From the meaning of this beautiful prayer, it can be concluded that if we claim to be willing to Allah as rabb, Islam as our religion, Prophet Muhammad as our prophet and rosul, we will be, we should not choose what God has commanded. All His commandments and teachings must be carried out in a kaffah.
It is not only a matter of obedience to the husband, seeking knowledge and learning is also one of God's commands. It was even the first revelation that came down to the Prophet through Quran Surat Al-Aaq 1 -5. Learning, seeking knowledge, reading His signs are the main commandments.

Including learning about being obedient to the husband and how to overcome household problems, all of that is arranged. And indeed before a wife is commanded to obey the husband, God commands first a husband to be truly qowwam. So during the halaqoh, we were invited to learn to understand three important verses in the letter of An Nisa, which God willing will be a help for us when the household experiences a shock.
O you who believe! Obey Allah and obey the Apostle (Muhammad), and Ulil Amri (the ruler) among you. Then, if you disagree about something, return it to Allah (Qur'an) and the Messenger (the Sun), if you believe in Allah and the day after. That is more important (for you) and better as a result.
If it is associated with domestic relations, Ulil Amri in the family is the father. So it can be concluded that obedience to the husband is not absolute. It means yes can be discussed, can be communicated, alias not saklek. The husband as the obedient leader must be the obedient husband to God and His apostle.
To understand Surat An Nisa verse 59,
in this verse God reminds us that when we meet Ulil Amri who actually makes rules or decrees that mislead us and keep us from God, we have the right not to obey him. Obedience to God is above all things. Likewise obedience to the husband, if the husband forces us to do things that make us far from God, for example prohibiting hijab, prohibiting prayer, we may not obey.
God warns us not to be afraid of people, let alone people who decide things are not based on the law of God. For a man who has no law except Allah, he does not believe. So this again strengthens for wives, when husbands act not according to God's rules, we have the right to take action. Of course, his actions must also be in accordance with the right rules.
A sturdy pole is like a foot, without which something cannot stand.
Leader for his wife and household, without which all goes without a clear direction.
Magnifying or considered the greatest, without which there is no respected person and place to lean.
Household judges, to provide solutions and decisions on each existing problem.

The husband should be aware of his important position. And a wife as high as her education and social status, she must put herself as a wife who by the provisions of God surpasses the husband over her. Listening to the husband's commands as long as they do not invite to worship God.
So it can be concluded that here before God commands a wife to obey her husband, God warns husbands to act as true qowwam. Not only to provide a living, but also to perform other qowwam functions; to be an educator, protector, comfort giver, and to be a just judge.
