much."
I'm shaking. I know it. But I don't have a taste for food. "You're there."
"It's so stubborn this kid." His grunts. "You haven't eaten rice on the plane yet."
"Jaudah just have to ask Kana's flight attendant to look after me." I just remember the flight attendant who was called this kid.
"That's troubling his name."
"Bodoam." Keukeuh. But it looks like the kid doesn't want to be denied. He ate pulling my hand forcefully. Dragging me to lunch is still thirty minutes. This kid just pulled me by his name even I don't know.
You are not polite.
