Chapter 12 - Vezda and its Preparation

Vezda and Aleratha talked for a long time and they talked more about Vezda's journey and past that maybe not many people know and now only Aleratha understands very well what happened with Vezda and his past. Vezda advised not to tell anyone this and there will certainly be a time when they will also know about it.

At night, Vezda and Aleratha head to the room where Bromner, Laris, and Aleratha work. At that time they all wanted to talk after dinner and this was just the four of them because it was about the position and role that Vezda would fulfill. Surely Vezda had already brought every piece of equipment he also had and used during his time as an adventurer.

“Honestly, I've never seen most of these fixtures.” Bromner said to Vezda, who used some pretty weird gear in their eyes.

The watch is Vezda's timepiece. Basically in every city there is a device called a sundial that shows the time based on the position of the sun. The watch is very useful for Vezda so that he can find out how long he has been in the dungeon and also has better time sensitivity than people.

After finishing eating and drinking, Vezda immediately left for the district right Tamer Festival was held.

“Alliance Alliance?” The guard was confused as there was no notice of Aliviah sending anyone to help oversee the smooth running of the event.

“You and Archon Daimon can ask Aliviah later. Now I want to know what happened before those monsters came off?” Vezda turned the conversation to the main topic.

“We don't know either, but our colleagues are like hypnotized and like having a wet dream.” The guard explained what happened, but there was no definite reason.

The charm? I can't predict how strong the charm is. Either this charm belongs to the adventurer or it belongs to the archon. But, if I narrow down the possibility to Archon it will become easier. “Most likely the culprit is Archon, but I still can't be sure. I'll hurry to find the culprit. You reported this to Archon Daimon.” vezda said and immediately rushed to leave the place without saying anything more.

Whoever did this must be held accountable. Vezda ran over the high-rise building that circled the stadium to look for suspicious figures. While running, Vezda moved his katana to his left back from his left waist and took his two cursed machetes.
