Sonya was standing in front of a room door. On that door, hung a signboard made of wood. And the name engraved on that wood was a guy named Aratha.
Sonya opened it slowly so that the people inside were not surprised to see her coming. The room looked neat with a bookcase leaning against the wall and a bed with brown sheets. There is a family picture frame on the table and there is a bouquet of flowers placed on the mattress.
Sonya was immediately glued, to a guy sitting in a chair facing the window. The guy, was looking at the view of the afternoon that is always visible every time he comes home from school.
Quickly, Sonya immediately ran towards him, no matter the tears had washed her face at that time. The lavender flowers began to smell. Sonya stood in front of that chair to confirm the truth.
”Aratha, it turns out you're still alive? Are you really alive?”
Sonya felt her heart being pierced by a sword and the corner of her eyes hurt like she was hit by a glass shard when she saw the smiling figure of Aratha staring at her. She couldn't hold back her excessive crying. He immediately hugged Aratha so tightly and did not want to take her off for a moment.
”Sonya, I want to tell you something. Something I didn't say yesterday. Arguably, those will be the last words for you.”
Sonya was surprised. He immediately let go of his embrace and looked at her seriously. ”What do you mean?! You can't say that now! You still have plenty of time, don't you? Anyway, you are already in front of me now.” said Sonya expectantly.
Aratha shook her head. His hand touched Sonya's wet face and occasionally wiped the tears that had just fallen onto her cheek. That gentle smile was very rarely shown by him. It could be a sign that he is really serious right now.
”My time is not much. So, I'll just say a few words to you.”
”Do not say. I don't want to hear it now.”
”I love you, Sonya.”
Sonya bit her lips while frowning. These words seemed to be a sign that the two of them would definitely part. Even Sonya doesn't know what to answer to her. He was afraid that what Aretha said was true. And he was afraid of not being able to meet Aratha again.
”I too, love you. So, don't go. Please don't go.” Sonya squeezed the collar of the parka jacket Aratha was wearing now.
Aratha could see dozens of eye drops falling onto the floor of her room. He stood up from his chair and was now right in front of him. His two hands grabbed Sonya's face then he approached without involving any distance.
Sonya could feel a gentle kiss falling right on her forehead. An angry Aratha would never do it unless she wanted to.
After the kiss slipped on her forehead, Aratha approached again and immediately hugged her. Very closely like someone who will lose the person he loves.
Even so, Sonya kept her eyes open. At this moment Aratha's body faded away, turning into crystal grains that flew into the sky. She had already thrown away all her tears while she was on her way here and could not cry anymore. Sonya closed her eyes and immediately hugged Aratha back. However, unfortunately it coincided with Aratha's disappearance before her.
A few seconds are over. Thank you for giving me the opportunity to meet him even if only in a dream.

”Sonya! Sonya!”
Fahruz's voice slowly started to sound in his ears. Just then, Sonya woke up from her sleep. He had no idea why he could fall asleep on the sofa of his own home and Fahruz was there to accompany him. Sonya just realized that what she was experiencing was just a dream because she was thinking too much about Aratha. Surprisingly, the dream felt very real to him and felt imprinted in his heart.
”Sonya, you sleep while crying. What do you see?”
Sonya tried to sit down as Fahruz asked. Time still marks two o'clock in the morning. His gaze still seemed empty, unable to imagine the lie that felt real in his dream. His hand was still holding a blue fold of paper that read 'For Sonya.' he remembered the paper was given to Aretha when she had just returned home from school.
”Aretha, already story everything included about Aratha. I know what kind of sadness you are experiencing right now. I can understand but, you have to be strong. You can definitely do it. Surely, Aratha also did not want to see you cry like this.”
Sonya turned her head towards Fahruz who was sitting next to her. His gaze still looked empty, his hands clenched as if he wanted to say something to her.
As a drop of her tears fell down her cheek, Sonya began to cry. He showed his sad, unrelenting expression. He doesn't even care what his face looks like at the moment. Sometimes he screamed, rubbing his eyes many times. His heart has been broken. This time he had to swallow the pain again after he was left behind by his mother.
Fahruz couldn't look at Sonya's face much longer. Increasingly, he also felt the sadness he was experiencing at this moment. By himself, he moved to hug Sonya from a short distance away. The pain she is experiencing today is worse than when she was left by her mother when she was five years old.
Fahruz is disappointed that he can't do anything for Sonya right now. He could neither comfort her nor say anything to her. He could only remain silent, silent like a confused person.
On the other hand, Aretha was looking at the two of them from behind the slightly open window. He deliberately came over these nights out of concern for what Sonya was experiencing right now. Previously he looked very limp and unconscious. Luckily when Aretha reached Sonya's house, she saw Fahruz who had also just arrived on his bike. He left Sonya to Fahruz because Fahruz was his best friend. And people who might make it better.
Unable to see it with just a second, Aretha immediately turned around, leaning against her window. Besides Sonya, Aretha also experienced the same thing. He was trying to strengthen himself in a different way. Yet, still. He can't hold it himself. Aratha was the kindest person she had ever met and the person she loved the most. However, the Angel of Death comes so quickly to separate the two of them in a bond they call fate.
”Aratha, it's your fault! Why can't you hold on any longer?! Lookie! What have you done to him. You just add to the pain! I hate you so much! Hate to!”
