Chapter 9

Maura took a few breaths before entering the nursery of Oma Lea. It's his first meeting back with Rafa after about three weeks ago Rafa married another woman and not with her. He went in and said his greetings, not forgetting that he was also smiling at everyone who was visiting Oma Lea.

"Glambeach!" Answer them in unison.

Maura's eyes flashed with Rafa's. This was the first time Rafa had not turned his gaze away while eye-to-eye with him. I don't know what Rafa is thinking right now, Maura doesn't know and doesn't want to know. Maura no longer cares about her feelings for Rafa, who she cares about right now is also the fetus in her womb. Although he sometimes still remembers Rafa even if only a little. Ten years is not easy for Maura to just forget her love for Rafa.

"Where were you from, son?" Ask Annisa. He pulled Maura's hand slowly and held her. He had not seen Maura for a long time. Last time was Rafa's wedding three weeks ago. It was only a short while because Maura immediately paid her way home and she was also busy receiving guests.

"From roof top, Umma." Answer Maura. He looked towards Rafa and his wife. "How are you, brother?" Maura asked with a smile on her face. He tried nothing had happened to them before.

Freya who saw Maura wanted to come back and see Rafa was happy. It was as if his daughter had been able to move on even though she knew that Maura still had a taste for Rafa. At least Maura can accept the fact that Rafa is no longer able to get it.

Rafa smiled at Maura before answering the question from the girl. "Good news. Very good." The answer.

"Yes, how not good. Now there is someone else. Isn't it Umma?" Maura's clumsiness dispelled the tension she was feeling at the moment. To be honest, he is still tense and not ready to meet with Rafa. But he had to do it for fear of being told to fail to move on. Moreover, he is also already impossible to pursue the love of Rafa anymore considering his current condition that is no longer holy.

"Lumayan. Rafa invited Oma when he found out that Oma was in the hospital. This morning they just got home from Honeymoon." Annisa looked at the child and her daughter-in-law alternately. "Go home and bring a grandson. Mila's pregnant." Whisper Annisa to Maura.

Maura smiled wryly hearing that. It's not that she's not happy to hear from Annisa that Kamila is pregnant with Rafa's child. He lamented his poor fate. She was also pregnant, but without a husband, she did not even know who had planted her seed.

"Congratulations Umma." Maura said slowly. Now Maura turned to look at a new husband-wife pair. "Congratulations Rafa, Mila." With a smile Maura congratulated.

Seeing the look on Maura's face, Freya understood. He let Maura massage Oma Lea's feet. It must have been Annisa saying something to make Maura's mood change, he thought.

Next day.

Raka takes care of Aurel's return from the hospital. He would take his brother home, not to Fabian's house, but to his own. And he did that without Fabian's knowledge.

Raka also asks Aurel to divorce Fabian and Aurel agrees to it without coercion. Aurel can no longer love alone. He had tried to forget his love for Febry and tried to love Fabian, but in fact Fabian did not have any taste in him at all. Fabian was with him only because of his promise to Febry who would always take care of himself and Love. Aurel regretted, why easily give his heart to Fabian who clearly did not take a glance at him at all. Now his decision has been unanimous, without being forced to file divorce papers with the court.

Aurel went into Fabian's room. The room she had never been in to sleep in for three years was Fabian's wife. Although his marriage to Fabian was forced to do so because of Febry's request. As time went on, Aurel had feelings for Fabian. Not because of the handsome face that Fabian has, but because of the attention Fabian gives. Although impressed cold and indifferent, there was little attention Fabian gave to him. It was what made Aurel's heart break and caused the spark of love. Although he himself is aware that Fabian does not have any feelings for him at all.

"Thank you for this three-year marriage. Thank you for taking care of me and thank you for the past three years. Thank you for the attention you have given me, too, thank you. Thank you for loving Love and seeing Love as a child. Thanks for everything." Aurel said with a trembling voice holding back the cry.

"I tried, but you didn't reply and you made a mistake to get a girl pregnant out of wedlock." Eventually Aurel's tears fell as well, she cried remembering that Fabian had made a girl pregnant.

"I'm sorry, Mas Febry. I can't keep your last promises and requests. I'm going to part ways with Fabian. This has been my decision. I promise you, me and Love will live happily even if not with Fabian."
