Everyone who was in the front room stared towards Zhong Li aka King with a look of disbelief.

"Emperor Wang betrothed Zhong Li to Princess Jing Mi!" said Aunt Wang.

Ming Lan and Zhong Min who heard the second edict from Emperor Wang also showed a look of surprise and shock.
"How could Princess Jing Mi be willing to pick up these worn out shoes?" said Ming Lan.
"The perfect princess Jing Mi is unlikely to like the blind Zhong Li. Everything must be the decision of Emperor Wang," Zhong Min's heart said.
The feeling of Zhong Min's heart that had originally flowered as it was about to become Emperor Wang's son-in-law, had now turned grim.
Zhong Min is not willing Zhong Li to be the perfect husband of Princess Jing Mi 😆
"Zhong Li and Zhong Min! Stand by the order!" aunt Wang's orders.
A Tu held Zhong Li aka King standing up from the floor and led him walking towards Aunt Wang with slow footsteps.
Zhong Min eagerly advanced forward ahead of blind Zhong Li 😅
"It's so exciting to be Princess Xing Xing's harem," King grumbled in his heart.
King thought hard the reason Zhong Li was betrothed to Princess Jing Mi and found no answer at all.
Aunt Wang put Emperor Wang's first edict into Zhong Min's hands and Emperor Wang's second to Zhong Li's.
"Your wedding will be held in the near future" Aunt Wang said.
"Good Aunt Wang," Zhong Min replied with vigor.
While Zhong Li aka King looked the other way with a blank eye. Aunt Wang observed King from head to toe.
"One more!" aunt Wang suddenly said.
"Princess Jing Mi will send her two servants to guard and protect Zhong Li," Aunt Wang replied.
"Thank you for Princess Jing Mi's generosity. The waiter at General Zhong Guo's residence was enough to guard Zhong Li," Ming Lan refused as she gave her sweetest smile.
Ming Lan tried to subtly refuse the servant of Princess Jing Mi.
"You can meet Princess Jing Mi and reject her directly. After all the two servants had already arrived at General Zhong Guo's residence," Aunt Wang said as she pointed at the two maids standing behind the palace guards.
The two servants were one man and one woman. The king who was pretending to be blind was looking the other way so as not to know the look on the faces of the two new servants sent by Princess Jing Mi.
