Shattering Hearts

Shattering Hearts
(S3): Accident

Vladimir stood up and approached the window and his gaze glared far into the blue sky.

Lizzie is getting ready to go see Vladimir.

"You're going now?’’said Aleandra, her mother.

"Yes, I'm leaving now."

"Lizzie hope you can make up with her again."

"Thank you, Mom. I'm leaving."

Lizzie then left and suddenly Aleandra called out to her.

"Lizzie."

"What's up?’’

"There's nothing. Be careful on the road!’’

Lizzie nodded her head. Aleandra felt something bad for Lizzie, but Aleandra quickly dispelled the thought.

Lizzie has arrived at the Kalashnikov law firm and is headed to Vladimir's office.

"Zoya, Vladimir is there?’’

"He exists. You want to meet him?’’

"Yes." Yeah."

"Wait a minute!"

Zoya goes into Vladimir's office.

"Mr Kalashnikov, there's Lizzie outside, she wants to meet you."

Vladimir was shocked and his face turned sad.

"Send him in!"

"Good."

Lizzie then walked into Vladimir's office feeling scared. He saw Vladimir typing.

"What are you doing here?’’

"I want to explain about yesterday's problem."

"There's nothing you need to explain anymore. To me it's pretty obvious."

"But it...’’.

Vladimir stared coldly at Lizzie and his cold gaze greatly hurt Lizzie.

"It's Lizzie, you don't have to explain anymore. If you come here just for that, you better go home. I'm busy there's no time to listen to your bullshit."

Lizzie's eyes began to tear up and her tears began to drip. He quickly removed it.

"Vladimir, please listen to my explanation. I'm not leaving here until you listen to me."

Vladimir looked at Lizzie coldly and angrily. He stood up from his chair and approached Lizzie.

"If you don't get out of here. I'm gonna get out of here."

Vladimir took his suit and left his office. Lizzie can't hold back her tears, Lizzie finally cries and Zoya comes to comfort Lizzie.

"Lizzie, stop. Right now his heart is not good. You better come back tomorrow. Maybe tomorrow he's calmer."

Lizzie obeys Zoya's words and leaves. When Lizzie was about to walk out the front door, she paused her intention to leave. Lizzie waited in the lobby, waiting for Vladimir to return. Not long after, she saw Vladimir enter the building and Lizzie approached him, but Vladimir instead looked at him with a cold gaze and did not care about him.

Vladimir got into the elevator and Lizzie looked at him with a sad and bitter face. He sat back in the lobby and daydreamed. Vladimir sat back behind his desk and continued his work. Zoya goes in and brings a pile of paper to Vladimir and keeps it on the table.

"He's still down."

"Who?’’

"Lizzie."

"I told him to go home. Sorry Mr. Kalashnikov, can I give you a suggestion. You'd better hear the girl's explanation for a minute."

Vladimir immediately looked at Zoya coldly. Finally he quickly got out of Vladimir's office.

"Sorry Lizzie, I can't seem to help."

When it was late afternoon, Lizzie saw Vladimir and Zoya coming out of the elevator and going to the parking lot. Lizzie quickly goes there and waits for him, then Lizzie sees Vladimir coming.

"Vladimir."

Vladimir paid no attention to Lizzie and walked past her and headed straight for her car. Lizzie immediately chased after Vladimir and prevented him from getting into the car.

"Lizzie, what are you doing. Get out of the way I'm gonna go in."

"I won't let you in before listening to my explanation,’’ said Lizzie in a fierce tone not inferior to Vladimir.

"QUICK AWAY. I don't want to talk to you. I'm still so mad at you, the shadow of you hugging your man friend is still lingering in my memory. I'm not willing to see the woman I love hug another man, it hurts me. Now I don't want to see you again for a while as long as that shadow hasn't vanished from my memory."

Lizzie's face was filled with tears.

"So you don't want to see me anymore. All right, if that's what you want. From now on you will never see me again. Goodbye, Vladimir."

Lizzie, run away from the parking lot. When Lizzie gets out of the building, Lizzie meets Dave.

"Lizzie, why you?’’

Dave saw Lizzie crying and kept going not answering her question. Dave held Lizzie's hand.

‘’Wait! Did you fight with your boyfriend? Is this about the incident? I thought you told him about this."

"I tried to explain to him. It seems he doesn't want to listen to me. Now he hates me, so please let go of your hand."

Dave let go of Lizzie's hand and let her go. He waited for Vladimir at the gate. Not long after Vladimir's car came and Dave stopped his car.

Vladimir got out of his car with an angry face.

"What do you want?’’

"I'd like to say something to you."

"Quick say. What do you want to say?"

"Lizzie never loved me. He just loves you and I've been rejected by him, so me and Lizzie have nothing to do. We're just friends no more than that."

"If you guys are friends, why are you hugging so kindly?’’

"We hugged as a friend, because I came to say goodbye to Lizzie, because I decided to go back to America. It was just a good-bye hug for me nothing more than that. Lizzie really loves you very much. Now find him or you'll regret your whole life."

Vladimir got into his car and looked for Lizzie. Lizzie walked along the street. Now that he has been hated by Vladimir it feels so horrible to be hated by him. Lizzie didn't want Vladimir to hate her, because it made her really very sad and painful.

Vladimir looked around for Lizzie along the way looking left-right, then Vladimir called to his phone, but was not active. Vladimir contacts Aleandra and Aleandra says Lizzie hasn't come home yet.

"Lizzie, where are you? I'm sorry, Lizzie. I was wrong."

Vladimir frantically searched for Lizzie and went to every place she frequented. It's been over an hour since Vladimir couldn't find Lizzie. He remembered one place, then turned his car and headed straight for it.

Lizzie was sitting in the weaving and suddenly someone approached her with a knife and she was frightened.

Vladimir went to the city park and looked for him there with a tired face.

Vladimir sat where Lizzie used to sit. There were no tears and Vladimir quickly removed them.

"Lizzie, where are you? I want to meet you. Miss you. Lizzie, I'm sorry!"

🍀🍀🍀

The next day the phone in Vladimir's office rang.

"It's Sergei. Now you better turn on the television."

Vladimir turned on the television and there he saw a news of a bus accident. There is a list of the victims of the dead and the name Lizzie Romanov is on the list. As if the earth was spinning and collapsing on Vladimir, he could not believe what he heard and saw on the television.

"TIIIDDDAAAAKKK."

Zoya is startled to hear Vladimir's screams, then immediately walks into her office and finds Vladimir sitting on the floor next to the sofa. His body leaned against the sofa and cried.

"Mr Kalashnikov, what happened?’’

Vladimir raised his hand and pointed it at the television. Zoya looks at the news of the bus accident and sees Lizzie's name on the list. He could not believe that Lizzie was one of the dead.

"It must be a mistake not necessarily Lizzie, I'll find the truth right now."

Vladimir just sat there and cried. For Vladimir now the world had stopped spinning and his heart seemed to stop beating. His gaze was blank and his body looked already like a person who had lost his soul.

News of the bus accident involving Lizzie was already widespread on the same day. Aleandra instantly fainted once Lizzie was on that list. Dimitri whose face had been soaked by tears carried his wife and led her to the room. They were crying over Lizzie's sudden disappearance. They still can't believe Lizzie's dead. Nicola and her family were no less surprised when Lizzie was reported dead.

"The child will surely be very sad to be abandoned by the woman he loves."

🍀🍀🍀

Veronica who saw the news laughed instead.

"Lizzie is dead and Vladimir will soon return to me and be mine,’’ he said inwardly and a sly smile graced his face.

Vladimir was still sitting on the sofa and daydreaming. Zoya who saw Vladimir's situation like that felt pity, she had never seen him like this.

"Mr Kalashnikov, I have information about the accident the bus was indeed the name Lizzie listed on the list of people who died and the body has been found and to make sure we are told to recognize the body. I know and understand your feelings right now for sure You can't accept this, but you have to accept this reality."

"This is not true. I would never believe it. I'd assume he's still alive somewhere."

"Now you'd better come with me."

Zoya pulls Vladimir's hand. Eventually he managed to get Vladimir to come with him. Lizzie's family is already in the morgue . Vladimir and Zoya were there and they opened the cloth that covered the body. They were very surprised that the body was black, because it was charred and could no longer be recognized.

Vladimir was no longer able to see the body of the woman he loved so much as that.Suddenly he fell unconscious and they took him to the hospital room, then Aleandra looked at the bracelet and watch in the corpse's hand.

"I recognize this bracelet and this watch. It belongs to Lizzie,’’ says Aleandra hysterically.

Everyone looks at each other.

"Certainly it?’’dimitri said unsure.

‘’Iya. Not wrong anymore. I'm sure, because that watch is my birthday gift."

They cried again, because they recognized the body as Lizzie. Aleandra fainted again and Dimitri could not help his sadness any longer after knowing it was really Lizzie.

🍀🍀🍀

Vladimir who had regained consciousness from his stupor came out of the room. He walks and daydreams. He repeatedly hit people when walking.

Bruuuukkkk

Vladimir fell down and the man who collided with him fell down as well.

"Are you okay?’’said the guard.

"I'm fine" said the stranger.

The stranger saw Vladimir still sitting on the floor.

"You okay?’’said the man.

"Oh forgive me. I'm fine."

The man stretched out his hand to help Vladimir stand up.

"Thank you,’’said Vladimir.

The man and his bodyguard left and Vladimir noticed them for a while, then Zoya called out to him.

"It turns out you're here. I'm looking for you everywhere. They're waiting for you there. What is Mr Kalashnikov?’’

‘’Ah nothing. It's just that..sudalah, let's go,’’ said Vladimir who was still watching the two of them who had walked far.

Zoya takes Vladimir to another room and there is already Lizzie's family and her family. Not long after, a policeman brought Lizzie's belongings and the policeman pulled out all the items in the bag.

"It's Miss Lizzie's stuff,’’ said the policeman.

They looked at the item and they believed it belonged to Lizzie and they also saw the identity card in her wallet. They were convinced that the body was Lizzie.

Vladimir walked to the table, took Lizzie's phone and looked at the contents of her phone. There Vladimir saw many messages sent by him.

"Can I keep this phone?"

Everyone in the room looked at Vladimir with a confused face.

"of course. You can save it,’’ said Dimitri who is still sad over Lizzie's death.

Vladimir sat in the corner seat of the room and looked at Lizzie's phone with a sad face. Zoya who saw him could not do anything, because the one who was hardest hit by Lizzie's death was Vladimir and his family.

🍀🍀🍀

Zoya takes Vladimir home first.

"It's my fault, Zoya. I caused Lizzie to die."

"It's not your fault. It's an accident."

"I told Lizzie I never wanted to see her again and now my words have come true and I won't be able to see her again for good."

Tears began to flow down Vladimir's face for the umpteenth time and Zoya felt sorry for him, because during the time she worked with Vladimir, Zoya had never seen him like this.

"Why did Lizzie go to Vyatskoye? Does he want to run away, so he can't see me again?"

"Neither Mr. Kalashnikov, I really don't know about that. Most likely like that."

"I shouldn't have scolded him and told him to leave me. Now he's really gone from me forever. It's punishment for me."

Tired of the Vladen falling asleep on the way home.

"Mr Kalashnikov." Zoya called out to him many times.

"O-oh yeah, what's up?’’

"We've reached your house? You better rest now. You must be so tired."

Vladimir got out of his car with a tired and disheveled face.

"Good night!"

"Good night, Zoya!"

"You should take a lot of rest tonight."

Zoya gets back in her car and leaves Vladimir's house. [ ]
