Chapter 47 ~ Searching Ways

Meanwhile, Hiro is furious at Ken because Aiden failed to kill him. But Hiro's anger is not directly expressed to Ken. So Hiro only curses Ken, for anyone also Hiro knows that Ken is a dangerous figure. If he scolded Ken, he was worried that Ken would divulge his crimes all along.

Since then Hiro let the call of his best friend Alfred. It seems the man already knew the news that Aiden had failed to be killed.

As usual, Ken will standby in the pantry while waiting for his boss' orders. This morning she met Michele after she finished cleaning her room.

Michele was very surprised to hear her Papa's question. Then he glanced at Ken who was still acting calm.

“Oh this is only a minor injury while I am repairing the leaky bathroom roof, Mr.” Answer Ken.

“O yes already then.” Xander said and immediately drank Ken's coffee.

Ken immediately walked out of Michele's room. She overhears Michele talking to her father who is about to go to the hospital to see Aiden.

Michele is in the hospital with her father to visit Aiden. Aiden's operation was successful and went well. And now Aiden is going through a recovery period.

“May you get well soon, Den!” michele said showing her empathy.

“You don't worry, Den. Om will still help you find the perpetrator.” Xander was standing next to Michele.

Michele was a little panicked. He was afraid that his father had found Aiden's stabbing attacker, who was none other than his own lover. And Michele's change in face caught Aiden's attention lying in her safe.

“You okay, Chel?” ask Aiden suddenly.

“I..iya.iya. I'm fine. indeed why?” Michele asked back and tried to remain calm.

“Nothing.” That was Aiden's answer. He did not want to assume that Michele was hiding something from him. Now it's better that he focus on his recovery, then find the stabbing man himself.

“Ken, you have to be careful with Papa. I'm afraid Papa knows all about the cause of Om Barrack's death as well as the perpetrator of the stabbing at Aiden.” Michele told Ken after he came from the hospital.

“You take it easy. I know very well that your Papa is very smart to uncover a crime. If I had killed Barrcak on someone's orders, but now that Aiden doesn't seem to be my job anymore, I would have focused on finding Angel's killer. And for Aiden, it was Papa you who had to be careful of him. Um more precisely your family.”

“What do you mean, Ken? Why should me and Papa be careful?” michele asked confusedly.

“Aiden currently has malicious intentions on your family, Chel. I don't know how you told Papa you all this. Just don't say that I told you everything.” Ken continued his story about the Aiden family. More precisely about both of Aiden's parents who still have a past relationship with Mama Michele.

Ken says that Barrack used to be a man who had an affair with Silvia. Barrack's name used to be Rendy. Then he underwent facial surgery and changed his identity, until no one recognized him including Silvia. Barrack does approach Xander to destroy his company, after which it will take Silvia when Xander is slumped.

Michele was shocked to hear Ken's story. Either Ken knows all the information from where, which must be Michele strongly believes in some of the evidence shown by Ken.

“Thank you very much, Ken. From now on I'll be more careful with Aiden. And I'll figure out a way to tell Papa.” all that Michele.
