Shara cried upon arrival in the kitchen, she was so distrustful of what she heard.
Her legs seemed powerless to support her body, she regretted hearing her husband's conversation earlier.
"I shouldn't have heard all that" he murmured.
"Astagfirulloh, why am I? Mas Sakha can't betray me, she's not like that." Shara wiped her tears.
"I have to talk about this with Mas Sakha" Shara said.
After her crying subsided, Shara decided to go back to see her husband.
Shara walked slowly, trying to remove the trace of crying on her face.
The door suddenly opened, as Shara was about to open the door as well.
"Sir, where have you been?" ask Sakha.
Shara smiled faintly, she acted as if nothing had happened.
"I was from the kitchen" Shara said stammered.
Sakha feels strange with his wife's tone, but he chooses to ignore her feelings.
"Want breakfast now?" ask Shara.
Sakha nodded, "can."
Shara nodded and led Sakha to the dinner table.
"I haven't had time to cook breakfast, so there's only bread and jam. Would you like some breakfast or something?" ask Shara.
"Break breakfast with bread" said Sakha.
Sakha nodded and she took a loaf of bread to her husband.
"What jam do you want, Mas?" ask Shara.
"Chocolate nuts only," said Sakha while looking at the news in the newspaper on the table.
Shara prepared the bread with peanut butter chocolate on it, then she put the bread on the plate and gave it to Sakha.
"Eat, Mas."
Sakha immediately put down the newspaper she was reading, and ate the bread her wife had made.
"You eat too, Deck."
Shara nodded, and took another piece of bread for her.
Shara is looking for the right time to ask about the incident last night to Sakha, she is very scared but also curious.
"Mas, can I ask you a question?" shara asked in a trembling tone.
"Of course you can, what do you want to ask?" ask Sakha.
Shara was silent for a moment, she gathered her courage to ask.
"Why did you come home so late last night?" shara asked carefully.
Sakha who was chewing, immediately stopped her chewing and immediately dissolved it with a mouthful of water.
"Overnight, Mas and Bima were finishing shooting with a fairly large client. We have to finish that night as well so Mas and Bima come home late," Sakha said carefully.
Shara nodded slowly, not the answer she really wanted to hear.
"Then, where did you go?" ask Shara.
"Where, what does that mean?" ask Sakha.
"I mean, did Mas and Bima go somewhere to eat or something." Shara said very awkwardly. He was not used to interrogate like this, but he also wanted to eliminate his curiosity.
Sakha was speechless, she looked puzzled at answering his wife's question.
"I can't possibly tell Shara the truth, I'm afraid she's thinking."
"Mas, go straight home. It's just that, Mas had to stop by to pick up a motorbike in the studio because the shooting location was quite far away and Bima suggested to use a car." Sakha explained, hoping Shara believes her words.
Shara fell silent, for some reason her heart hurt so much to hear what her husband said.
"Mas, why don't you speak the truth. What are you covering up from me" Shara said in her heart.
"That's it, yeah."
Shara looked glum, she really did not know what to do with her husband.
"I think I should go see Airin." Shara becomes determined and finds out the truth.
"Dec, what's wrong with you?" ask Sakha.
Shara gasped, then she shook her head.
"Mas, is today Mas going to go to work?" ask Shara.
"I can hitchhike?" ask Shara.
"Where are you going?" ask Sakha.
"Emm, I want to go to the bookstore." Shara tries to find a reason to convince her husband.
Sakha nods and approves of his wife's wishes, she does not feel anything different from Shara.
***
The clock was at half-ten in the morning, and Sakha was getting ready to go to work.
Shara is also waiting for her husband, she is already neat with her clothes.
"When you buy the book, you call. Let Mas pick you up later," said Sakha.
"No need, Mom. I can go home by myself" Shara replied.
Sakha let out a sigh, she was actually worried about Shara's state if she was traveling alone.
"But you have to promise to keep contacting Mas" Sakha pinta.
"Yes" Shara replied.
"Yes, we're leaving now."
Sakha took his wife by the hand, and now they walked out of the house.
"I'll lock the door first."
Shara took off her husband's hand, and reached for the keys to the house on the inside of the door.
After finishing they immediately went to the destination, of course, this is the first time Shara traveled on a motorcycle again.
"Be careful, Mom. Don't speed," Shara pinta.
"Yes, read the prayer first."
Shara obeyed what her husband told her to do, they rode down every street.
Arriving at the bookstore, Shara immediately got off the bike.
"Mas go first, you be careful. Keep going" said Sakha.
Shara nodded obediently, "yes, Mas."
"Yes, I'm leaving, assalamallaikum."
"Wa'allaikumsalam."
Shara looked at the back of her husband who started to move away, after she could not be seen again Shara immediately pulled out a cell phone to contact someone.
"Assalamallaikum, can you meet today? at the bookstore" Shara told someone behind the phone.
"Thank you" Shara hung up her phone and walked to a bench in front of the bookstore.
Shara waited almost half an hour, occasionally playing her phone.
"What did you ask me to come here?" ask someone who just came up to Shara.
Shara looked up, and moved from her place.
"Can we talk there," Shara asked as she pointed at one of the benches.
The person followed Shara's index finger, and looked back to the previous direction.
"I don't have much time, just tell me what you want to talk about!" Exclaims.
Shara took her breath first, she had also prepared to face whatever answer she would hear.
"Yesterday night, were you with my husband?" shara asked tremblingly.
The woman who is none other than Airin was silent for a moment to hear Shara's question, maybe Sakha did not tell what happened between them. Surely Airin did not waste the opportunity, this greatly benefited him.
"True, why is it?" airin asked arrogantly.
Shara's breath began to hunt, only one short answer had made her chest tight.
"W-what are you doing?" shara asked nervously.
Airin smiled sinisterly, he folded his hands over his stomach and noticed Shara's face which began to look disappointed.
"What do you think a woman and a grown man do in the middle of the night?" ask Airin with great affirmation.
Shara was stunned, her eyes started to turn red. As much as possible he held back from crying in front of Airin.
"If you love each other and trust each other, why doesn't Sakha tell you the truth." Said Airin while leaving Shara who was still in her place.
Shara held the rumble in her chest, she felt limp now. His mind raged, he could not believe this was happening to his household.
