Sumayahs

Sumayahs
Epilogue (THE END)

Happiness that is only a dream, now he can feel real. Juan treated her like a queen. He respects Sumayah just as he respects a mother.

Sumayah's meek attitude always made her fall in love every day.

"Maya, do you know? I have long held a love for you. Long before Kevin decided to marry you" Juan said on their first night.

"really? Then why have you been quiet all this time?" Sumayah rubbed Juan's face while smiling sweetly at her husband. He pecked at Juan's cheek and he dropped his head over the stocky shoulder.

Juan grabbed Sumayah's hand on her chest, kissed her affectionately and held her tightly.

"That's right, I don't dare to go forward because the Great Lord would prefer Kevin to be your husband. Not me" said Juan.

"Juan, all this time I knew I was from the North village. I never knew this was all mine. Had you not said it, I planned to escape from here with Salim," Sumayah said to be honest.

"Well, the Grand Master and Madam chose to stay in the village because she wanted to educate you to be someone simple and independent. He came to the mansion every day as well as to the company. Then, go back to the village" replied Juan again.

Now, Sumayah understood everything. Juan was the key to all that, and Kevin the fool had reaped the rewards of the stupidity he did.

The two were sitting on the balcony of the hotel, staring at the star-studded night sky. Run the honeymoon quietly. Just two ... wait!

"Mother! Aren't we going to dinner outside? Why don't you guys get out of the room? What are you guys doing? Have you forgotten me?" cecar Salim from outside the door. He even banged on the hotel door making Juan and Sumayah who were cool together had to sigh resignedly.

"Yes, baby! Waita minute!" suhut Sumayah shouted a little. The two left the balcony in warm arms.

Juan took off his hand as Sumayah opened the door for Salim. Two children of different ages and expressions stood in front of their room.

"You guys ready? All right, we're leaving now" Juan said without further ado. The four of them left the hotel.

Juan sat as a driver, Sumayah beside him. Salim and Teo sat in the back seat. His eyes squinted as he saw Juan clutching Sumayah's hand.

"Can't you have fun in front of me? Don't you know I'm jealous" Salim's circus folded his arms around his chest.

Sumayah chuckled slightly, Juan took off his hand and placed it on the wheel. He hummed a little through the whistling he did.

"Uncle-up"

"Congratulations! Familiarize your call, dear," Sumayah recalled Salim's call to Juan.

"Ah .. I forgot," he said, chuckling.

"Dad, I want to eat at that new restaurant. Which ad still hits that television-"

"Darken, why my tongue feels itchy calling you Father, Uncle," continued Salim while expressing as if his tongue was itching.

"You should get used to calling me Dad, son," Juan said again, glancing at Salim from the rear-view mirror.

"Ah .. I really have to get used to it. All right, I'll get used to it then" said Salim. The three of them laughed at feeling ridiculous themselves with the conversation they had.

Except for Teo who bowed his head sadly. Sumayah glanced at him, her forehead frowning looking at Teo who kept his head down.

"Theo? What's the matter, honey?" ask Sumayah gently. Juan took a glance from the rearview mirror, and Salim turned to him.

The boy shook his head without lifting his face.

"Just tell me why are you sad?" pinta Sumayah with her body turned back.

Teo slowly raised his head, looking at Sumayah with her glazed eyes.

"Mother!" call vibrates. Sumayah's heart trembled because of it. Does Teo miss his mother?

He glanced at Juan, the man nodded his head understanding the meaning of Sumayah's gaze.

"Teo, miss Mom?" asked Sumayah again after dropping a glance at the child.

Teo shook his head, he looked at Sumayah and Juan alternately.

Sumayah was still waiting with a fold on her forehead. Salim was silent to hear what Teo was going to say.

"I ... Can I also call you Father and Mother? And can I be your sister, brother?" he looked at the three people in the car.

Sumayah and Juan glanced at each other for a while, Salim did not even blink looking at Teo who was still waiting in silence.

"Of course, honey. Now you're also our son, Salim's brother. Call us Father and Mother, and she is your Brother," Sumayah replied with a sincere maternal smile to Teo.

Teo cried, he nodded as he rubbed his eyes which kept dropping water. Salim hugged her, calmed down. The two children hugged each other and accepted each other.

Be a happy family, you guys.

*****

"Mother!" call Teo for the woman behind the cell.

Priscilla who sat hugging her knees, turned her head. Hair tangles and aut-ocean. Dull and musty face, puffy eyes there are dark circles around it.

"Teo!" call Priscilla when she realizes that the child standing outside the cell is her child. He moved closer, taking out both hands to reach Teo's face. While crying Priscilla muttered her son's name.

"Teo, son!" priscilla said after they were met in a special room. He hugged his son tightly, crying full of haru because he was finally able to meet his son again.

"How's Mom doing?" tanya Teo invites Priscilla to sit on a bench.

Sumayah who was standing outside the room smiled despite only looking from behind the glass door, but she could clearly see how the novelty of the meeting of the child and Mother was.

"Mom's fine. How are you doing, son?" ask Priscilla. He put his hand on Teo's face and looked at him deeply.

"I'm better, Mother. Sumayah's mother took very good care of me, she also gave me the same education as Salim's sister," Teo replied as he was.

Priscilla fell silent, staring in disbelief at what she had just heard. Teo grabbed Priscilla's hand and held it.

"Mother, Sumayah's mother is not a bad person. She's a good person, she treats Teo like her own child. Sumayah's mother did not distinguish me from Salim's sister, Mother. We get the same treatment from him. I don't think that Sumayah's mother is evil" Teo said, instantly shaking Priscilla's heart.

He wept bitterly, inwardly regretting all the mistakes he had done to Sumayah. Hearing Teo's words, Priscilla realized that Sumayah was indeed a good woman. He does not deserve to be hurt.

"I'm sorry, Teo. Forgive Mom. I'm sorry, I regret everything" Priscilla said, again begging her son, Teo.

"Mother, apologize to Sumayah's mother not to me" Teo said again as she pointed towards the door where Sumayah had just entered.

Priscilla turned her head with watery eyes. He approached Sumayah and threw himself under her feet.

"Mrs, I'm sorry! Ii'm sorry. I really regret everything I have done. I'm sorry, ma'am," please Priscilla drop her head on the floor.

Sumayah held onto her shoulder, she lifted Priscilla's body and hugged her.

"All that has happened let it happen. Forget everything, better now we focus on arranging the future with a better one," Sumayah said again in an embrace.

"Thank you, Madam. Thank you and forgive me. Forgive all my mistakes," Priscilla repeated again pleading with Sumayah. Make peace with the two women who once fought.

"May!" call Kevin who also came to the place with Salim.

Sumayah turned her head, her heart always feeling sore every time she saw the man. Kevin came to Sumayah and prostrated himself at her feet.

"Maya, I'm sorry, Maya. Please forgive me, I regret everything. I'm sorry, Maya," please Kevin. Sumayah retreated backwards with a surprised face as Kevin flopped down on the floor.

The man looked up at Sumayah with regret on his face.

"Please, give me another chance. I will fix everything, I promise to be a good husband and father to you. Please, just give me a chance" Kevin asked again.

Sumayah glanced at Juan who was pecking near the door. The man gave a difficult look.

Sumayah again dropped her eyes on Kevin who was still resting at her feet.

"I'm sorry, but it's too late. That chance you wasted, Kevin, and it's gone" replied Sumayah unmoved where she stood.

"Is there no chance for me anymore? Can't we fix it and start over? Why is there no more?" pinta Kevin again with a look of pleading with Sumayah.

The woman shook her head, she looked at Juan who was still standing in his place.

"Because there's no place for you in my heart, Kevin. Your place has been replaced by someone standing there," Sumayah said as she looked at Juan with a sweet smile on her lips. The man smiled.

Kevin followed Sumayah's gaze, how surprised he was when he saw Juan was the person Sumayah meant.

"Ju-an?" muttered. Sumayah came to Juan and took his hand. It shows Kevin that he has found his true love.

"He's my husband now, Kevin," he said, dropping his head on Juan's shoulder.

How disappointed Kevin was, he had regretted everything hoping that one day it would return to Sumayah's embrace. In fact, Sumayah had married Juan. His own friend had once been an enemy.

He was indeed more worthy to accompany a noble woman like Sumayah.

He murmured in his heart. Surrendering because it was impossible for him to regain Sumayah's heart.

"Mom, tell me how Mom's face can change?" salim Pinta. They were in the family room watching television.

"The story at that time there was someone who doused Mother's face with chemical liquid and it damaged the entire face of Mother. Luckily, there was Juan helping Mom at the time. She took Mom to the Hospital and finally met the good doctor. Then, this is how it became. Mother's face changed," Sumayah replied as she glanced at Juan lovingly.

"Do you know, son? Mom had fallen down with her new face at that time. I'm afraid Salim won't recognize you again. I was afraid that Salim would not admit to me anymore, but Juan gave his support. And so we can now get together again as a happy little family" said Sumayah who dropped on Juan's shoulder.

Salim leaned his body between his legs. Teo sat next to Salim. He is no longer afraid to talk to them.

Happy, Sumayah.

Happy, Salim.

Kevin and Priscilla slowly turn into good people and do all kinds of good to atone for the sins they have committed. Rai in the rest of his life was constantly locked in a circle of regret.
