***ZHONG LI BEDROOM***
In the morning Zhong Li aka King was enjoying a breakfast cooked by Hercules namely fish porridge and cakwe in his bedroom.
King deliberately asked Hercules to prepare a simple breakfast because he wanted to go to the place where the blacksmith craftsmen to buy the equipment needed to travel far to the Kunlun Mountains in the near future.
Suddenly Zhong Li's bedroom door was wide open and King heard the rushing sound of feet heading towards him.
Zhong Li's keen sense of smell made King know it was Zhong Min who was walking towards him. The pungent stench from Zhong Min's body was already gone.
"Zhong Li!" zhong Min shouted in a loud voice that made Hercules and Xena who were standing behind King put on standby position . Zhong Min's face was extremely red and filled with fury.
King was forced to stop the mouthful of fish porridge into his mouth and stared in the other direction with a blank eye.
"Zhong Min's! Your body odor is healed, right? The skills of the palace healers are amazing. It can cure your body odor quickly" King said calmly.
Though King was the most certain, the foul smell on Zhong Min's body would disappear and vanish without a trace in the morning because the dose of stinky poison given by Xena was only a little. Zhong Li's body odor was lost not due to the skill of the palace healers.
Zhong Min's face grew even more red after hearing King's relaxed and calm speech. In the blink of an eye, Zhong Min recalled the agony he endured at the palace physician's quarters last night.
The palace physician was very firm and ordered Zhong Min with his innocent body to soak overnight inside a large barrel containing fragrant spices.
Zhong Min was absolutely not allowed to leave that large barrel. Every once an hour, the palace healer's maid would use a small net to pick up the fragrant spices from inside the large barrel. Then sprinkle new fragrant spices . The originally warm water gradually turned into cold water so Zhong Min shivered overnight inside a large barrel.
The torment of Zhong Min's soul and inner self grew more and more because of him
forced to resist the urge to urinate or defecate in a large barrel.
At Emperor Wang's palace banquet, Zhong Min ate a lot of delicious dishes and tasted good wine . Zhong Min had not been able to go to the toilet because he had fainted in the middle of the palace hall and was taken by the palace guards to the palace physician's quarters.
Ming Lan who followed him was only allowed to wait in the front room . Ming Lan sat there drowsy and occasionally her eyes scanned the surroundings to see if Princess Xing Xing would come asking about Zhong Min's fainting state in the palace hall.
Zhong Min's agony finally ended in the morning. The palace healer's maid gave Zhong Min's dried scented spices to the palace physician.
Professional palace healers know how to check the foul odor on Zhong Min's body has disappeared or not, namely through the former spices perfumed body soaking Zhong Min.
As the court physician's attendants sprinkled new fragrant spices, Zhong Min's former soaking spices dried and, if still smelled of foul smell, Zhong Min had to keep soaking in a large barrel.
Earlier this morning the spices of Zhong Min's dried-up marinade did not cause any more stench, so the court physician's aide immediately reported it to the palace physician.
The court physician allowed Ming Lan to bring Zhong Min home after believing that Zhong Min's stench had been cured.
All the way back to General Zhong Guo's residence, Zhong Min shivered in the cold and his skin wrinkled .
For some reason at that moment Zhong Min sensed that his body suddenly spreading a foul smell was a part of Zhong Li .
Last night Zhong Li appeared to shine and amaze at the palace banquet like a rustic langurung that changed into a handsome prince. While he is like a pile of dirt that is ridiculed and insulted by everyone.
Zhong Min could not help the explosive rage in his mind so upon arrival at Zhong Guo Residence, Zhong Min headed straight for Zhong Li's bedroom.

Readers know what Cakwe is? Cakwe/You Tiao is one of the traditional Chinese sweets. Cakwe is a Hokkian dialect which means deep-fried ghost. Cakwe became popular during the Song Dynasty, starting from the death of General Yue Fei who was famous for his nationalism due to the slander of Prime Minister Qin Hui.
Hearing the news of Yue Fei's death, the Chinese people then made 2 small sticks of rice flour dough that symbolized Qin Hui and his wife then fried to eat. This was done as a symbol of the popular hatred for Qin Hui. (Source: Wikipedia )
