Commandments from Heaven

A moment of pondering, suddenly Carine and Arthur had returned to their original place. Those who had disappeared, now arrived with the opposite situation. Arthur is battered and Carine survives, without the slightest injury.

Carine took Arthur like an animal. He only held the collar of Arthur's back shirt with his left hand. Gray who waited, finally breathed a sigh of relief. Carine didn't kill Arthur.

“Sorry, long wait” greet Carine while dropping Arthur's body to the cell floor, like an item. “What are you doing? I told you, let me take care of it” Gray's nagging looks upset. He looked ruffled by the waist followed by a puckered expression.

“I was just playing around with him. Anyway, you're off guard. He escaped from your cage, you know!” carine's response further irritated Gray. “Do not do anything silly. I will not be held responsible, if you are suddenly given a sentence!” threatening Grey. Apparently, he still could not accept the opinion of the Angel of Death. In fact, it was a very obvious thing.

“Come back to hotel. I'll take care of it” Gray's orders. Not replying with any words, Carine immediately turned around. Seeing Carine's suspicious behavior, Gray was ready.

If Carine dares to kill Arthur in his presence, then Gray has the right to directly punish him. Normally, Carine's powers would be sealed by Gray for a while. Having the highest rank in Death Hunters, made Gray rather proud of himself. Because, of all the power possessed by the Hunters, only he could seal it.

But, once again. Arthur was wrong. Neither Carine nor Gray, they were ordinary humans or other low-powered demons. They are Death Hunters.

Of course, with once Gray's empty-handed libation, Arthur immediately toppled far. Unwilling to make a scene in the cell, Carine immediately takes action. He chanted several spells to render the prisoners unconscious.

“Protocol 922, your honor?” carine asked, after she looked at Gray who was preparing to wear his black gloves. Carine was still waiting at her place. Shortly after Gray finished his preparations, he finally replied,

“Protocol 922, allowed”

With her carefree spirit, Carine smiled full of happiness. Bak, received a treasure that was anticipated by him. “Protocol 922, activated!” the thrill gets bigger.

Protocol 922, a special protocol for locking all outside access that will interfere with execution. When the protocol is activated, that is, the Death Hunter is delivering a huge punishment to one of the demons who has a recurring crime case.

“Finally, you start serious, your Excellency” said Carine eagerly. “I did it according to the command of the Sky, through the ancient book. If Arthur's punishment order doesn't go into the ancient book, I'll never do this” Gray said straightening out. “You said, punishment? Isn't Protocol 922 just for execution?” carine corrected it.

While at work, Carine would use formal sentences on Gray. Another case when they are having a casual chat outside of work. They will come back by mocking each other.

In the order of the Hunters, Carine's position was under Gray. Although most other Hunters say, their positions are equal. But still, Carine had to obey Gray's orders.

“We'll see, what will happen” Gray said, seen hiding something. “Woo, I've never seen you excited like this.” praise Carine with a rowdy cheer. Gray's confidence, instantly increased by leaps and bounds!

Gray looks cross-sectioned, acting kind of cool. “Of course, I'm always excited. Aren't you glad this kind of thing finally happened?” his tanyanya followed a haughty smile. “You mean... punish a demon like this? Sure, it's fun. But still, the fight in the wild is like the era before. Well, actually it can't be, right? Why do I keep thinking about war?” responsive Carine hurriedly erased her bad thoughts.

“Isn't this also what you're looking forward to? Our cooperation, always never fails to be the best”

“Captain, you always think about rankings! It's too old-fashioned, you know! After all, who wouldn't believe in the best synergy of our team?”

“Not one pun”

“True. No one looks at us bad, Captain! All the hunters know. So...”

After hearing this, Gray was silent for a moment. Finally, he realized something. Something is wrong with this conversation.

But suddenly, Gray immediately grabbed his head. “Damn it! You're trying to provoke me, aren't you? You're trying to make me change my mind by praising me to the seventh heaven? There is no intention in the slightest for me to try to provoke” explained Carine trying as hard as possible. “Certainly, why did you stay away? Because your intentions have been discovered, bad boy! I know it. Basic, bratty kid! Here, you!” amuk Gray is becoming.

“Captain, I mean it!” exclaiming Carine who is still trying to avoid Gray. “You're getting backwards, damn it! Come here!” reply Gray no less hard. “But, he is a vile demon, Captain. In fact, you saw his actions all along! Where all the demons are trying their best to collect the good, this damn demon is trying to gather the bad! Isn't execution a punishment worth it?” carine said still.

Gray's patience, there's a limit. He looked intently at Carine. The atmosphere became more serious.

“For you, it's not fair. But for Heaven, this punishment has been fair, Carine. And you, you must obey the rules. Because of his punishment, it was already determined in the ancient book. If you try to break it, you know the consequences that will happen” Gray said. Carine looked down lethargic. He was disappointed, as to the punishment given to Arthur who had killed his mother. In front of both eyes.

“The sky is always... do your best for all of us, Carine..” Gray said as he gazed up at the ceiling of the Underwall cell. Carine didn't answer. To him, it was useless for him to express his feelings. After all, the reality he felt at this moment, would never change.
