Chapter 54

2 Hours flight, they finally arrived at the country's largest airport. The waiters and drivers were waiting for their employers at the airport.

Doni is also waiting for his best friend and boss.

"Welcome to the newlyweds." Doni's rant made Johan hit him on the shoulder.

"Whispering. Bring me my things." Johan ordered.

"Ohh, sorry sir. I just wanted to pick you up instead of carrying your stuff." Doni folded his hands and sneered.

"Eh. Ladies and gentlemen. Welcome to." Doni immediately bowed respectfully to Lord and Lady Hartono. Isam's mother replied with a smile.

"Son's father and mother first yes. There are still other important matters." said mom to Johan and Nini.

The three of them waved at the entourage of father and mother.

"Do you want to go home immediately?" doni asked the couple.

"Yes. Antarin yes. Kasian Nini must be a soybean." Johan hugged his wife's waist.

"Every boss. Come on Nini." Doni let them in the car.

"Where is your honeymoon?" Doni asked when they had left the airport in a white Jeep.

"Honeymoon?" Nini scrunched her forehead in wonder.

"Hahah be kidding. I mean, how was your visit there?"

Johan did not care about Doni's question. He knew his best friend was just joking. He chose silence, leaning against the car seat.

"It's a habit." Nini answered.

"Then anyway? Haha."

"How did you laugh?" Nini glared irritatedly.

"sorry. But what I see is that there's a change just like you."

"Yes a psychologist. Better shut the fuck up. I don't want to be bothered with that cheap prank of yours." Johan glanced lazily at Doni.

"Ehh. Are you being so rude to her?" Nini clapped her husband's hand.

"Udah is normal. Hahah, you don't have to be so stiff. I'm not gonna eat Johan's words." Doni looked at Nini from the driver's glass

"Jeez Nini, I'm her best friend. We're used to it like this.Your husband is annoying but I'm just normal."

40 Minutes' drive, they arrived at the Hartono family residence.

"Welcome back, ladies and gentlemen." welcome Idah's mother happily.

Nini hugged her mother Idah. Johan simply replied to the servants with a smile.

"Thank you ma'am" Nini said as she let go of her embrace

"Why don't you, why say thank you?" ask Idah's mother confused.

"Heheh.. Let's talk later, ma'am."

"All non. Let me take you inside."

Nini nods. He's really tired.

"Yes. Are you not resting?" ask Nini. He's lying on the bed.

"No. Doni's waiting for me, there's an important meeting."

"Can't he represent first?"

"Can't be darling. You've rested, I'll take a shower." Johan kissed his wife's forehead. Then walk to the bathroom.

Nini who was very exhausted, did not take long to fall asleep soundly.

He drowned in his dream.

Johan came out and just put on a towel. He saw Nini who was already sound.

Nini opened her eyes. Swiped it slowly and looked at the clock. Time shows at 15:40. He wakes up and stretches his muscles. Lazy yawn.

"Mandi ah." he muttered then took off his clothes and headed for the bath.

Finish bathing and wearing. He chose to walk around the park. His footsteps led him to the lake behind the servants' house.

His eyes looked at the lake. But his mind is far away.

"Non." Idah's mother's voice made Nini startled.

"Sorry not." Idah's mother looked down

"Eh. Miss Idah. No, no, papa." Nini smiled.

"Bored of non?" ask Idah when she notices Nini's face

"Yes mom. I was alone at home. So come here."

"Non, sorry. Why did you say thank you to me?" ask Idah's mom curious.

Nini looked at the middle-aged woman. A heartfelt smile was on his face.

"Thank you for telling me my mom's story."

"I mean non?" mom Idah is getting confused.

"From mom's story, I learned to be grateful." Nini breathed out slowly. Remembering the first time he and Johan did not love each other.

"Since hearing my mother's story, I have chosen to remain grateful for what I have in my life. At the beginning of our marriage, everything was heavy. We always fight and don't want to give up on each other. Sometimes he chooses to give up." Nini looked at Idah's mother.

"I once thought about separating. But he still wants to survive even though there is no love between us. After being lived and I choose to remain grateful, until now. We love each other and Praise God, I'm already pregnant." Tears should fall

Idah's mother hugged Nini's shoulder.

"Congratulations on non. Eventually this family will feel perfect. There's nothing more to worry about. I promise, will take care of the non with all my heart" said Idah's mother sincerely.

Nini told me a lot about her family. And Johan who doesn't want to be considered his father.

Sometimes they laugh.

Idah's mother was very happy with the happy news. They love each other and soon will have a child.
