Geck!
Geck!
Geck!
“Director, it's me, Robin” said Robin, before entering a room. Robin stands in front of a brown door with a sign that reads, Director of the Golden Luxury Hotel. “Come in..” replied someone from inside the room.
Robin immediately opened the door and stepped in. “You called me?” robin asked, after he was inside. A black chair, turned back to where Robin was standing. The man in the chair was still in the same position.
With very little light coming in from the office window, the Director's room felt more tense. No sound, there. It only looked like a man was still holding onto his chin, unhurriedly turning around. He too, was surrounded by darkness until his face was invisible.
“How about it?” the director answered back asking. His voice, it sounded heavy and authoritative. “He's improved. But of course, he was still a bit shocked. Therefore, I cannot force him to come here” Robin reports. The director was seen nodding, despite being covered in his larger chair.
“Please, you watch him. I don't want to, he's in danger once again. And... Maximilien?”
“Max is being punished. He's in underground custody. I guess, it's very precise. Given, his actions are considered too dangerous”
“Good. You did your best, Rob. We are a noble clan. Our job is to hunt down dangerous demons. After that, Maximilien or whoever.
“I understand, Director. I'll finish everything”
“Thank you very much, Rob. If he is back to health, immediately bring kari” pinta Director. Robin looked dead. “Make sure, no one can get into his room. Besides, you and I to check” added the Director again. Robin nodded back.
“Then, I'm sorry” said Robin. The director looks to reply with a nod. Robin went straight out, though the face was a bit cobbled. He finds Luc, the assistant director who just a moment ago, coming to him in the room Reine is in.
“Say to your Director. He had to learn manners again” pinta Robin. Luc frowned. With such a large body, he looked more like a protector than an assistant. “What is it, a respectful attitude to your boss?” reply not long.
Robin sighed. It's futile to talk to Luc, the stiff guy. “Oh, forget it!” robin was getting more upset. “Master Dimont, please say your point clearly” firmly Luc is still insistent. Robin shook his head while walking away.
“Mr Dimont!” call Luc toned. With a voice that sounded heavier and louder than the Director's voice, Luc made Robin tiptoed. His voice echoed, like lightning in broad daylight.
Reflex, Robin turned back. “Director, tuh... If you talk, you should face the interlocutor. The attitude behind the interlocutor is not a good attitude. Moreover, after this, we will be the arrival of new employees. So, yes.. that's it” lamented. Hearing Robin's request, Luc is seen throwing a sharp glare.
But please, don't misunderstand me. He's not angry, though. The expression showed that, Luc was seriously listening to his interlocutor.
And shortly thereafter, Luc seemed to nod. “Will I tell” he said. Robin waved his hand, a sign that his complaint might not be necessary. So, he refused if Luc passed it on to the Director. “I may, just get carried away. Because it was the first time we hired an employee, so my mood was a little off. Ignore my complaints” Robin said later.
“Sorry, what did you just say? I... did not hear” asked Luc confusion. However, Robin chose to turn around and walk away. He waved, leaving Luc still struggling with his curiosity.
~~ Several days later ~~
Reine's condition, gradually recovered. As promised, Reine was taken to a room to hear all the explanations. One of them, why he was suddenly in such an unfamiliar room.
With Robin, Reine steps into the Director's room. Should, going to see the Director in his room, was not an experience for the first time. As an employee who every day in direct contact with customers, Reine would often be called to the Director's room to provide reports.
Although not every day, the Director always hears reports directly from employees. But, looking at the unfamiliar passageway along the way, made Reine quite tense. “This....is not the Director's room I'm thinking about, is it? What's with the wooden wall? The street is decorated with red carpets? Haaaahhhhhhhh? Since when did it change? How fast did it change?!” inner Reine was confused.
After Robin knocked on the door and said his name, the door opened. Reine had seen the sign hanging on the door. Makes Reine wonder. “Director, Golden Luxury Hotel. Right, you know. This is Director Deval's room. But why... color the door so gini?” thought.
Reine saw someone seem to be sitting on a rather large black chair. Although quietly, Reine heard Robin complain by saying, ‘Ck!’. I don't know why he who from the beginning looked polite, turned upset.
“She has arrived, Director” Luc said. Apparently, the big man, had been standing next to the Director's desk. “Ah, yes..” Reply Director slowly. Still turning his back on his interlocutor, the Director began to say a word.
“Nona Dallaire, how are you doing? Already improved?” ask Director. He tried to sound friendly. Not with Robin's expression. He was increasingly upset, with the actions of his superiors.
“Director, Miss Dallaire is here” said Robin calmly. “Ya, I know” respond Director, without changing position. “She, is here, Mr. Deval” said Robin more firmly. He looked sharply at the Director who was still not turning around.
“The director already knows, Mr. Dimont” chirped Luc, trying to take over. “Director?” call Robin in insisting. “She already knows..” “Reverse!” cut Robin in annoyance. Luc was surprised, when he saw Robin looked angry. However, the Director still did not approve Robin's request.
Robin rolled his eyes while sighing. He stared at Luc, trying to give the code. Unfortunately, Luc also did not dare to ask the Director to turn around and face his interlocutor.
Seeing the ridiculous quarrel, Reine did not think out. Robin is tough. And the childish Director, insisting on refusing for no reason. Moreover, Reine also felt, the Director did not want to look at him. Maybe.. not level?
“Director..” call Robin start controlling his emotions. “I understand! Basic...” complained Director. He finally, relented. With heavy steps, the Director turned his chair. Staring at Reine, who was standing next to Robin.
When Reine's two eyes met the Director's two eyes, he was shocked. Bak was slapped hard by someone, he was surprised to see the Director's face. Even the expression that came out of Reine's face, was instantly predictable.
Shock.
Reine was so shocked that she could no longer speak. He just stood pecking with his mouth forming, O. His soul, as if it had come out of the body.
“Hai, Miss Dallaire. How's it going? Your current situation is much better, isn't it? I... worrying about you”
