Melvin jumped down from the police car that took him. He wanted to see his wife's condition immediately. Seeing Ruby come alone to face Alben already made his heart feel like it was going to stop beating. He should not have come for himself. Ruby must focus on maintaining the health of herself and their future twins.

Hearing Ruby get hit further made him worry. It felt like he was screaming loudly, expressing his frustration at Alben. Because of her, her and Ruby's lives have been difficult for a long time.

Arriving at the IGD room, he meets Ardi who is standing guard at the door with his wife. Ardi dismissed Melvin who was about to break in. The two are fighting each other.

Melvin comes back to Ardi and Elen. They are still waiting for the doctor to finish treating Ruby. The three of them hoped Ruby would be fine.
