PREMARITAL
Honesty That Pain

Shara noticed that Airin was staring blankly at her, and she tried several times to break Airin's daydream.

"Airin, are you daydreaming?" shara asked as she patted Airin's hand.

Airin flinched, refocusing herself on Shara.

"Ah sorry, I'm a little dreamy."

"Emm, so what's your plan?" ask Shara.

For a moment Airin thought, his eyes looking at the clothes Shara was wearing.

"What is hijrah?" ask Airin seriously.

Shara sighed, trying to explain lightly but clearly in order to be understood by Airin.

"Migrating can mean being determined to change themselves to achieve the grace and pleasure of Allah SWT. In addition, hijrah is also interpreted as one of the principles of life. A person can be said to have hijrah if it has met two conditions, namely something is left behind and there is something that is intended (purpose).

Both must be fulfilled by a person who emigrates.

For example, by abandoning all bad things, such as negative and bad thoughts, and going to a better, positive state, to uphold the teachings of Islam," Shara said.

"Until here is there anything that is not understood?" shara.

"Do all women have to close their aurat?" ask Airin.

For this reason, Shara slightly chose the right use of the word, so as not to offend or can cause misunderstandings in a Muslimah who has veiled and who has not used it.

"Islam is a religion that highly respects and values women. The proof of Islam is very guarding women is the descent of the order for Muslim women to close their aurat. Among the main goals of women to close the aura is so that they are easily recognized and avoid things that are not good or harm themselves.

This is as Allah has explained in the Quran Surah Al-Ahzab verse 59.

"O Prophet, say to your wives, your daughters and the wives of believers. Let them stretch out their veils all over their bodies. That is so that they are more easily known, therefore they are not disturbed. And Allah is Oft-Forgiving, Most Merciful."

"The letter here is the part of the body that must be covered and must not be seen from the views that must not see it and the part that must be covered when praying" Shara added.

Airin listens to every explanation Shara, nodding her head as a sign of understanding what Shara explains.

"I want to wear a veil like you" said Airin.

Shara smiled sincerely, she did not expect Airin would decide that this soon.

"Do it if your heart wants it, and do it with the intention of God for nothing else." Shara gave me advice.

"If you want, I can take you to study." Shara offers.

"I want to" Airin quickly answered Shara's offer.

"Thank God, may Allah launch your good intentions" Shara said.

"Aamiin" said Airin.

Shara also Airin resumed their conversation, on the sidelines of which Airin also occasionally ventured to ask news about Sakha.

"How's Sakha doing?" ask Airin.

Shara was momentarily silent, yet she tried to act as calm as possible.

"Alhamdulillah Mas Sakha is good," replied Shara.

Airin nodded, "you are worthy of Sakha" said Airin, bowing.

Shara looked at Airin, her mind now beginning to question her husband's feelings.

"I'm sorry, I didn't intend to take Sakha away from you. Really, this is beyond our expectations," Shara said.

"No need to apologize, Sakha's parents don't like me anyway. You are a good woman, and Sakha is also a good man. You guys are very suitable," said Airin.

"Do you still love Mas Sakha?" shara asked carefully.

"If so, how?" ask Airin to Shara.

Shara was silent, for some reason her heart was so sick hearing Airin's honesty. But he tried to understand, the separation made Airin very hurt.

"Initially it was like that, I would still love Sakha even if she was married. But, it'll just be a waste of my time." Airin.

Airin looked at Shara who was silent at her words.

"I'm sorry if my honesty offended you, but I consider our meeting the beginning of our friendship. And I don't want to start this relationship with a lie" Airin said.

Shara smiled faintly, trying to hold back her heart that felt sore.

"Yes, I understand."

"Just calm down, I won't take Sakha back from you" Airin said.

Shara gasped at Airin's words, I don't know what made Airin talk to her like that.

"Oh yeah, when are you gonna take me to the study?" ask Airin.

"Let me tell you the schedule" Shara replied.

Shara reached into her phone that rang, she smilingly received a phone call from her husband.

"Assalamallaikum, Mom."

"Wa'allaikumussalam, is it over? I'll pick it up now, Dad?" ask Sakha.

"Well, it seems like it's done too" Shara replied.

"Alright, I'm leaving now. Assalamallaikum" said Sakha.

"Wa'allaikumussalam, be careful." Shara turned off her phone call.

"Sakha picked you up?" ask Airin.

"Eh, yes. He's on his way here" Shara replied.

"Emm, okay. I will accompany you until Sakha comes" said Airin.

Shara nodded with a faint smile, "thank you."

***

About half an hour had Shara waiting for her husband, and from a distance appeared a man who was walking towards her who was none other than Sakha.

Sakha smiled as she walked over to his wife, a smile that Shara also replied Airin. Sakha looked at the two, Shara noticed Airin's smiling gaze on Sakha.

"Sorry old, yeah?" ask Shara Sakha.

"It's okay" Shara replied.

"We're going home now?" ask Sakha.

"Yes, Mum." Shara glanced at Airin.

"Airin, want to go home with us?" ask Shara.

Sakha is speechless to hear the offer his wife gave to her ex-boyfriend, in fact she feels awkward about this situation.

"I went home alone, I didn't want to bother Sakha" Airin said.

"Yes, we're going home Deck" said Sakha.

Airin was a little disappointed with Sakha's attitude, it seems like Sakha did not want to if she hitchhiked to him.

"But Airin, it's late afternoon. Mas, let's just take Airin home" Shara said.

"Dek, Airin said he wanted to go home alone. So let it be, maybe Airin has other business too. We're home now. We go first, Rin. Assalamallaikum," said Sakha in an unfriendly tone, he also slightly tightened his grip on Shara. Airin stared at Shara and Sakha's departure, again Sakha's attitude increasingly showed that he did not want Shara to get too close to him.

Sakha opens the car door for his wife, Shara only obeys her husband's orders. He was also a little scared, when Sakha was acting a little harsh like that.

Sakha gets in the car, she starts the engine and immediately drives it forward.

On the way home, there was not a word said between them. Sakha realises that Shara is afraid of her attitude, and feels guilty for pulling his wife's hand.
