Orang-orang to Aratha

Orang-orang to Aratha
Chapters. 17 - Piano Sound

Sonya went to the UKS and did not find Aratha there. The mattress looks very neat like it has not been occupied by anyone. There was no one there even Miss Yuli was going out. Sonya was confused and tried to think where Aratha was going at the moment.

All this time he had not known clearly Aratha. In addition to her fear of the dark, she also rarely went to visit every room in the school. It was impossible for him to go to the cafeteria because he was not a figure of a man who was eager to eat.

Again, he was still thinking the same thing. He recalls the events when Sonya first met Aratha in the classroom corridor and in the music room. It was not impossible for Aratha to return to the music room to calm herself from the crowd. Because that room is very rarely occupied by anyone.

Sonya's steps moved towards the music room on the second floor. It seems like Aratha passed the other stairs as Sonya walked down from the third floor. His feet were sore, it was common. What is amazing is that he fell down many times from the stairs. And luckily, Fahruz always saves her.

The girl reached the front of the music room. Just as he was about to open it, the sound of the piano rang out in his ears. A gentle and desperate tone. The person who played it looked very sad like he was missing someone.

Sonya chose to stay at the door, waiting for the song to be played. He sat down, bending his knees right next to his door. For a moment he closed his eyes. This song is often set by his mother many times. He said the music was very soothing and made him remember his teenage years. Therefore, he hopes Sonya can live a quiet and happy life even though she is no longer there.

”I miss Mom's warm embrace. Dad rarely comes home and I'm often lonely.”

After only a few seconds, this voice stopped. Sonya immediately opened her eyes and stood up from her position. Right then, Sonya immediately walked into the room to make sure. Things that could be said to be luck or a coincidence, currently Aratha who was in the room was also opening her door so that, at this time the two looked at each other from a fairly close distance.

”Eee, Aratha. So that's you, huh?”

”You heard everything?”

”Ngak. I just heard his last note.”

”Oh,.” that's all Aratha said afterwards she instantly distracted him with an expression that looked blank.

”Your face why? The bruise reached the plaster. After being beaten by the masses because it is too fierce?”

”Ngak, not nothing.”

”....”

Sonya caught the silence between the two of them. However, quickly Sonya immediately smiled at him. He snatched Aratha's hand and led her into the music room.

”Heh! You are nothing?!” ketus Aratha who immediately pulled her hand and looked at the annoyed Sonya who was trying to lure her.

”Why? You don't want to show your skills playing the piano? I know you played it earlier.”

”No! I'm not the one playing! You just misheard!”

”Come dong. Don't be ashamed. You should be proud of having special abilities. Rarely can anyone play that surf piano.” Sonya pulls Aratha back into the music room. Seen as it was, Sonya was so pushy. He even closed the door tightly so that no one would peek.

”What the hell are you?! Really forced!” Aratha looked increasingly angry. He even immediately brushed Sonya's hand away from him.

”You are so rude! I just want to say something to you!”

”You can say that anytime but, don't pull me to a quiet place like gini!”

”Oh, yes? You never did that to me? You think you know what I'm talking to you about?!”

”What's wrong?!”

Sonya's angry expression instantly softened as she said, ”I just wanted to say thanks! About the flowers you sent this morning. I'm quite happy to see it.”

”If it's about that, you can say tomorrow morning or the day after tomorrow right?! What's the talk now? I don't have time! I'm so busy!”

”Kok you sewot?! I'll say it well!”

”But, we're maksa! Who doesn't rent diginiin?!”

Quickly, Sonya instantly turned her attention and softened again from not wanting to prolong a trivial matter like this. ”Iya, sorry. I was wrong. You do not need to be angry anymore.” ketusnya a little.

”You're intent on apologizing, right? Can you not be a little gentle? You're a girl! Shouldn't scream!”

”Every time I see you, how do you get angry so often? I'll try to be a good person here!”

”Judah! Here's your hand!”

With a lightning-fast movement, the two immediately shook hands despite the expression they both showed displeasure. However, their quarrel was only a bundle that covered the contents of the actual like a glutinous cake wrapped in bamboo leaves.

...~o0o~...

Alrez is upset that Aratha managed to win Sonya over him. When he had just arrived at his own class, he immediately kicked a table until it fell backwards. His gaze looked extremely angry and everyone was afraid to face him let alone just to glance at him.

Usually Dea comes to calm him down. But now he is not in his class. More precisely is spying on the movements of Fahruz at every step.

”Aduh, I think someone is jealous.” Faiz's lips are also classmates Alrez. He dared to stand in front of the table of chairs that were being occupied by Alrez with his face that looked relaxed and made everyone dumbfounded.

”Whispering! Don't interfere!” Alrez threw another man's book on the board.

You can guess what the noise was like when the blackboard wavered because of the book throw from Alrez. As if the entire class was his, no one would dare to speak to him if his mood was this bad.

”Heh! You can make the people in the class uncomfortable. Blame yourself if simultaneously they all refuse to class with you.” Faiz said, folding his hands.

”Your mouth is silent! I never asked for advice from you!” Alrez instantly turned his attention after he let out all his annoyance.

”When Sonya has forgiven you and has begun to dare to talk to you again. If he had seen you like this, he could not have imagined his frightened face later. I think it's only natural that Sonya is more beautiful Aratha. Behind his cold nature, he was also a pretty good person. I don't think you can match it.”

BRAKK!!

Alrez hit the table with a very angry expression. He could not bear it when someone tried to advise him. Everyone started to walk away and some ran out of class. Alrez's sharp gaze seemed to be unheeded by Faiz who could still show a smile filled with cunning intent.

”Other times don't be pretentious! You are leaving here!” allrez.

With his leisure, Faiz immediately replied, ”Oke.” then he walked forward out of class and stopped again to say something that had been left behind. ”Sonya was my friend back in SD. So, I already know everything about her. And I'm sure Sonya doesn't fit you. It's good that you don't have to get close to him anymore even though Sonya initially approached you.” after that Faiz left him.

...~o0o~...

”Oh? So, your mom taught you to play the piano?” Sonya sat next to Aratha in the piano chair. He did not realize that he had stopped fighting with Aratha.

”Iya. My mother taught me to play the piano. In the past, I hated love so much and rejected everyone who wanted to be close to me. Consciously, I built a strong wall and it was made of steel. But, you destroyed it instead.”

”Oh? I'm sorry, I didn't realize that it was intruding on your privacy. But, from the beginning I liked you.”

”What do you like about me? I have nothing good.”

”You know? Love comes suddenly without being asked. A mathematical replay that is never asked for and always rejected. But, somehow I feel unworthy to feel it. Rarely does anyone like me. Mom left for good and Dad went to the big city to make ends meet here and I lived alone. Ah, yes too. Why am I talking about something like this.”

Aratha fell silent, trying to understand Sonya's current state and feelings. Must be really sad. The house that was supposed to be warm, turned into the center of loneliness it happened.

”Sonya, can I have one request for you?”

”What is it? Something not exciting? You ask me to buy you to the cafeteria?”

”Not that kind of thing.”

”Keep what?”

”Stay with me until old age later.”

”You asked him to be weird! Couldn't be more logical?”

”This is serious.”

”....”

”I want Sonya to stay by my side. Until old age and welcome our 100th.”
