The doctor and nurse finally came out after she finished handling Ruby. They seem exhausted getting serious cases that need immediate treatment. Ruby was injured, drained of blood and pregnant with twins.

One of the doctors removed the hamzat clothes, head covering, mask, and gloves that covered his body. He walked towards Melvin. The woman's doctor was the one who treated Ruby while in the hospital.

“How, doctor?” ask Melvin worried.

“It was fortunate that his wound was not so deep even though he had lost quite a lot of blood. The content is fine. Only, this time, really did he have to take good care of himself. I do not know if this is repeated, whether the content will be problematic or not.” Dr. Santi also looks worried about Ruby's condition.

“I will take better care of it, Doctor.” Melvin is determined as much as possible not to let go of the view of Ruby from today.

Doctor Santi only smiled and then walked into his own room. Melvin, Ardi, Elen, and Gita take the elevator to Ruby's treatment room. There was no more conversation between them until they arrived at the treatment room. Respiratory aid was attached to Ruby's nose.

An infusion bag and a blood transfusion hang and are attached to the back of his hand. Ruby looked like a person who was in deep sleep. Puncture wounds in the waist area have been neatly sewn and covered with bandages.

“Vin, Elen and I go home first, yes .. send greetings to Ruby if she is awake,” said Ardi.

Melvin nodded. “Thank you, Ar. If you have time, stop by here.”

“Pasti.” Ardi took Elen by the hand and led her out of Ruby's room.

“I also want to say yes, Sir.” Gita felt awkward being there by herself.

Gita smiles. “Excuse me, I'm out first.” After saying the word goodbye, he immediately came out.

Now only Melvin is in Ruby's room. He sat by Ruby's bed while stroking his wife's head. “You're so brave, honey. Thank you for helping your husband.” Melvin lay his head on the bed looking at his wife. “Ruby has fought to save himself. Now it is his turn to save his wife and children.

Remembering something, Melvin got up from his chair. He walked outside the room. On the outside were two bodyguards standing guard. Also at the door of Rei and his father-in-law, there were other guards standing guard. One treatment aisle was already rented by Melvin, so that foreigners could not casually go in and out without permission.

“What have you two been since morning looking after my wife?” ask Melvin.

“True, Sir. We are in charge of guarding Miss,” replied one of the bodyguards.

Melvin slapped the two guards who felt they were not working. “What did you guys do to not know my wife left, huh?” he said with a half-screaming tone.

Both guards bowed.

“Why not be more obedient to my orders or Papa? If Papa finds out his daughter's condition is deteriorating, you won't survive!” threaten Melvin's.

After saying that, Melvin went back into Ruby's treatment room. He was disappointed with the guards. He also wanted to get angry at Ruby who was so desperate to leave without taking any bodyguards.

Rei who was focused on reading the magazine on his bed until shocked to hear a voice that suddenly appeared. Gita returned to her room. After coming to the toilet and not coming back, Rei thought the woman had gone home.

“Sleeping or slumbering in the toilet? How many hours you say goodbye but do not come,” said Rei.

“Hehehe .. there is important business, sir. I did go to the toilet, but out of curiosity with Ruby, I followed her.”

Rei frowned. “What are you following my sister for?”

“Alben?” Rei astonishment.

Not unexpectedly Alben has re-launched the action. Rei felt a rush of his own, he had just found a witness who could throw Alben in jail. He asked Ardi for help. Unfortunately his condition did not allow to continue his efforts to throw Alben into prison.

“Ruby wants to save Mr. Melvin himself, so I tailed him secretly. I took a taxi and it cost fifty thousand.”

Rei begins to feel bad about Gita discussing her travel expenses to help Ruby. She thought she would use her heroism for her own sake. The woman is indeed strange as well as intelligent, can take chances in various situations.

“I also came to acting to attract the attention of apartment staff. I succeeded until they willingly helped me break down the door of Alben's apartment. I'm great, right?” Gita praised herself.

Rei could only chuckle at Gita's words. “What was acting you did?”

“I said in Alben's apartment there were people carrying guns in and then there was a screaming sound. I said there was murder. But, it turns out my acting is real, sir. That psychopath Alben almost killed Ruby.”

“Then, how is Ruby's condition? Is she okay?” Rei was worried.

“He is fine. Ruby is in the next room with Mr. Melvin.”

“Thank God then.” Rei was still very difficult to leave his bed. When he needs to go to the toilet, he also needs to call a guard to help him.
