Chapter 67 ~ Really Surprised

Tonight Ken will go abroad and return to the home of his adoptive parents, who are none other than his former assistant Papa.

Ken has been determined to leave the country, leaving all the memories he has carved with someone he loves so much. Without even saying a farewell, Ken left Michele.

Ken doesn't know what it's going to be like if Michele always waits for her never-ending self. He tried hard and sincerely let Michele off. Although it is very difficult. But this is the right choice. Either forever or only temporarily.

Ken's still in his rental house. He was waiting for Adel to come and pick him up. It is likely that at midnight he will make a flight to the house of his adoptive parents as well as where his company is now located.

“It's okay, Miss.” Answer the man who was stunned by Adel's beauty.

Adel also tried to apologize and compensate for the incident that happened to the man. Understandably, Adel is not a native citizen here, so he tried to be kind and friendly if he made a mistake. Then the man asked for compensation just by drinking for a moment in the cafe which is still at the airport. Adel finally agreed, because the plane that will take him home with Ken is still a few hours away.

“Once again forgive my mistake, Ivan. And sorry, I have to go.” immediately Adel said after enjoying a drink with a man named Ivan.

“Yes, it's okay. I also have to leave immediately. See you next time.” Ivan said before releasing Adel's departure.

This morning Silvia and Michele just got off the plane she was on for about an hour and a half. Both the mother and daughter were immediately sent to hospital after news that Xander was being treated at the hospital.

Arriving at the hospital, Silvia and Michele immediately head to Xander's treatment room. There was also Ivan waiting for his boss.

“Papa, why can Papa be like this?” ask Michele who hugged Xander first.

Although Michele's relationship with her Papa has been rather cold, she is still worried after hearing bad news that her Papa was shot by one of her business partners.

Michele was sobbing in her Papa's arms. Xander smiled at the warm attitude of his eldest daughter. He misses Michele who is always spoiled for him.

Michele wakes up, rubs her tears and gives her Mama a chance to hug Xander.

Although Xander's condition had improved, his face was still slightly pale. The scar of the operation has not dried up yet. It will take a few more days to be allowed to go home.

Now Silvia was sitting in a chair near her husband's gurney, while Michele was sitting at her father's feet.

Michele explained how the chronology happened to make her Papa shot. Xander didn't say honestly about Ken. He only replied that the shooter had been successfully secured by the police.

While Ivan who chose to sit a bit away from the Xander family, since then he fiddled with his cellphone to contact a woman who he had just met last night. That's Adel. Unfortunately, Adel's phone has not been active.

Ivan remembers Adel's beautiful face. He had met Adel before. But where? Ivan completely forgot. And before long he remembered a long time ago at the airport he met Ken with a woman. And the woman who was with Ken was Adel.

“So he still has something to do with that fake OB. Then, is Ian also in this city.wait a minute, is Mr Xander injured also because of Ian?” Ivan's mind was trying to guess.

Soon the door of the room opened and three panicked people appeared when they saw Xander lying in a gurney. The three men were none other than Mr. Aldo and his wife and son, who was none other than Noah.

It just so happens that Mr. Aldo is in this hospital because his parents who live in this city are sick and are being treated in the same hospital as Xander.

Wait a minute, Ivan even to the point of surprise when he saw Noah's changed appearance. The man no longer wears glasses, even his appearance looks cooler than him.

The three of them immediately approached Xander's gurney. Michele who saw Noah's change, was not at all surprised, because there was only Ken in her heart.

They seem to talk warmly. Michele chose to be busy with her phone without talking to Noah's family.

“I've decided to accept Noah's application to Michele.” Xander said and made Michele who had not listened to the conversation since was really surprised.
