“What consequences will I receive, if I agree to join this hotel? I am just an ordinary man, you know. Not as you think. Surviving some of the demons that attacked, solely because of the help of others and the survival ability that people usually do. Me, not what you think” said Reine responding to Marc's request. “Not as you think? You must have not remembered, the incident the other day” said Marc switching the topic. Reine frowned.

Robin looked at Marc. His expression, looks worried. His face seemed to say, ‘you sure will say it now?’ like those.

Marc seemed to hold both hands, then use both hands to support the chin. By the time Marc starts to act like that, something big will be revealed soon. And, of course, it has to do with Reine.

“Genesis the other day? What?” reine asked still not remembering. His memory, as if it had been lost so that it could not be recalled. “A bad incident happened. Actually, at night. In the hallway that leads to the back door of hotel” bright Marc gave a clue.

Reine still doesn't remember. Seeing this situation, Robin's face looked increasingly worried. “This is your fault, Marc! If you hadn't assigned Maximilien to leave the party, this would never have happened!” robin was impatient.

“This was an accident. You can't blame Director Deval right away, Mr. Dimont... After all, Maximilien has been punished for his actions” response Luc tried to protect Marc. “Accident? This wasn't just an accident you meant. Once you know, Miss Dallaire was able to protect herself from the demon red-tipped woman, you were interested and wanted to recruit her. Then, what? That night, you purposely assigned Maximilien to pick her up, didn't you? With unstable circumstances..making Max easily carried away desire, finally hurt Miss Dallaire!” robin's screams blood up. “Mr Dimont! Watch your words!” reply Luc who also shouted loudly.

“I don't care! You said you'd protect her if she joined the hotel. But when Miss Dallaire is in the hands of a demon Max's class, you can't protect her. You're too weak, Mr. Deval. Instead, you just cancel your intention to recruit him” Robin continued. “Mr Dimont!” exclaim Luc. Marc tries to calm Luc down by stretching his hand to block Luc's steps.

“What? Wait, so the incident in the night was really..?” ask Reine in shock. Apparently, he remembered. Another blood-sucking demon, approached him at the time. Like he didn't want to waste time, he immediately bit Reine's neck and lips. She sucks Reine's blood, so the woman has to be unconscious for a few days.

Reine realized, that man must be his co-director. Maybe that night he attended a party. Then, the incident happened to Reine. That's why, the Director took care of the unconscious Reine. And always apologizing, for a mistake that Reine didn't understand.

“Because of that, you apologize for not being able to look me in the face?” guess Reine's on target. Instantly, both Robin and Marc, they looked down. They're out of words.

Reine stared at Marc, Robin and Luc. “Their friends took too much of my blood. If I had just passed out, he could have been in danger at this time” he said later. Marc looked surprised. Just this time, he showed that panicked face to everyone. Usually, he was known for his calm and authoritative mannerisms.

Luc's face was shocked too. “Why? Just realized, huh? Should be, if you want to recruit people, must dong see the background first” said Reine casually. “Luc, check Max” state pinta Marc trying to calm down. “Master, how about..” “No time!” cut Marc. Luc seemed to be rushing out of the room.

“You... Damned devil. Wrong, me?” guess Marc is serious. The look in his eyes that had been warm, turned sharp. Like, about to chop Reine alive.

“You want me a cursed demon or not, you still owe me your life” Reine replied followed by a look that was no less sharp. “Belcome? Of course, no. You deliberately set a trap so that Max leads to you” Marc said as he held his hand, seen preparing something under the table. “Your guess was wrong, Mr. Deval. Your friend, the damned devil” said Reine.

Marc frowned. Weapons that have been prepared, suddenly snoozed for a moment. The focus, Reine managed to switch temporarily.

“You're accusing Max so I can let you go? No, Miss Dallaire. Wherever you run, I'll find you. Robin, close all exit access” Marc's orders. “Wait, you didn't think to kill him, did you? Stop, Marc! He's just a regular human being!” sergeant Robin. “The damned devil can do everything, including disguise the smell, Rob. Tie him!” marc shouted while pointing a gun at Reine.

When the trigger seemed to be about to be pulled by Marc, Robin protected Reine from Marc. “Keep! This gun, it's covered in Death's Ash. You'll vanish, if you get shot!” marc's orders were firm. “I won't step aside. As long as I intend well and do not hurt humans, Death's Ash will never destroy me.

“Robin!” marc shouted loudly. Along with that, Luc opened the door wide. His expression looked panicked. As he hurriedly closed it, a familiar-looking man instantly smashed the door. Luc was made a fog by the man's actions.

“What happened? Maximilien's? Why did he get out of the cell?!” robin asked in shock. “His strength is out of control. He destroyed everything and killed the other demons in the cell. And unfortunately, I did not manage to withdraw his actions. He's too strong, Mr. Deval.” obviously Luc ended up reporting towards Marc. The director of the Golden Luxury Hotel, was seen staring at the angry man in front of him.

The man, Maximilien Jacob Geiger. The demon that attacked Reine had to be unconscious for three days. Supposedly, he was still languishing in the cell underground, as Robin said.

However, looking at his red face filled with anger. It seems that Luc's words about him going on a rampage inside the cell to kill another demon, are justified. I don't know what makes him look wilder than usual.

Robin turned her back to Reine, as Max stared intently at the woman. Reine's safety is a priority. Robin did not want to, back to his rescue when Max suddenly attacked humans.

Unfortunately, Max with a quick movement, jumped towards Reine. Luc ran in hindering Max's attack. He intervenes, protecting Reine without being ordered.

Luc manages to repel Max, by punching him in the face. Max's body, smaller than Luc's, seemed to bounce back. Now, Marc is seen stepping over to Max.

Marc crouched down, approaching Max who was still trying to get up from the floor. Marc held Max's left shoulder, so he wouldn't move to attack Reine again. “Max, what happened to you? Aware!” marc is trying to get Max back to the way he was.

However, Max, who had darkened his eyes, still insisted on attacking towards Reine. Max was even seen bulldozing Marc's hand until Marc's body fell to the floor. “Mr Deval!” exclaiming Luc while stepping to help Marc.

“Protect, Miss Dallaire!” shouted Marc. Unfortunately, Luc was already exposed to Max's claws. I don't know since when, the power of Max gradually getting out of control.

Robin's defense was successfully destroyed by Max. He is known as the strongest demon among Robin and Luc. Therefore, if his strength was used perfectly, it was not impossible to defeat Robin so easily.

Max bulldozes Robin's head with a death kick. Now, Max is in front of Reine. “Keep away from there, Miss Dallaire!” shout Luc. “No, Miss Reine! Run!” pinta Robin's.

Marc, who got up first, seemed to run towards Reine. However, Max had first activated his shield. Marc went back to the back.

Max approached Reine's face. Although Max is dangerous to the other three demons, Reine is not struggling. He remained where he stood. Reine was as if, unafraid of the demon that had suddenly turned into that monster. Reine's ready, at whatever risk he'll get today.
