In the hot sun that was right above the head, making Sumayah's legs swing increasingly weak. Many times she allowed the cloth she used to carry her baby to avoid falling.

"Oh Allah .. so hot! where is this?" he murmured while looking to the right and left. There was nothing, just the brawl to the left of his body and the stream to his right.

Sumayah gulped down her back-drying throat. The wrinkles on his forehead were multiplying more and more, dizzy whack intensely at his head. His cruelty seems to be blurry, his vision is twitching indistinctly. The world around the spinning makes the pulsation in the temple more and more so.

"Oh God!" Sumayah whimpering. His right hand was holding his head withstanding the whack pain. He blinked his eyes to restore his sight. However, all in vain.

His eyes darkened, the world turning pitch-black in Sumayah's vision.

"Oh my God, what is this?"

Brugh!

Sumayah. His consciousness was lost to the pain and tiredness that he could no longer bear.

The cry of Salim stirred the fish in the river. Flying birds perched on tree cover. The baby was crying hard to find anyone who would help his mother through the cries he listened to.

Two old men who were working on the rice fields, were stunned as their dimwits caught the faint sound of baby crying.

"Sir, did you hear that voice? That's like a baby voice?" ask the old woman in the field.

"Yes, Mom. You hear, whose baby's voice, huh? Aren't there no houses around?" the man asked with a confused look on his face.

"That's the sound of the river over there, sir!" point the woman towards the river that has been the focus of farmers on the outskirts of this Upstream River village.

"Yes, Mom. Come on, let's see!"

Both of them rushed to the source of the sound. Breaking through the bush that became the barrier between the river and the pesawahan they worked on.

"Sir, the sound is from there! The harder she cries, sir!" the woman pointed downstream at the river.

They ran as the sound of the baby's cry grew louder.

"Maaa Allah, Sir! There's someone there, sir!" He again exclaimed as soon as his old eyes caught the figure of Sumayah lying unconscious. Nearby, the red baby was endlessly crying and thrashing. Occasionally his hand would clench his thumb while a bit of a fuss.

"Oh God!" The old woman took the baby and cradled him in a sling. While the man turned Sumayah's body to a stretch.

"Oh my God, Mom! It's Madam!" His voice screamed in surprise. Jerking at the woman who was calming Salim in the sling.

"Yes, Sir! It's Madam! Come on, sir take it to the shack!" The old man suddenly lifted up Sumayah's thin body. The old muscle is still strong to hold Sumayah's weight that is not how much. They took him to a hut in the middle of the field they were working on. The huts they used to rest from the fields.

"Oh my God, what happened to Madam?" The old woman cried to see how Sumayah's body shape was filled with wounds. Especially in the part of his foot that continues to bleed.

"Mom, I'm looking for milk as well as medicine first to the village, yes. Keep the Madam here, "he immediately got a nod of the head from his wife. He walked fast even occasionally will run in the rice field that feels slippery because of the rain last night.

It took a struggle for the old man to get to the road to the village. He continued to paddle his feet towards the village of Sungai Hulu. Arriving at the village, without waiting for time he bought everything he needed.

"Thank you, Mom!" said hasty.

"Eh, Sir. By the way buy baby milk for whose child? Do you have any grandchildren?" ask the owner to know.

"Ah .. This is the deposit, ma'am. Got me just this because my wife's leg was hurt in the field" she replied with a nervous smile.

He no longer spoke, hurriedly taking his steps away. He was too late to help them both.

"You hear? The madam ran away from the mansion Master, and now your people are looking for her." The old man stopped listening carefully to the news about the Madam.

"Yes, there must be a reason why Madam escaped from there. It must be a conspiracy to drop the Madam's name."

The opinion of the residents made the old man realize that he must immediately save his mistress.

"I heard that the Master's people are heading to this village, they are looking for the Madam to every corner of the house."

The faint of the conversation still caught on to his spiritual senses.

"I have to hurry! If it's too late they'll find my lady and my wife" he murmured as he ran away from the village. Pass the rice fielders racing with those in all-black uniforms.

"Mom! We have to move Madam from here!" the thrill as soon as it arrived inside the small hut.

"Why, Sir?"

"Mrs are in danger, Mom! We have to find a safe place for the Madam to hide" he said in a panic.

"Yes, but where, sir?" The old woman was also anxious to hear her husband's words.

At the moment of anxiety hit both of them, Sumayah moaned with ringing due to pain all over her body.

"Mrs!" The two immediately faced Sumayah who was still lying with her eyes closed. Hearing the voice that called out to him, Sumayah slowly opened her eyelids. Instantly his head throbbed as he opened his eyes and looked at the two foreign elders in front of him.

"Who are y'all? And where is this?" confused ask.

"We're just residents here, ma'am. All that is not important, the most important thing is that we must immediately bring the Madam from here because the people of Tuan are heading to this village," he said.

"Water!" Sumayah gulped. "Ah ... Where is my baby!" she was stricken when she realized that she was with her baby.

"He's here, Madam." The old woman showed Salim in her arms. Sumayah let out a sigh of relief. He took the water that old men gave him.

"Mrs, can you walk? We gotta get out of here!" asked the man, getting more agitated.

Sumayah nodded, with the help of the old man she stood up. Leave the place and go towards the back of the hut. I don't know where the two old men will take him. Sumayah resigned because to run he was no longer able to do it.

"Sir, where are we going to hide Madam?" ask the wife in the middle of their journey.

"We think about it when we get away from that place." It allowed the embrace of Sumayah on his shoulders. The three of them continued to tread down the rice field carefully. In the distance the sound of footsteps that sounded a lot added to their tension.

"They're coming!" whispered the old man. He sped up the steps to make Sumayah's injured leg back must be dragged by the grass that grows on the ripter.

"Quick, Sir!" Shaking the voice of the old woman earlier while carrying her steps faster. Luckily, she was quick to make milk for Salim once her husband arrived at the hut.

They arrived at the outskirts of the village forest, went inside and hid behind a tree resting their bodies for a moment while thinking where they would hide Sumayah.

"Rest first!"

"Sir, isn't there a tree house built around here? Can we go there?" said the old lady while remembering the hidden place in the forest.

"Mom's right, we better get there!" They stood back up. Chasing with the steps of more and more people. Their footsteps even seemed to tremble the ground they were treading.

"Quick, Sir!" Panic and fear made the three tremble.

"Is it still far away? I'm tired, my legs hurt," complained Sumayah with a gasp of breath.

"A little while, Madam. Hold it in a minute!" said the old man cheered Sumayah.

"There!"

The sound of screaming jolted the three.
