Chapter 10

Two days after Fabian was beaten by Raka, the two seemed to be silent when they met. There was no greeting or chat about the patients even though they were in one office in the surgical specialist section.

Even unbeknownst to Fabian, Raka has brought Aurel back home with Love. And now at Fabian's house only lives himself and a maid who has been taking care of Fabian since childhood.

Fabian went into Kasih's room. The room is still the same, nothing has changed. There are still many Love items that are deliberately not brought. Only some are carried, which are usually used with Love.

Only Aurel's belongings are gone. Aurel carried all her belongings without exception. Make the room next to the room Love empty leaving only the furniture.

"I'm sorry, brother. I can't keep my promise to look after Aurel or Love. I tried, but I hurt them. Forgive your useless sister." Fabian's lips trembled in tears as he apologized to his older brother, Febry. He felt guilty for Febry.

He felt incompetent in maintaining the trust that Febry had entrusted to him. He has made Aurel hurt and Love lost the figure of the father who three years he gave to the nephew who he had considered like his own child.

"Sorry Papa, Love." Fabian recalled the time yesterday he was sent off with Raka when he wanted to meet Kasih. "Papa misses you." Fabian hugged the little blanket of Love that was on the bed.

Her tears finally fell down both of her cheeks as she recalled the memories with Love. He was so happy when Kasih called him Papa when he could just talk. Tired work will be lost when you see the little love. But now, his tired comforter had already left behind a memory. He could only see from a distance because Raka forbade him to meet with Kasih.

Moreover, yesterday Raka also told herself that Aurel had filed divorce papers with the court. Fabian did not refuse or agree, because he actually did not have a taste in Aurel. He just wants to keep his promise to Ferby. But now everything has changed. He cannot keep his promise and instead hurts Aurel, his sister's ex-wife and may soon become his ex-wife.

"Dian!!! Where are you!!"

Fabian turned his head towards the door when he heard the shouting voice from his Papa, Sandi. He closed his eyes for a moment and also took a breath before finally coming out to see his Papa because he was sure that his Papa already knew all about what was happening to his current household.

"Fabian!! Out you!!" Again Sandi shouted because Fabian did not come out to meet him.

"What's up, Pa?" Fabian asked who had just come down from the second floor. He asked as if he did not know the reason Sandi yelled angrily as she called out to him.

"Basic child is embarrassed. What did you do to Aurel until Aurel left the house and filed for divorce?" Furious and angry, Sandi asked Fabian. Not to forget, he also stared intently at his son.

"Emotion control, Pa." Shanti rubbed her husband's arm to calm the emotional Sandi. Shanti is afraid of the pain that her husband suffered from relapsing due to emotions in Fabian. Remembering about four months ago Sandi had just undergone heart ring surgery.

"We sit down first. We'll talk about it." Shanti invited her husband to sit down to let her emotions subside. Likewise with Fabian, Santi asked his son to come sit too.

"Why did Aurel file for divorce and leave the house?" Ask Sandi staring dislike at Fabian.

"What mistakes did you make until Aurel filed for divorce?" It was Shanti's turn to ask. "You're cheating?" Guess Shanti.

Fabian closed his eyes, he was grateful because his parents did not know about him who had impregnated the girls. Then it's a sign Aurel did not say that to his parents.

Fabian shook his head slowly, "Bian is not cheating, Ma. Bian,-"

"If you're not cheating, why are you getting divorced?" Sandi cut it off when Fabian had not finished speaking.

"Bian loves other people and Aurel knows that." Reply Fabian lirih. He closed his eyes as he said that, he knew what he was saying right now was a lie. She loves no one right now, but rather because of a one-night mistake that made her seed grow accidentally in the womb of an innocent girl.

Both Fabian's parents exhaled harshly hearing Fabian's reply. They knew that Fabian had not been able to love Aurel, whose brother-in-law had been his wife.

"Who's the girl?" Shanti asked curiously. Because all this time he knew Fabian had never been close to a woman. Both from the time of school to college even when he was working, Fabian always closed himself about women, close to women only reluctant. Even Shanti used to think that her son likes the same sex.

"You still like girls, don't you, Bian?" Shanti asked again with a face that showed fear if only it turned out that all this time her son really could not like a woman.

"Yeah!!!!" Fabian cried out in a loud voice. "Bian is normal. Even Bian can give Mama a grandchild now." Fabian's refutation of the accusations Shanti has made for him.

"Grandson?!" Shanti and Sandi simultaneously.

"Shit!!" Fabian swore in his heart. He cursed her saying that he could give his parents a grandchild now.

"What do you mean, Bi? How's grandson?" Shanti asked because Fabian was like a confused person and did not explain. "Or don't you hamili people's children." Shanti was shocked when what she said was true. How could Fabian do such a heinous thing.

"Is that really Bian?" Sandi also asked the clarity of what Santi said. If it is true, the youngest son must indeed be taught a lesson.

Fabian looked at his parents in turn. How could his mother's guess be true. What a mother's feeling is so strong that her Mama says it like that.

Fabian is still silent and has not given an answer to what is asked the same parents. He was confused about being honest or lying. Moreover, the person they will face will be the one who has the power. Fabian did not want his parents involved.

"That's not what Bian meant, Ma!! My pa!! If Bian later married the person Bian loved, Bian would give a grandchild right then and there." Fabian replied in a voice made as normal as possible to let his parents believe. "And my mom doesn't have to think anything. Bian doesn't like Mama accusing me so much." Fabian warns Shanti not to accuse him again.
