The heat of the sun makes the pulse in the head more and more. Wounds on the skin of the chest that continue to be wiped like salt water, sore and hot. As hot as the Sun the strongest light.
Sumayah whimpered, grimaced, she bit the flesh of her lips withstanding any pain that was being delivered wounds all over the body. The soles of the feet to the ends of the head, all throbbing pain. Rolling in each joint makes it feel like it will break up.
The veins in the head stand out due to intense pain, the muscles all over the body lose their function properly. Sumayah lunglai, not powered. There is no power and effort just to move.
His throat moved up and down swallowing his saliva to wet him. Blood seeped from between his pale, dry lips. Sumayah hissed weakly.
"Hope .. I need water, O God!" lirih Sumayah with her eyes closed. The petals even felt heavy to open. The world seemed to be spinning, the sky seemed to be collapsing upon itself as its eyes opened slightly.
Amidst that despair, Sumayah's ears heard something in the distance. Samar so he had to sharpen his spiritual senses to ascertain the sounds he heard.
"Air .. it's water ..." murmured hoarsely.
Sumayah forcefully opened her eyelids, a sense of dizziness immediately invaded. Circumstances around were like mirages in his vision. Turning incessantly made his head throb unspeakably.
"Allahu .. is strong, I must be strong" he said with a sigh. She fizzed as her baby's gums bit into the flesh inside her mouth. Maybe he was furious from the grain of meat that never came out of the water.
Sumayah pulled her breast skin, she let the baby cry. Hope is before the eyes, the water it seeks is behind the bush. Sumayah put all her strength into getting up.
He stood up straight despite the pain from the wounds on the legs constantly raining down on his taste. He had to walk to where the water was. He brought himself and Salim who kept crying towards the sound of water ripples that he heard faintly.
With a step dragged to cause a bloody trail on every rock he peaked, Sumayah struggled to wet her dry throat.
"Patience, Son! Soon you will be able to drink" muttered Sumayah in a raucous voice as a result of the dry throat.
His free right hand he used to open the road, the tall bushes he was busy until it opened. Sumayah barged into the bush, continuing to drag her injured leg up to the riverbank.
"Water! Oh my God, there is water! Thank goodness!" pekik Sumayah with both eyes twinkling. The faster he carried his legs swinging, the skin of his lips that felt sore as he pulled him upward was ignored.
Happy not to play, finding water is like finding an oasis in the middle of a barren desert. Sumayah fell on the rocks once, resting on both knees on the banks of the clear river.
Sumayah put baby Salim on the dry rocks. He scooped up the river water using both hands, washing his face to cool the heat that burned his skin.
Do not forget to drink the river water many times. The feeling of fresh immediately flowing in the throat provides a sense of comfort that continues to flow to the stomach that is sore.
"Allah, O Allah ... You still give me help. Thank God, you never left me for a second. I thank you, Robbi Lord of the Universe, "thankfully Sumayah dropped her head on the wet stone. Kowtow gratefully to the God of the Universe.
The tears of happiness immeasurably flowed back, these happy cries from Sumayah. His prostration stopped as Salim's crying voice again teased. He sat cross-legged by the river while holding Salim.
"Bismil was bornrahmanirrahim ..with the grace and love of God be a righteous child. Brave and foremost in defending justice and abolishing evil. Be a strong Salim who is invincible to the enemy. Be the smartest Salim as the real owner of this name. Salim, Son!"
The water in Sumayah's hand dripped slowly on the baby's tiny lips. Seeping into the sidelines of his lips sniff up to the roof of his mouth. Salim opened his mouth as if asking for more than what had just dripped into his mouth.
The baby was silent, he calmed down. His bright eyes radiated with peace. Sumayah rubbed the corner of those small eyes. Her tears just dripped, just as Salim's tiny hand touched her face. The baby seemed to prevent the mother's tears from dripping into the earth.
Sumayah clasped the little fingers and kissed him. He smiled, the tears he shed were a form of happiness from him. Salim gave happiness in other forms to his life.
"Mom promised that after this is over, you'll only find happiness in your life, son."
Salim's laughter seemed to warrant the Mother's prayer. The red baby smiled sending happy waves to every blood vessel in Sumayah. He clenched Salim giving him a warm feeling from the touch of their skin.
Behind the bush, where Sumayah was resting, on the boulder of the former leaning woman, people in black uniforms came huddling to inspect the place.
"Quick check around this place!" The sound of the screams jolted Sumayah's body. He was pensive, sitting by the river. Dying on fate. Sumayah closed her eyes.
The sound of many steps made Sumayah realize that she must immediately rise to escape. He stood up and walked down the river. I don't know where his feet will take him, which he must definitely get away from the people who are chasing him.
The trail of blood he left behind was erased by the river water that would rise just to erase his trail. The power of the Lord, in His own way he saved His servant who needed help.
On the river bank not a single bloody footprints belonging to Sumayah were left behind. All were extinct as if someone had simply wiped them away. Sumayah continued walking down the clear river stream.
"The trace is gone!" yell at one of them. Those people had reached the river where Sumayah had been gulping down water.
"Bad! Where'd he go!" hardik their leader in panic.
"It may be across there because his footprints are missing here" another said pointing to the pesawahan across the river.
"You sure you saw his footprints here?" tanyanya while giving a glance around the place. There's no trace of anything in there.
"I-yes, in si .. ni." His sentence got stuck as he looked at the rocks left behind by Sumayah's trail. But now the trail is gone as if there was never anything there. He was confused, feeling confused himself. His heart murmured whether his eyes were wrong to see because the whole night was unceasingly looking for Sumayah.
"Stupid! There's nothing here! Back!" break off their leader while turning away from the river bank followed by another. Except he who was still standing stunned remembering what he saw earlier was not just a hallucination.
"Come, we're back!" reprimand his partner while bending the man's back to rush after the others.
Congratulations Sumayah and her son from pursuing her husband's people.
