It had been a month since Dimitri woke up from his coma. He was shocked when he was told he had been in a coma for eight years. He was also surprised that Aleandra was also in a coma and was unconscious. He thought his wife was okay all along. Once Dimitri forced to meet Aleandra one day after waking up from her coma. The doctors forbade Dimitri from getting out of bed.

"I want to see my wife."

"I've been in bed for 8 years. I don't want to rest anymore."

Dimitri tried to stand up, but his body refused and limped. He almost fell, if the nurse did not catch him immediately.

" All the muscles in your body are weak, because they have not been used for 8 years. You after this will need therapy to get your muscles back to how they were."

Dimitri inevitably obeyed the doctor's words, though he was eager to run to the next room to see his wife. Now he felt so helpless, but luck still sided with him. He survives an assassination attempt and hopes Aleandra soon wakes up.

After the doctors and nurses left, Dimitri went back to daydreaming and thinking about the future of his family. He has lost 8 years. That was a very long time. Dimitri felt like he was born again from the dead. He then remembered Lizzie. A smile spread across his face. Dimitri imagines Lizzie has grown up and wishes Lizzie well.

His daydreams ran out when his father came with Nester. When he first saw his father one month ago, Dimitri was surprised, Sergei looked older, but he was glad his father was still healthy.

"How are you?" ask Sergei.

"I'm starting to improve. One month of therapy has made my body better. I can walk without anyone's help anymore."

"That's great. Maybe soon the doctor will let you go home."

" I was expecting that so I could see Lizzie."

The look on Sergei's face became grim, he had not told Dimitri the truth about Lizzie. Dimitri only knew Lizzie was with Ivander.

"What's dad?"

Sergei's words were cut off, due to the sound of knocking on the door. Nicola and her family came to visit.

"Are we disturbing?"ask Nicola.

"Of course not. I'm glad to see you again" Dimitri said.

"It seems like your healing process is very fast. I'm thrilled.".

Dimitri glanced at the young man standing beside Nicola with a face of disbelief.

"You're Vladimir?"dimitri asked in disbelief.

" It's me." Vladimir scowling.

" The last time I saw you was 8 years ago. Back then you were a kid now you've grown into a handsome young man."

"That's right," said Nicola.

Everything went back to silence. Dimitri looked at the people who were there.

"What's wrong?"

"This is how I'm investigating your case. We don't know who tried to kill you and your wife. Only you know who that person is. We have a guess as to who did it, but we don't have enough evidence."

"really? Who do you think you are?"

Nicola glanced at Sergei.

"Viktor or Anthony Lennox" Sergei said with a grim face.

One month ago Sergei was told by Nicola about their suspicions against Victor and Anthony. At that time Sergei did not believe that any of them did it. He was afraid, if the threat came true.

What Dimitri feared happened. The man came and went into his study. Dimitri did not see clearly the face of the perpetrator, as his entire face was covered by a mask and his voice was disguised. Dimitri still remembered what the perpetrator had said before trying to kill him.

" You don't deserve to live."

The perpetrator shot him. Dimitri's arm was hit by gunfire, trying to evade, then took the opportunity to escape. He ran to Lizzie's room and handed Lizzie over to Ivander to be rescued as the fire began to spread throughout the mansion. At that moment Aleandra woke up and saw him carrying Lizzie.

" What's going on? Why did you give Lizzie to that guy?"

" He's Ivander, my best friend. Lizzie will be safe with him and you will have to go with him."

Dimitri paid no heed to Aleandra's cries. As he was about to help Milly, the perpetrator caught Dimitri and hit his head repeatedly against the wall before he was knocked unconscious.

After that Dimitri did not know what happened. He was so shocked when told Aleandra was in a coma He suffered a severe injury to his head according to the claim of Aunt Esther, Aleandra went into his search, lali someone gave her from Bali thick smoke. All this time he thought Aleandra was going with Ivander and Lizzie.

"I don't know."

"What do you mean you don't know?" ask Sergei.

" Anything we're arguing about loan money. Viktor wanted to borrow money from me to open a new property business, but I turned it down."
