Sacred Promise
Chapter 49
Nini and mom are preparing dinner.
"Where's mom?" nini asked as she arranged the food on the table
"At a sudden meeting, son. Don't know what it's about."
"So tonight, eat it without dong's father?"
"Dear, you're like a new first time." Mom nodded slowly
"Heheh. I want to go out tonight with Dad." Nini looked at the dishes on the table.
"It has. Sana call Andika your husband."
"Each commander." Nini seduced her mother by acting like a soldier who was respectful to her leader. I just laughed at Nini who was like a child.
Johan and Andika were relaxing on the front porch. They were telling me something.
"Eat yuk." Nini stood in front of the door
"Yes. Come on, Brother Johan."Andika stood up. Johan was still sitting and looking at Nini like he wanted something.
"Silver. You go ahead and we'll follow it." Nini who understood with her husband immediately asked Andika first.
"Why?" Nini approached Johan who was still sitting.
"I think it's better I don't have to eat together."
"You mean?" Nini looked at her husband
"Looks like your parents don't like me." Johan looked back at his wife.
Nini held Johan's hand.
"No. They still accept you. It's just, they still need time."
"You guys just eat first. I'll catch up."
"No.. Please don't act like this. I'll be confused. You're my husband and they're my parents."
"Hmmm.. Yeah, come on." Johan immediately chose to give up because he knew that Nini would soon cry.
"Let's go, son." Mom called Johan and let him sit down.
Johan is looking for a father who never joined.
"Dad's eating out tonight, son. There's an important activity." Mom immediately knew what Johan's gaze meant.
"Let's eat." Mom once again allowed Johan to eat.
After the meal, Nini and mother tidied the table. Fany went back to her room. Andika and Johan return to the terrace.
"Son, do you love each other?" mother's gaze made Nini look down embarrassed.
"I don't know mom."
"Have you loved your husband?"
Nini raised her head, looking at mother.
"It looks so mom. I slept for almost 2 months and woke up in his arms. It's impossible for me not to love her." Nini turned her back to her mother.
"Son.." mother walked up to Nini and held her shoulder. "I'm sorry your father, he's disappointed. But trust me he won't be able to hate you."
"Mom forgive me." Nini turned around and hugged her mother. "I didn't mean to hurt mom and dad. If you don't approve of this marriage, I'm ready to part with her ma'am."
"Don't darling. We are your parents, but he is your life partner. Until you die even he'll be your friend." Mother returned the hug of her son and kissed his head.
"Mother, won't you accept Johan?"
"Don't cry baby. I'm sure your father will accept your husband tomorrow. " Mom raised Nini's head and wiped away her son's tears.
Johan who had wanted to go to the bathroom, apparently heard everything. He immediately dodged quickly when Nini and mother finished talking.
"Sister Johan, I went to the room first." Andika said goodbye when Johan returned to the terrace.
"Yes. Good night."
Andika just waved her hand and passed.
Nini hugged her husband from behind, wrapping her hands around Johan's neck.
"Are you going to ordain your night here?" Nini whispered softly to Johan.
"Why do you seem so different." Johan held his wife's hand tightly
"You have changed. I like to.." I haven't finished the sentence, Nini put an index finger on her lips.
"So your words. My house is small and people can easily hear."
"Haha... All right, I'm quiet."
Nini pulled her husband's hand towards the room. The woman hugged her husband tightly when the door closed.
"What's up Nini? You're so different tonight." Johan has not returned his wife's embrace.
"I missed you. I'm afraid you're out of my life. Tell me, what are you gonna do if I don't approve of our relationship?"
Johan lifted his wife's chin. Look at it in meaning.
" I'm not leaving you. I'll do anything until Dad agrees. But if you want me to go, then I will."
"What do you mean?"
"I heard all you said to me." Johan took off his chin and walked towards the window.
"Everything?"
"Yes, everybody. Even when you're willing to part ways, as long as mom and dad aren't disappointed." Johan breathed slowly.
Nini's getting hit. This time he was in a dilemma. Which one should he choose. Dad's first love of his life or Johan will be his last love.
"So you won't keep your promise?" Nini was right behind her husband.
"I'll try to keep it. But if you don't want to survive, then it's free for me."
"Evil.!!!" Nini hit Johan's body from behind. The man remained silent, he let his wife do as she pleased.
"You forgot your promise that day. You told me never to break a promise to a human let alone to God." Nini could no longer hold back her tears.
Johan turned around and hugged his wife's body.
"I'll try. Didn't you hear what I said? I'll just go if you want that."
"Easily so. Don't you intend to survive?"
"If you ask for it, then I'll hold on."
"Take me off." Nini pushes rough Johan's body
"What's up" Johan said. He was already getting annoyed, but could still endure it
"Why does everything have to be what I want? "
"Because I want you to be happy."
"If my happiness is with you?"
"I'm sorry. Well, no matter what happens I'll stay with you. Even if you throw me out of your life."
"I'll never do that." Nini's tears fell again.
"alright. I'll always be there for you." Johan clutched his wife's body.
"Did you promise?"
"certain. I promise."
Nini returned her husband's warm embrace.
The night is getting late. All the inhabitants of the house were already washed away in their dreams. But Nini and Johan were still busy letting go of their longing.
"I love you." whispered Johan softly to his wife's ear.
Nini who was already limp just fell silent hugging her husband's warm body.
Johan kissed his wife's head gently.
"Do you love me too?" Johan shook Nini's shoulder slowly
"Tidr Johan's. What time is it? I'm tired." Nini snorted annoyedly at her husband's chest.
"You're even back to being a bitch." Johan laughed softly at his wife's reply.
Nini pinched slowly in her husband's stomach. A few seconds later, he fell asleep.
"When are you going to give me a child?" Johan kissed his wife again.
