Chapter 28

Nini walked down the stairs. Some of the servants who were cleaning the house bowed their heads giving him respect. Nini did not care about them, she still thought about the woman in her dreams.

He chose to walk out of the courtyard.

Nini was enjoying the air around the garden, she was spinning while looking at the beautiful blooming flowers.

Some gardeners there lowered their heads saluting him, Nini also lowered her head and gave them a smile. The gardeners looked at each other in wonder at the behavior of Nini who also bowed his head.

Johan watched Nini's attitude from the window. There was a slight smile on his face.

After being satisfied around the park, Nini walked towards a building behind the house that was no less luxurious.

The house is 2-story, whitewashed just like the mother house. There were many female servants there who wore home-cooked casual clothes. They immediately stood to see Nini.

" What's up?" nini asked confused by their behavior

Nini looked behind her. Then looking back at the servant, he waved his hand and laughed slowly

Idah's mother came out from inside, the servants saluted her and went inside.

"Eitsss don't do that to me mom. How can a mother respect her child?" Nini said sincerely

Idah's mother just shook her head slowly, she did not expect how kind the wife of master Johan's heart was.

There was a cottage located on the edge of the fish pond, Nini ran small towards that place.

The cottage faces towards the pool right at sunrise. There are many flowers arranged neatly along the pond making the place even more beautiful.

Inside the cottage there are 2 pieces of wooden chairs and a table of wood as well.

Idah's mother walked slowly following Nini's steps.

"What doesn't love this place?" ask Idah's mother when the two were already inside the cottage

Nini nodded happily.

" Likes mom. Really like."

Idah's mother looked at the artificial lake just like Nini.

Nini looked at him very happily, for a moment she forgot her thoughts about the woman with J's initials.

While Idah's mother looked at the lake sadly, she was always alone in this place when overwhelmed with longing for her little family.

"Oh yes ma'am, I'm actually wondering what kind of family this is?" nini asked innocently, her eyes still looking at the lake

" No non, the building was the residence of the servants both women and men" said Idah's mother while pointing at the building

"Yes non, today they rest tomorrow they will replace the servants today."

"Emmm.. Oh yes ma'am, are those servants unmarried? I see there are a lot of women who are already in their 30s." Nini recalled some of the servants she had met a few days ago

Idah's mother chuckled at Nini's question.

"No non, everyone who works here should not get married. If they want to get married, they have to be willing to be kicked out of this place."

"Why is that?" Nini scrunched her forehead

"Because there is no way the servants have to go back and forth to work here, then the servants must stay here. Well, there's no way you should bring your family to this place?"
