The door opened and Aretha walked into her own house. No one greeted him when he came home. Aunt Anieq must be shopping and Dad's at work. When opening the door, two brown sofas are placed facing each other between the tables. And on one of the sofas, Aratha fell asleep there. Despite being said to be sleeping, Aratha's eyebrows continued to wrinkle, adding to everyone's anxiety.
”Not sleeping in the room! He even sleeps here!” gerutu Aretha was annoyed. He walked towards his room on the second floor. When Aratha heard the sound of Aretha's footsteps while climbing the stairs, Aratha immediately woke up and looked at her.
”Aretha! What the hell's going on? Why did you replace me at school?”
Aretha stared coldly at Aratha who was walking and stopped just below the stairs. Aretha opened one by one the buttons of her uniform and threw it in Aratha's face. ”If you are healthy, tomorrow you go to school by yourself!” then walk back.
”Aretha! What were you doing at school?”
This question made Aretha's steps instantly speechless. Once again, his attention was again fixed on Aratha with her gaze that looked the same. ”Nothing. I'm just a school peeper! Why anyway? You never told anyone about me and you never told anyone that you were close to you.”
”You met Sonya? What did you say to him?”
”Just ask him tomorrow! I'm busy!” ketus Aretha who immediately walked up the stairs, leaving Aratha with all her questions.
Aratha looked disappointed. Currently she was not allowed to hold the phone by Aunt Anieq who kept forcing her to rest. Aratha turned around then she felt something warm coming out from inside her nose.
”Blood?”
In a hurry, Aratha immediately ran to the bathroom after her blood dripped onto the floor. His shaky steps, making some objects fall to the floor and break including glass shard that was accidentally placed on the edge of the table. Aretha who heard it from inside the room felt a little surprised. This time he walked out of the room and down the stairs.
Just downstairs, where Aratha had previously been standing there, there were patches of blood dripping down. Not only one, in front there are other blood spots even though the size is smaller than this one. From inside the bathroom, Aretha could hear the sound of a water tap being lit. Of course, the one who turned it on was Aratha because since then until now, Aretha did not hear anyone who opened the door.
Aretha was long upset, seeing the state of Aratha getting worse. He shouted with anger, ”LOU WANT TO DIE, JUST DIE THERE! DON'T MAKE OTHER PEOPLE THINK!”
Aratha who heard it only fell silent, holding her position standing in front of the sink and the large mirror. The white sink had to get so many blood spots after Aratha tried to clear her nose. Tap water is still turned on so that it makes a noise that is quite disturbing. Aratha knew, Aretha was still standing in front of the bathroom door. Unfortunately he was too afraid to walk out and meet Aretha there.
There was one word he said in the bathroom, ”Sorry.”

Sonya noticed a teddy bear and pink roses placed side by side on the table. He expressed his sorrow after hearing the story from Aretha on his way home. He said Aratha was sick. However, he did not want to say it to everyone including Sonya. Aretha hated Aratha. All of this is not without reason. It's just that Aretha doesn't want to be too sad and depressed when Aratha leaves and won't see her again.
”Lately, the symptoms have gotten worse. But he refused to go to the hospital. He said there was one girl who always made his feelings better. He was afraid that the girl was hurt by someone else. He still wanted to see her, hear her laughter, hear her scolding and feel the softness of her palms. So, she was trying to keep going to school to see him at all times.”
”I don't want to lose Aratha. I don't want Aratha to go before me.”
The ringing of the phone made Sonya wake up. He took his phone and answered his phone. ”Dad!” Sonya was very happy, because I finally wanted to call her even if it was only a few minutes.
”How are you doing lately? Sorry, I haven't been home.”
”Nothing. I'm fine here. Fahruz took good care of me.”
”You're in good health, right?”
”I'm healthy. Even more healthy. Doctor Lina says I'll be well soon. So, I don't need to work too hard and can go home.”
”I'm sorry Dad, yes son. I still have to work here. You need money for college. Later, if you have graduated, I will take you to the big city.”
Sonya fell silent, holding back the sad who could still be detained. He tried to keep his tone so as not to sound sad. ”Iya. I'm going to college and live with Dad again. I'll fight here.” after saying it, Sonya directly closed the call. He knew this was disrespectful however, he did not want his father to hear his crying voice.
It was a call that lasted only two minutes. He never spoke to his father for more than ten minutes. Sonya always asks Dad to come home soon. However, his father always reasoned because he had to meet the needs of his life.
”Dad never realized I was always lying. I miss Mom.”

Fahruz stands right in front of room number 102, the hospital building. His hands were busy holding a bouquet of roses and chrysanthemums. From behind a door that had a few windows, Fahruz stared at a woman sitting on her bed. His head was wrapped in bandages and there was a warm plaster attached to his right cheek.
Fahruz couldn't look at him more than this. He always felt himself a criminal for having hurt his own mother using a cutter knife. He had a head wound and trauma to his own son. Plus, doctors diagnosed him as having a stroke.
”I want Mom to realize where I am here. My school was fun today. There are many new people in my life besides Sonya and they accept me very well.” murmured Fahruz.
Satisfied to see him just from behind the door, Fahruz put his bouquet right under the door and then, he walked away from his room. When Fahruz walked into another corridor, his mother opened the door to his room. He knew that Fahruz was in front of this room. So, he went to see her.
A flower was right in front of the door. Mother took it and inhaled its fragrant aroma. Inside was a paper written by Fahruz. The paper read, ”I'm sorry, Mother. May you heal quickly.”
